Went to Ireland a couple of weeks ago and there was a heatwave. Since I didn't pack a pair of sandals I bought a pair of ECCO Damara Strap Sandals in Kilkenny, Ireland to wear. They were comfortable right out of the box and I wore them everyday for two weeks. I wore them in the city, hopping on trains, walking on the beach at Bray and trekking up the hills on the Isle of Man and my feet were in heaven. My feet never hurt. I have a slight wide forefoot/toe box area and a narrow heel with a mid/high arch and they fit perfectly. So glad I bought these.

Bought one pair, so comfortable, I bought a second. Then I got another for backup and then another in a different color. Cute and comfy, that's a good combo.

I have a hard time finding shoes because I suffer from plantar fasciitis. These shoes were like walking on clouds. They were very comfortable and look cute on! I thought they ran pretty true to size. I bought a 39 which is my usual European size. I wear a 8½ to 9 US Size.

I love these shoes. They are extremely comfortable. The straps and sole are so soft, and the shoes are comfortable right out of the box. The straps don't lay completely flat, which is a why I'm only giving 4 stars on style. But these are great for shorts, jeans, or super casual dresses with a little bit of an urban look.

So comfortable. I get lots of compliments. Looking forward to have a comfy walking sandal this summer during months 5-7 of my pregnancy!

These are fabulous shoes! I can already tell that I will be ordering another pair of these. They feel like walking on air, seriously. I usually wear a 7½, but I ordered a 37 in these (6-6½) and they are perfect. I definitely recommend them!

I bought these shoes for a trip to Europe where I will be walking quite a bit! I would highly recommend any Ecco Shoe for that. After buying my Ecco golf shoes I bought these sandals and tennis shoes as well. I stand at work all day and my feet feel great! They're super cute too!

Soft! Stylish! Had to go down a size from usual 37, but that can happen with sandals. Have not done 10,000 steps in them yet, but pretty close to to without fatigue or plantar flare up. Compliments all over the place. Grey sold material nice idea to blend road/ wear into the overall color scheme.

A beautiful sandal. Lovely soft leather and a great color. My narrow foot would not stay in it however. Though the upper strap adjusts, it doesn't change the part that holds the arch. Good value for those it fits. Decent comfort.

Bought these for my daughter who was looking for a comfortable sandal to wear on her abroad summer program in Spain. She has to wear a brace for a sprained ankle and after trying many styles, these were one of the few that fit. She loves them but we had to exchange for a size down. She is normally a 7-7.5 and that size was too big. The 6-6.5 are perfect! They are very comfortable And stylish! Yay!

This is a very comfortable, beautiful shoes, great for the summer. Aesthetically, the front part of the shoe is cut asymmetrically, making the shoe look more modern. In my special case, my flat feet (lean on the wide side) did not look good so regretfully I returned them. If you have normal arch or average feet, it should be fine.

I ordered the Dusty Purple and liked it so much that I ordered the Silver pair, too. They are so comfortable and the straps do not rub like a lot of other gladiator-style sandals.

I ordered two of the Damara Strap Sandals, one warm grey metallic, and the other camel. I'm choosing the camel sandal because I'll be wearing it with linen pants, and casual cotton. The metallic is appropriate for long skirts, a little dressier pant. The camel shoe seemed a bit more comfy- soft and leather lined, and felt good the minute I put it on. One person criticized the style--I think it is casual, the metallic would maybe fill the "dressy casual", good for in some offices, not completely dressy or formal. Totally well made. Highly recommend this sandal for casual walking.

These shoes are so comfortable! And cute too - I get compliments on them whenever I wear them. The footbed has so much cushion - you can wear them all day with no discomfort. Love.

Comfort like a great tennis shoe...but way cuter! I bought 2 colors, and plan to live in these all summer long. Soft leather. No hard spots. Perfect.

Very comfortable, wore them all evening right out of the box. A bit dressier than my standard Keens, but just as comfortable.

Wow! I bought these sandals based off of the great reviews. These are hands down the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn and they truly feel like you're wearing sneakers! They are extremely light weight. I wanted a comfortable walking sandal for the summer and these would be perfect for travel. I ordered the camel color and they're actually a little more taupe in person, which I prefer. It's a nice neutral color. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm about to order another pair in silver. :)

I love my new sandals. The leather is soft and they felt like I could wear them on a trip right away! The support is fair but enough to misspell them comfortable all day!

These is no arch support, but they have such a soft sole that it did not matter! These are great shoes, but I have found that I just do not fit Ecco - or it does not fit me (I am between sizes). But these are good looking casual shoes that feel stylish on, and so comfortable.

Delicious feeling, very comfortable. Dusty purple - really mauve - is pale enough to go with most colors; ankle strap is a tad too long for narrow feet, and because the leather will most likely stretch, I may end up shortening the strap and adding velcro. Thanks to the reviewer who mentioned water spots on the tan leather sandals - I will spray a water proof product on these before I wear out walking.

Size 9-9.5 women's is a 40 for me I bought these for a vacation but didn't need them, I wasn't sure of restaurant dress code. I have a wide foot and the sole is very narrow but they felt comfortable in my house I was afraid to keep them and find they weren't for me at the price.

Excellenthe comfort on these strappy, sassy sandals. Wish it came in red, pink and white. I would buy them all!

Soft feeling leather. Sandal is not made for my bunions. These sandals would be better for those with narrow/regular width feet. Beautiful looking sandal!!
