Huge crease at the bottom of the tongue? Bizarre fitment..width OK when insoles removed but an inch of space at the toe. if this is a true extra wide, I shouldn’t have to remove the insole.

One shoe fit fine, the other didn't. both were labeled with the same size, but one had more cushion and was thus higher than the other and more constrictive.

I have been wearing these shoes for years, size 9 W, but they no longer fit. After buying the 9W size recently, I ordered the 9.5W size. That I could wear but is not comfortable because the leather does not stretch anymore. You never seem to gave the extra wide available on your site.

The fit and comfort level were great so much so that there was no break in period. The down side was that the shoes dye job was extremely poor. Inadvertently, a store's hand sanitizer got on both shoes when I was shopping at a mall. When I subsequently looked down at both shoes, the each shoes had been bleached. I went to the mall's cobbler's shop and when he tried to cover the bleached areas, the shoes dye didn't take do I had to throw the shoes out after I returned to the hotel because they were no longer wearable. I have never seen that happen to a pair of shoes before. BUYER BEWARE!

Product received was not what was ordered. The included packing slip was correct, however, the shoes were not. They were BLACK LACE UP, not the tan slip on that was ordered. Item returned.

I bought the shoes on May 19th 2019 and wore it 2 times. The sole is crumbling.
I bought a few pairs of Rockport shoes in the last 6 years. I never had this problem before. I will return the shoes.

Returned. 2nd order returned. Rockport quality has gone down precipitously. My former complaint was the inconsistent sizing. This shoe was also insanely narrow even though I have the same exact shoe in the same size that I bought a year ago. Flimsy. I'm done with Rockport.

These shoes barely lasted 6 months before they collapsed on the right side. Not sure if it was just a defect or bad shoes. Very disappointed in Rockport. I've been buying them for years and quality seems to have slipped.
