Very comfortable , great arch support. Downside-the bottom of your feet are a little black. Just clean your feet afterwards. Love the sandals

I love these flip flops . They are the most comfortable flip flops I have ever worn, but I really wish FitFlop would offer them in half sizes. The size 8 is too small and my heels hang over the back but the size 9's are a little big and there is a lot of shoe left around the toe area. Not sure why they do not offer half sizes.

I love fitflops. I have wide feet and they always fit great. These are super cushy and comfortable.

I now have 4 pair of fitflop surfa. I have so many because the first pair I bought was so amazingly comfortable I had to have more to last me a good long time. It seems every time I find a product I love it disappears from the market so planning ahead. I am a baby boomer who spent all of the '60's going barefoot just about everywhere so now, foot problems. I wish I had discovered these sooner. They do run large so I get them in size 8, my normal size is 9. Somehow the weight is not on my morton's neuromas or bunion or just plain achy parts of my old feet. I raved about them to my husband who is also always in flips. He finally gave in to try a pair and he is sold on FitFlops surfa too. The women's run large but the reviews of the men's said they ran small so I ordered him a size up and they are too long so his regular size would have been just fine. HIs size wasn't available anyway so he kept the large ones. ZAPPOS is the best!

I need a 9.5 size and they are not available. The size 10 was too large, and the 9 was too small. I wish Flip Flop would include half sizes. Otherwise, they are a beautiful "fit flop."

I really like these sandals this is my third pair of fit flops over the years and they offer great support for my foot and are comfortable and stylish. I usually wear a size 10 but my feet are quite narrow so I sized down to a 9 and I really like how snug the straps fit, but they are slightly too short, I wish they carried half sizes. The soles can don't have great traction and can be a little slippery of certain surfaces, but overall I haven't had an issue with this, but something to be aware of. Definitely, recommend at least trying out this brand if you're looking for good support.

I originally ordered a size 9 and it was very large on my foot (length and width). Today I received a size 8 and it is perfect - very comfortable sandal. I usually wear a 8.5 or a 9.0.

They run large. I wear an 8.5 and ordered the 8 based on reviews and they are still a tiny bit too large. Going to keep them because they’re comfy and they look like a dressier flip-flop.

I wear a 9, but these run small going to have to try 10, but 9.5 would be better, but alas no half sizes

I couldn’t take the material between my toes. Had to return sadly.

I really like the Surfa. As another reviewer mentioned, the fit is more like the original FitFlop fit from years ago. These shoes are cute and a LARGE step above a plain ol' flip flop. If I could change one thing about these, I would like the straps to come higher up on my foot for a more secure fit. That's the reason for the 4 star review rather than 5.

Cute flip flop. Wish they came in half sizes. Good arch support and very comfortable. The heel height make them a little dresser.

First off zappos has best customer service! Thanks zappos! I am young and stand on my feet and am starting to have issues wearing flip flops. These are cushy and more of a sporty style than other fitflops. They are slippery on wood floor though, hard to walk in, so kind of frustrating. That's an easy fix. Good grip on cement. I went true to size and I have wide feet so they seem a little loose but I couldn't go any smaller.

I was hoping to replace my old Surfa sandals, but the roughness of the fabric of the top was a dealbreaker. It took a long long time for my old sandals to quit bothering me and I wasn’t willing to do it again. I love how they are wide enough for my feet.

I like the color of these sandals however the size is small for me. I wear 7 in my other Fitflop but not to this style. I normally wear 7.5 for open toes and 8 for shoes. So maybe size 8 will fit me. How i wish they make half sizes for people like me that wears half sizes in sandals. Size 8 may be a little bit large. I apologize i have to return these items. Thank you.

Not for wide high volume feet, hard to get foot forward enough in shoe and band cuts across arch in an uncomfortable and unflattering way for my foot. Seen on other people and it looks fine but not for me.

The toe separator is set too far back from the front edge. My foot is set back and creates a large empty space at the front of the shoe.

I have a lot of issues with plantar fasciitis. I was hoping these would have good arch support, but that wasn't the case. They seem to run true to size, and are plenty wide for those of us that need extra room for our wide toes. I would have kept them if they had better arch support.

As much as I love the look and comfort of this FitFlop, unfortunately the straps are too wide for my feet. Based on previous reviews, I ordered two sizes: my regular size and one size smaller… and the straps were just too loose/wide. I have a regular width foot and don’t have this issue with other FitFlops that I have purchased. I really would have loved these for running around in warmer weather, but had to send them back.

The strap between my toes was immediately soooo uncomfortable (a common problem for me with flops). I also had gotten the impression from reviews that they ran a little large. Well, the 8s just barely fit. I should have sized up since I’m sometimes an 8.5, but the toe thing means I will just return these.

First, I accidentally ordered the version of this shoe with the blingy straps. I'm not a blingy girl. But they fit great so I returned them and order two nonblingy pair in the same size. The straps on the new ones were much tighter and I had to return them. I still had the original pair, because Zappos delivers faster then I can get to the UPS store. So I put the original shoe back on, and I'm not crazy...they fit different. This is frustrating because of the lack of half sizes over size 9. I find this brand of shoe very comfortable, but I really need a 9.5, what gives Fitflops?

I love the form of the FitFlop but would suggest not ordering the cloth or webbed strap. The base is high enough that it is easy to roll an ankle as the webbing stretches out. I would order again in a leather strap.

Have ordered these in the past and always loved them. Unfortunately this time after a month of wear, the stitching came apart
