I love FitFlops and have many pairs!! These had more “flip” when I walked, didn’t feel as much support ? so back they went. Love Zappos and their customer service, will continue to shop with them!

I ordered a size down based on reviews and unfortunately they were too small. Waiting for the next size up. Super cute and comfy!

I normally were we a 9.5 in sneakers but orders a 9 in these shoes and they were definitely to long however they fit the width of my foot.

I keep trying Fit Flops hoping for the fit and comfort of the originals (I date myself ), but this was another disappointment. I loved the look and color, blue. They are a little narrow, not in fit, but in that the outside of the foot comes to the very edge (I am a medium width). Most importantly, they still do not have the arch support of the originals and just aren’t as comfortable all around. Sent back.

I wanted a pair of supportive flip flops but these were too loose on my foot. Length and arch support were good but unfortunately I have to return.

These fitflops are super cute. And the material is nice, but a little stiff. After wearing these for one day about 6 hours my feet were hurting so bad. The top of the shoe does not give at all and rubbed the top of my foot so much that it has taken me days for the soreness to go away. I wish I could return them and buy something else, but I'm not sure of the policy since I wore them outside. So I guess they will remain in my closet and I wasted $70. Certainly would not buy these again.

These flip flops were cute and they fit pretty well. I’m usually a 9.5 in sneakers and sandals and I got the 9 which was the correct fit. I returned them because there wasn’t nearly enough arch support and I could feel the logo on the heel of the shoe and it bothered me. I was looking for something with a little more cushion than Vionic tide flip flops which these did have, but unfortunately there wasn’t any arch support.

Not very contouring to the foot. A bit of slop towards tho toes...bit I kinda have short toes). Awesome a horrible squeak sound when walking. Loud sucking, hissing sound. My husband even commented on how loud they are.

These may be just as comfortable as all the other FitFlops but they just aren't as flattering. I don't like the top the way it's just so close to your toes. Don't love the material of the straps either. Feels like cheap plastic.

The shoe was much stiffer and had less arch support than I was expecting. I'm returning them for ones with better support

The Lulu style feels more secure on my foot. The heel is a bit more indented and the straps cover more of my foot. These shoes look great and the color is good. But I'm going to hold out for the Lulu style in this color.

My other two shoes were perfect, but this pair felt like I was walking on a hard board. Hopefully, another pair will as they should be.

Not as cute in person as in the pictures. Took the our of the box, and really square. Shoe is too long and my foot slides forward leaving 1/2 to 3/4 inch in the back of the shoe.

The reason that I chose this specific shoe was because the reviews raved how padded they were. I have been diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis and I am suppose to wear shoes at all times. Therefore, I was looking for something padded and really comfortable. I was disappointed for two reasons: 1. they are not very soft. If you step on the edges, it is softer, but overall not as soft as my Ryder flip flops. 2. They are a bit like a high heel. The heel is definitely higher than the ball of the foot, which is getting the brunt of my weight. I am learning to like them, but not what I needed for my situation. (I know Zappos has an awesome return policy, but I chose not to return them.)

There was no arch support

Based on other reviews, I ordered down a size...it was too short for me. I did not like the flipping sound when I walked in them. Though they were comfortable, there really was not arch support that I could tell.

Really wanted to like these but the upper material was to scratchy - rubbed on the top part of my foot. A blister was inevitable.

Because other reviewers said this shoe fits big and order one size down, I did. And they are one size too small. However they are wearable and the cushioning is really good so I will keep them.

I wish the straps were a bit looser, less wide, or stylish. I returned these because they just aren't attractive. Comfy tho.

I don't think the problem is the shoes but rather my feet. The front part of my foot is wide - but I wear medium width fit-flops all the time - I've had about 5 pairs over the years. I think the straps on the Surfa are set closer to the front than they are on my usual fit-flops so they were too tight. For people with a normal width fit - these are great. I love the Fit-Flop soles, they are so comfortable.

I wear a 7.5-8, so based on reviews I ordered a size down and got the 7. The length of the shoe was perfect...if I could have actually gotten my foot in past the strap. I don't have high arches and have never had an issue like this before. The strap is a bit wider than I would have liked as well. The foot bed seemed very cushy and thick, which can be nice, but I think it would have been too soft for me. Going to try another brand.

I thought these would fit since I have 2 pairs of FitFlops (IQushion) in size 8. Length & width were OK. However, the cloth upper on my left foot bit into the top of my instep & caused abrasion. in other words, it was too tight on top of the left foot. :(

I tried these on but they just felt big on my feet.... didn't feel that they would provide the support I need, so I returned them and actually decided to go with another brand.

I loved these but made the mistake of following the advice of many & ordered down instead of ordering my regular size. I wear a 9, I ordered an 8 & they are too small. It's possible a 8.5 would work if an option but I like my foot to sit inside a flip flop & not at the edge. I am ordering a size 9 & crossing my fingers! Being chunky I think I can get away with them slightly big if need be. They are very cushy & nicely styled.
