I've had multiple pairs of Danskos over the years, always size 36, so comfortable, love them. So I was really excited to get these--they're so cute, I love the cloggy (is that a word?) look. BUT they had the strangest fit! Mainly, they were way too long -- my foot was stepping out the back. 36 is the smallest size so no fixing that, and even thick socks weren't enough to make up the difference. But also, like others have mentioned, the toe and heel portions are pretty wide/roomy, while the center/arch area is strangely a bit narrow. I do think that probably would have stretched out over time, but then the shoe would have been WAY too big! So, very reluctantly, I had to send these back.

I found these shoes over on TheMomEdit. I am always looking for comfortable shoes that are easy to wear and ADD to my outfit. This update on clogs (what are clog booties - clooties? ;D ) are lovely. They run a hair narrow - I wear a 41 narrow professional clog by Dansko and so if I think they're a little narrow . . . . they're prob a little narrow. But, not uncomfortably so - and I appreciate the mid-size opening around the ankle which isn't as limiting when choosing which pant/jean to wear. Overall, I liked them. Didn't love, love, love them - but, definitely, liked them and would tell a girlfriend to check them out.

LOVE this boot! FINALLY a boot that fits my foot. I have slightly narrow feet and I still need to double up on socks to wear this boot but it's SO comfortable -- great support and keeps my metatarsals from getting sore because it has a platform and a slight lift upwards, the perfect combination!

These boots are the most comfortable I’ve ever owned! I can walk miles and my feet don’t feel it. My only minor complaint is they look slightly clunky, but that’s a worthwhile sacrifice for feeling like my feet are on pillows.

I think I'm the last float on the bootie parade. Wasn't sure whether they could really look good without making me look like a Keebler elf (I'm short). But I tried these with a dress and...they worked! I have the taller boots in black with this sole. Very happy with the taupe bootie. Once on, they're dreamy. Great arch support and I feel super stable in them.

I have history of plantar fasciitis, Morton's neuroma and a developing bunion on my right foot. I'm pretty particular about what shoes I will wear day to day and am always seeking out shoe options. I live in Chaco sandals and would wear those year around if I could (but I can't, due to winter). I'd not tried Dansko's, and decided to try them on the recommendation from some of my friends and the stellar online reviews. I ordered 3 different styles (Ingrid in black oiled, Berry in black burnished nubuck, and Maria bootie in black milled nubuck). I wear a size 9/9.5 and ordered a 40 in each of the styles. The length was perfect, but these are simply too narrow for my bunion foot. At the price I paid, I am not willing to wear them out and see if they will stretch and then not be able to return after wearing outside. The Berry was a bit wider and had a cushier footbed, making it the most comfortable of the three I tried, but I was not impressed with the finish on the leather and didn't feel that they would last very long. I was much impressed with the oiled leather of the Ingrid. I am going to return these 3 and go back to shopping and look for an oiled Dansko available in wide width and give that a try.

I thought the Maria felt and looked very nice, but once I took a good look at the sole, I was concerned that it would wear out and wouldn’t be replaceable. Turns out these soles are indeed NOT fixable should they wear, and you can’t attach a protective sole. I prefer shoes that last with proper care, so these are sadly going back.

Ok I am a longtime clog enthusiast, but they usually work better in my imagination than in real life. I’ve had Swedish HasBeens, but had to sell them on eBay bc the wooden clogs were too much work to walk in. I had gorgeous Sven clogs, but I could just never make them work without feeling like the style made me look too matronly. Danskos have never let me down though, and these give me the style AND the comfort I’ve been looking for...which is why I just purchased them in mid-July when they were finally restocked. I’m so glad I did. I have back issues and a foot issue with a slight limp as a result of my back issues, so I’m super picky about shoes. I’ve only walked around the house in them for ten minutes but I can see the comfort. I’ll report back after a day of wearing them eventually. As for size, I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 depending on the shoe; I went with my Birkenstock size, which is a 38, and it’s a perfect fit for me. I found the shoe easy to get into, and I love how it gives me a bit of height without feeling like I’m wearing heels. These clog boots were super trendy last year, but they’re totally my style and I know I’ll get tons of use out of them. Also even though I wear a lot of black clothing, I went with the taupe as I felt it was the most versatile for my wardrobe.

I love these boots, they just take some time to mold to your feet.

Dansko does it again! These boots are so dang comfy I love em. have em in two different colors. I have chronically sore feet and need support like crazy, and these babies deliver! All of the thumbs up! Highly recommend!

True to size. I ordered size 39 as always and the fit is perfect.

I wear a 40 wide in Dansko clogs. I ordered a 40 in this boot, but even with the zipper, the opening was so small I couldn't even get my foot into the shoe. Too bad! They look cute.

I bought these booties for a trip to London. I knew I would be walking a ton, it isn't quite sandal weather there but not winter boot season either, and I have loved Danskos in the past on trips with a lot of walking. These did not disappoint. Based on other reviews, I ordered one size up from my usual size, and they were just right. They are a little bit tough to pull on, so the extra room was welcome, and I had room for socks. I walked many miles each day over cobblestone streets, city sidewalks, and parks, and these booties handled it all. The taupe color is lovely for spring, as well!

I copied a friend of mine who has these and raves about them being insanely comfortable (she is a huge concert-goer and wears them to stand at sold-out shows for hours with no issues.) I really like that they are lightweight because of the rubber sole, unlike my Sven's clogs that are heavier and a little clunkier. I should have read more reviews about sizing, because I did find these to run about a half size too big. I am between a 7.5-8 and would say the 38s run like a true 8, or even a tad larger. That said, I really don't think I could size down to a 37 so I am looking at getting inserts because I really love them and think they will be a go-to shoe next fall and winter.

I looked for these in my size after several of my friends recommended them. So comfortable and stylish. Three of us showed up to dinner in these last night!

Runs small! I always wear a size 36 in Danskos but not in these, the 36 is way too tight.

I JUST GOT THESE AND LOVE THEM. I didn't have any trouble getting my feet in them (I was worried, since other reviewers said they did, but Dansko must have fixed this). They're super comfy. I wear a 9.5-10 in most shoes but have Dankso Professional clogs in a 42 so got a 42 in these also. They fit great--roomy, but I'd rather have that than too small. This way my thick winter socks can fit if necessary. I ripped the box open and put these on to try them on, and I haven't taken them off! So cute and comfy. Now I want them in all the colors!!! I’ve owned these for three seasons now. Love the natural colored heel with the black. They are my go to shoe for winter as I dress in dark colors. Good for dressing up or down. Very comfortable.

I love these boots! They are stylish and comfortable. I wear them to work, where I am on my feet for up to 10 hours at a time. They took a day to break in, and after that they feel like they were made for me. I love Danskos, and I know these boots will last.
