I was on the fence about the short boots but these are so cute and so comfy! Love them. Got tons of comments the first day I wore them. If you love Danskos, these are worth a splurge!

Seriously love these booties! I've been eyeing Swedish Hasbeens for a couple of years now but could never justify spending the money. I was so excited when I saw these. When they arrived I was very pleased. They are just as cute, more comfortable and half the price. Basically as comfortable as sneakers but still cute.

These are lovely boots. I have a wide foot so I ordered a size larger (based on earlier reviews) and they fit fine. I had no problem getting my foot in the boot (per other reviews) and they are incredibly comfortable!

I found the size a bit too roomy in the toes. I'm not sure I will keep them. On a good note, they are very comfortable and light weight. I might order a smaller size. I wish Dansko would re-design their boots to be more attractive. I go for the comfort factor but sometimes the style is a bit unattractive.

Love this boot! True to size for me, but a little snug if you have wide feet! I am hoping they stretch a bit after wearing, because I don't want to give them back! Really hoping they stretch, because they are pricey! Taking a chance!

If you have worn the Dansko Pro, you know there needs to be a little room between the heel and the back of the shoe. I was not sure if this would hold true with this bootie, so I ordered one size smaller and the size I wear in the clog. Order the same size as the clog! I had trouble getting the smaller size on, much less it feeling as good as the Clog Professional. Word to your Mother. This is a darlin bootie and I bought two pair! Zappos is the best and I had no idea Dansko was 100% Employee owned. Awesome.

Love these booties! They feel like clogs, but have more of a style. I also love the size of the heel - not too tall, but substantial.

Wow, these really are snug around the instep area! Very cute boot, lovely profile with the hint of a heel look, look awesome with tight pants or skirts. And the length was perfect -- I am a 9 and always wear a 39 in Danskos and length-wise these were right on, with the perfect amount of heel slip for clogs. But these pretty shoes were way too snug for comfort, even with super thin socks, and I have a fairly low instep and very medium width feet. In fact, I agree with those who had trouble getting them on, though I think that would have loosened up in time and a shoehorn helped for now. But I compared these with a different style of Dansko booties I have which I can wear socks with, and these just didn't do it, comfort wise. A larger size would have been too long - they were simply too snug across the toes and instep.

I have been looking for light-colored booties and was excited to see that Dansko had some. The taupe suede was very nice quality and they fit snugly as I sized down from my normal 39 to 38 (I run between an 8 and 8.5M). It is a clog bottom style like they've had for years. The dealbreaker for me is the upturned toe. After toe surgery, my feet just can't be in that upturned position for very long. If you don't have foot issues, go right ahead. It's a nicely padded footbed for a narrow to medium foot and you will enjoy them a long while.

Seriously cute boot! Way nicer than the Swedish overpriced ones as the soles are flexible and the leather soft and luscious. I had some trouble getting them on and they are a little tight over my high arches but I can live with that. I think they will loosen up a bit being made of leather. I think the cushy insole is also leather. I also have wriggle room in the toe box which is a surprise as my feet are quite wide across the toes. There is no adjustability of course, so they will either fit you or not. I'm trying to buy just one pair of boots for winter (Cobb Hill Bethany has also made the grade), but these are so fantastic I think I'm going to have to keep them. They would look terrific with anything - jeans, leggings, tights - and hopefully be comfortable to boot.

I wanted to love these but for the price I could not justify keeping when they did not fit perfectly. I felt they were too snug for my feet even barefoot around the middle of my foot. I think maybe the arch inside it is too high for me. I did not have trouble putting them on like others have said and my feet are wide. They are very pretty shoes, though.

Dansko never disappoints! These boots are the perfect addition to a stylish wardrobe that requires comfort! I can wear these all day with no pain and complete comfort. Wonderful boots!

I had my eye on this boot since last season, but felt the price a little too much. I bit the bullet and bought it and can't wait to where it. I've been a Dansko fan for many years so I knew what the fit was all about. I have large feet and couldn't find this in any stores, so when I was shopping running shoes and saw that Zappos had a 42,I just didn't even think twice.

Love the Scandinavian styling. They are so comfortable. I particularly like that they are not clunky like many of the Danskos. Great casual runaround shoes. I bought the black and then had to get the dark blue.

These are cool and comfortable. These are my new go-to booties for fall. They are perfect with skinnies or flares. The clog-style bottom looks like wood, but it is really rubber so it bends. The footbed feels like a dream! I wear a size 9 and I originally ordered a 40, but exchanged them for a 39, which is perfect.

These booties were disappointing and will be returned. They run large. I wear a 7.5 and ordered a 38 but was swimming in it. The bootie is super clunky, especially around the toe.

If I could give these 6 stars I would, primarily for comfort. I debated getting them because I was not sold on the light heel with dark suede, but they are likely the most comfortable shoe/ boot that I have ever worn. And I have tried for years high-end (Chloe, Prada) and moderate (Geox, Clarks, Birkenstock) shoes because I have extremely sensitive feet, which blister horribly (even my Asic sneakers!). BUT these gave me no problem from the second that I wore them and they are very padded, which is wonderful. Even though they are on the casual side I wear them to work because they are like walking on air and give me a few inches of height. They are also slimmer than the Dansko clogs in the toe so do have a much better look for work and I had no problem with the width at all (my size 40 feet are on the wide side after my second child). They took a little effort getting my foot in the first time or two but then no problem at all. love these!!

They are gorgeous and well made. The top opening is a little wide so for those of you with skinny ankles like me, it may be a visual problem. I don't care though, because their comfort far outweighs that detail. Oh, did I mention they are comfortable…very comfortable! They are going to look great with straight or boot cut jeans. Skinny jeans would work with these too.

I am thrilled with these shoes. I have never owned a pair of Danskos before so I was unsure of the sizing. I had tried them on some years ago but found them to be very clunky. Not these! I am almost always a 7.5 and I ordered the 37. Perfect fit. Since I now have a toddler running around, I need to put comfort first these days. Luckily, these are VERY comfortable right out of the box AND just as stylish. Sure, they aren't the you-know-what... They're better!: made in America, employee-owned, stylish, more comfortable, and reasonably priced. Love, love, love. (Also, they zip on the side so I don't know why anyone would have trouble getting them on).

By far the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. I wish they came in more colors...red. I love them so much that I plan to buy the taupe pair in order to have them dyed.

They are very comfortable, smart-looking and versatile in my wardrobe. I can't wait for cooler weather to put away my Dansko sandals to wear these.

I have wanted this boot since its release, but could not find my size (41) in the taupe. I wear a 40 in the Dansko chukka, but this foot bed felt wider than the Maria boot. The Maria boots felt snug, but manageable at the end of the day. They would probably loosen up due to leather upper and my foot changing with cooler climate change, but at the price I wanted to be absolutely sure. I liked the boot and ordered a 41, hoping the arch hits correctly.

These clog-style booties are wardrobe staples! I bought the neutral last season and I had to wait until this year for the black as they were continually sold out everywhere. These shoes are exceptionally comfortable, and I say so as a New Yorker who walks everywhere. Unlike most clogs and Danskos in general, the sole actually flexes even though it's styled as wood. Although I typically don't like the look of fake wooden clogs (I've always really loved traditional clogs and have many wooden pairs), I still love these booties! Totally worth the price, you'll wear them everywhere. As for sizing, I'm a pretty standard 6.5 U.S. but for these I am very comfortable in a 36. I have other European sized shoes in 36 but usually I am a 37. Since a 36 worked in these, I'd say they may run a little large.

Nothing like Danskos. As a young professional, these are the perfect work shoes. Stylish and comfortable, I wear these with socks and dress pants almost every day. I bought a gray pair and loved them so much that I bought the black ones too! Perfect year round.
