Love these boots. Wanted something with some heel - to give me some extra height - to wear with jeans or skirts and that are comfortable for walking long distances on vacations. These are perfect. Put them on and instantly knew I would be able to walk for hours. And they look great too. Thanks Zappos!

Had ordered this shoe from another vender in a 38 and it was too large. The 37 fit perfectly. It is a bit difficult to get my foot into the shoe but once there feels great. Customer service could not have been better. Had to call since the computer was on the fritz.

I really liked these booties. They fit well, are good quality, and so comfortable to walk in. Until I slid off the wood threshold in the doorway. Why? Because the sole of this shoe is extremely slippery, no traction ability. At all. I had forgotten this less-than-desirable feature of some Dansko shoes. So I am sending them back and rating only a three for overall quality. Come on, Dansko, use material on the bottom of your shoes that provides a little bit of traction!

After thoroughly reading the other reviews I ordered these boots and could not be happier!! I've already told several friends to buy them and I'm saving up for a second pair. They are cute and incredibly comfortable. The heel is feminine and gives you a little height and is ten times more comfortable than my flats. Like other reviewers, I went down a size in the boots. I usually wear a 39 in regular dansko clogs but these are a 38 and fit perfect. So far I don't have any complaints. I can walk long distances in them and not worry that the heel is going to break down and the leather is scotchguarded so I don't have to worry about that either. There is nothing worse than buying expensive shoes and having to worry about them all the time. Handling gross Chicago elements (rain, light snow, slush, salt) great.

I am a huge Dansko fan and beyond happy to get a hold of these hard to find blue snake. They are even more gorgeous in person. I sprayed with a protectant and they were awesome from the first strap and I wear a 40 as I do with all my Danskos. Awesome year round style. Snag them if you can

I LOVE these boots. I wear them several days a week. I walk a couple of miles for work every day, and these boots are comfortable enough for the walk, and cute enough to wear in the office. And I love the shape; when I ordered them I was concerned they might be a bit too clog-like (I don't love clogs), but once I put them on I thought they were super cute. I have big feet that are somewhat narrow; I wear an 11 or a 12, depending on the shoe. I ordered the 42 and they fit well, if not a little loose. I'm not sure about all the people saying they can't get their feet into the boot... seems like they just need to size up? I am planning to order another pair in another color because I like them so much!

These are very cute and comfortable! I wear these with rolled cuff boyfriend jeans or with a dress and tights. I have a standing desk at work and these boots do not hurt a bit. They run true to size. I would purchase again.

This is a beautiful well made shoe, but Dansko's tend to look good on small feet. They look clunky on my size 9 1/2.

Hands down, the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. Way better than the standard Danskos, which give me shin splints. I have wide feet and these fit perfectly.

I love these boots. Love them. That being said, I returned them for a couple reasons: First, I ordered the blue suede. I tried them on with multiple pairs of pants & they simply didn't look good. I didn't like the blue on blue look with denim or black, grey or brown on blue with slacks. Second, I felt like the heel looked cheap. I'm a lover of Swedish Hasbeens & their real wood soles are beautiful. I felt like this "wood" sole looked cheap. But if you go with a different color, the fit, comfort, & build are fantastic. I personally mostly wear colorful shoes (no black or brown), so for the majority of the population these shoes are an absolute must if the heel color doesn't bug you.

Love these beautiful booties. The suede is high quality. They are a little rigid until the shoe starts to form to the foot (like every pair of Danskos I own) and may not be a good option for those with a wide foot. I wish I could find the tan in my size!

Dream come true! Dansko finally got it right with these - the style is similar to my beloved no. 6 clog boots, but much more comfortable and affordable. I bought these in the early autumn and have worn them almost daily for the past four months. Tempted to buy every color!

These are great Dankso shoes. Like other Danksos they required no breaking in, and I could wear them all day long. They are very cute with narrow leg jeans. I love them!

These shoes are great! Normally I am a 39 in Dansko shoes but I ordered these in a 38 after trying a friend's pair on. I cannot wear these with thick socks but they are prefect with tights or thinner socks. There was a break in period for me on the top of the shoe that had me worried that they were not going to work for me, but after pushing through the break in period of a few wears they are now perfect and comfortable. My only complaint is that I wear them with below the ankle socks and at the end of the day the black leather has stained a black ring around my ankle. It rubs off but it is a bit annoying. Other than that these are great booties!

I have been struggling all fall with booties - I own at least five pairs and they are all wildly uncomfortable (event the ones with low heels). I was desperate for comfortable, nice-looking booties that I could walk around the city and stand at my standing desk in. I found them! These Danskos are the most comfortable shoes that I have owned outside of sneakers. They also look great - the leather is a beautiful matte black. The flexible sole is very comfortable. I love these shoes. Note: if you have had Dansko clogs, these do not fit like the clogs! They are far more comfortable (believe it or not - I have been wearing the clogs for years and these booties are even better).

I love these boots! Not only are they cute and fashionable, but they are so comfortable. How comfortable? I wore them to a holiday party in which I did not sit down the entire night and my feet were still feeling great when I went home. This is a huge deal because I am not a tiny girl and standing up for hours on end in boots would normally kill my feet! Bonus points for them being nice and stable even after I had had a few to drink! If you are looking for super cute, super comfortable boots, these are your boots!

LOVE these booties! The taupe is a perfect fashion color that matches everything. I have a high arch, high instep (top of the foot) and need lots of room for pinkie-toe problems. These booties fit like a dream. Did not experience the trouble getting into them that other reviewers state. I'll definitely purchase another pair!

Classic Dansko comfort in a quirky blue that's made to go with any pair of blue or black jeans. I wondered if the sole would be too hard, its not. My new go to booties.

I absolutely love these shoes. I am not a big Dansko lover, and for some reason I decided to try these shoes, I am so glad that I did. They are comfortable and casual but yet a little bit special enough to make your every day jeans look super cool. I wear these boots everyday, they are that comfortable!

Being a doctor, I have always loved Dansko clogs (I have 20 or more in different colors). I had never tried the clog form as a boot. So this fall after a day of wearing a pair of uncomfortable boots; I went online and decided to go back to comfort-to Dansko. I picked out a pair of boots, style Maria in Dove color. I wanted a classic simple boot that I could walk or run all over NYC all day. As soon as I put them on, I felt comfortable. I have no time to break in or suffer through blisters. A few days later I bought another pair of Maria in a different color blue. A few weeks went by and I started to rethink how I felt in all of my boots and decided to go for classic black and brown for a complete boot wardrobe. An investment and gift for my feet that will last for years.

These are exactly what I was looking for! I love these boots. They are stylish and comfortable. I've gotten a lot of compliments. You can wear them with skinny jeans or regular boot cut jeans, and they look great either way. I have a narrow foot, and was happy these fit well, so if you have a wide foot, these would probably not fit. I wear between a 6.5 - 7, and went with the 37.

Great boots. They're super comfortable and look great with both pants/jeans and skirts/dresses. I also appreciate that they're treated with Scotchguard, so they clean off beautifully. Be aware: these boots are fully a size larger than indicated. I've always worn a 38 in Danskos, and with these, the 37 is a perfect fit.

Love these...a little more stylish than the Dankso Professional and every bit as comfortable. I normally wear a 38 in the Professional and went with the same in these. They might run a tiny bit bigger but I find them more comfortable that way and it leaves the option for thicker socks.
