I ordered my regular Dansko size but these didn’t feel right. Not enough arch support and seemed a little big. I don’t think they looked right on me either.

Love these boots~ unless I have my uggs slippers on, these boots are all I’ve worn since I received them last week. Leather is not stiff, zippers a little difficult for me, but I have arthritis. Maybe not as great of an arch support as other Dansko styles, but still comfortable. I was a bit concerned about the suede, but they’ve been scotch guarded and there’s not a spot on mine after wearing in the dust and wet grass. I would certainly recommend these to anyone looking for a cute, stylish boot.

Super disappointed that after looking at these boots for 2 years and finally giving myself permission to order them, they absolutely swallowed my feet, just huge all the way around, even with a thick sock. I suppose I could size down but they fit in the toe length. I think no half size options is always tricky and perhaps more so if your feet are average to slightly narrow. Super bummed because I am desperate for a clog bootie that actually fits.

So comfortable. This shoe is professional and just stylish enough. Very versatile. I needed work shoes that were supportive enough to walk around a lot but still help me feel confident rather than frumpy. :) I got these on a Tuesday and wore them to work the next two days without any issues. This is a big deal for me and my bunions!

These shoes are very narrow. I couldn't even keep them on long enough to decide if I wanted to keep them. I'll try the next size up to see if they're any more comfortable. the toe box is extremely narrow. Im a 8.5 and just returned the 39's, hoping the 40's work.

I really wanted these shoes to work, even ordered multiple sizes to hopefully find the one that worked. When I sized up they were absolutely huge, fell off my heels and looked like goofy clown shoes. In my regular size, they were excruciatingly painful, the bones on the top of my foot hitting the top of the shoe. In all fairness I am a difficult fit, with arthritis in my toes, so I do need more room in the toe box. I have other Dansko shoes that work for me, but for some reason, these just didn't.

I love these shoes. They felt tight across the top for the first few days and since then have been super comfortable. I bought them for work and they look great and feel comfortable. I could walk miles in these shoes. They are versatile, well made, and I expect to be wearing them for years.

I am always a 6.5 med, however, after reading many reviews that boot ran large I ordered 36. I will wear a thin liner sock as I don't consider it a winter boot in Buffalo but perfect if no snow! These remind me of my Bastad clog days'--just more current and comfortable. By sizing down they do not slide much in the heel. I have worn them around the house and notice they feel a bit more broken in each time. My feet always swell in our hot humid summers as now. But I know come fall they will be perfect. Clog styles are always classic, but they seem to be very relevant right now. Glad I found them in my size with the help and patience of Zapppos specialist Betty and smooth exchange with Samson.

Love these Dansko booties. I ordered them in black leather. Fit a little bigger than the other pair I ordered in another color. But great fit and feel.

I love Dansko shoes but having a narrow foot makes it really, really hard to buy anything other than the professional clogs that come in a narrow width. I usually wear a 41 narrow in Dansko so decided to try the 40. They were too small and I can tell I will be swimming in a 41. Too bad. This is the third pair of Dansko shoes or boots (not clogs) that I have had to send back in the past couple of years. I think I am giving up if Dansko won’t carry narrow widths in anything other than the clogs. These are going back.

I am a Dansko fan. As a teacher on her feet all day, Dansko's tend to be my "go-to" shoe. Lately I've been trying to streamline my look and go for something less clunky, so while the comfort and style are great, I found myself wishing for a low-profile shoe that still fit my wide feet. If you like the support of a Dansko and don't mind a bit of chunk and heft, these are the shoe for you! Great support and a wide foot-bed, even in a regular width. The Dansko Maria Taupe Milled Nubuck is the perfect neutral to go with everything. Pay attention to the color of the heel; it affects the overall look of the bootie. Personally, I sacrificed a bit of support and landed on the Blondo Valli in a wide width and a dark brown heel.

Awesome bootie! I love it. Has the nice footbed similar to the Dansko Professional Clog so it's super comfy and fun to wear. I live in it all fall & winter. If I'm not wearing my Dansko Honor Sneakers, I'm wearing these booties! Also bought the Dansko Brown leather booties, "Dansko Max" same style, and I get many compliments on those! Buy them, you won't regret it.

I love these Dansko’s. I work in a clinic and a nurse wore these to work often, so I decided to try them out. They are so comfortable and super cute. I can wear them all day with no issues. For size reference, I’m usually a 6 1/2 or 7 in shoes and generally wear a 37 in European sizing. However, I wear a 36 in these.

I have always loved Dansko Professional clogs and have had many pairs over the years. Then I broke and dislocated my foot. I already had a pair of the Maria boots, so when I could FINALLY wear shoes and get my foot into the boot, I tried them. I LOVE them. They are so comfortable. My formerly broken foot feels supported and safe. The heel height makes walking more natural and steps are much easier than in flatter shoes. And they are so CUTE! The black nubuck is the second pair I ordered. I'm sure they will be my go to shoe from now on. I think they go with most outfits!

I bought my original pair over 6 years ago and they still are going strong. I get stopped by people just to say they love the style and how they look. These are extremely comfortable with amazing support. I’ve bought every color since.

I usually wear a US Women's size 7.5-8, so I ordered size 38 in these boots. My heel slipped so much the boots barely stayed on my feet. The sole is really comfortable, but they're just way too big. The ankle opening was also way too big for me. I've been looking for a comfortable boot that I could wear with skinny jeans (to a casual office or just out and about), but they are really clunky looking. I was bummed.

These were much cuter on the website than in person. They were bulky and clodhoppers. Color was pretty but there was nothing feminine about them. Sent them back

I have plantar fasciitis and these boots offer the arch support I need. The only thing I found is that they are quite heavy, so my ankles had to get used to wearing them. Overall though, they make my feet happy, and look cute, so I had no qualms keeping them.

gorgeous but SO NARROW! I have a pair of the gray Maria's that fit entirely differently...perhaps it is the full grain leather? So sad...I love these boots but back they go.

I like these shoes. I have foot issues and have trouble wearing lots of shoes. My standards are Dansko clogs. These are not quite as comfortable as the clog version, but they are pretty good, and look much better with my skinny jeans.

So, I am a HUGE Dansko fan and currently have 7-8 pair in my rotation. I always wear 42 in closed toe Danskos, and 43 in Dansko sandals as I have very flat feet. I have been wearing the gray suede Marias for a year and a half and they are ridiculously comfortable. Unfortunately, they are not stain-treated and look terrible after all of the wear... Cleaning with suede cleaner has been a waste of time. I thought I'd try the black leather Dansko boots this time around. I ordered my usual size of 42 (I wear an 11 in American sizes.) These boots are RIDICULOUSLY tight around the bridges of my feet. I am a B width and have NEVER tried on a shoe or boot that was tight in that area. The tightness over the bridge puts pressure on the bottom of my feet too. I have read other reviews that mention the stretching over time, so that is the reason I have kept them. So far, I've worn them to work for about 8 hours a dozen times(alternating other shoes in between.) I am currently wearing them and my feet are completely numb. I'm pretty disappointed and rather weary about this experience with the Dansko fit. How did the fit change so much between the Maria boots in the same size?? There's no larger size for me to try... They are a GORGEOUS boot and I get loads of compliments on them. Unfortunately, wearing these boots come at the cost of constant agony. :(

These boots are so cute and stylish. But not comfortable. I work in retail, on my feet 9 hours a day and by hour 6 my feet and legs are aching. I have narrow feet and when I take them off after a long day, my toes are misshapen. They would probably work for a few hours at a time or if you don't need to be on your feet constantly. I'm so curious about the 5 star reviews that say they are on their feet or walk a lot -- these shoes are really not good for me for those activities. Everyone's foot is different, so maybe they'll work for you. They are so cute, but I bought them for work - I was hoping for comfort and style. For reference, I wear the Dansko Professional clogs to work all the time and no problem. The toe box on this is just too narrow to keep my foot healthy.

These are so cute and comfy but they run big. I usually wear a 40 in Danskos but was literally swimming in these. Haven't gotten the 39s yet but hoping they fit like a glove.
