Outstanding product! Simple to use, has a band at hte top of the bicep that keeps them from sliding down. Blocks the sun as advertised.

Amazing product. I use them for training for endurance races and they keep me nice and cool even in hot temperatures. As someone who gets sunburns quickly, they are great alternative to sunscreen as I don't have to worry about it sweating off or re-applying. Very compact product, as I can roll them up in my pocket and keep them there until I need them as I usually start training before sunrise. Only con is the sizing, as I ordered the L/XL and they really snug on my arms, and I would say my arms are of average size. A suggestion would be for some bigger sizes for bigger arms.

This is my first pair of sun sleeves, and so far I like them. I usually wear a women's small in OR tops, purchased the smaller size in these, and I haven't had a problem with slippage. The sun sleeves come up a little higher on my long arms than I'd expected, which means I won't have a gap with short sleeves. I appreciate the hand coverage, but I don't expect the palms to hold up to much scrambling. The fabric does feel like it will hold up to abrasion from brush and rock better than my Echo hoodies.

These work exceptionally well, they actually do have a cooling effect. I originally bought these for hiking in the hotter months, but found them to also work all year long at keeping my full arm sleeve tattoos from fading by getting far too much sun exposure.

I wore these in the high 90's to a peak 101 F weather in Sabino Canyon, Arizona and they were a phenomenal fit and outstanding cooling to a harsh sun fun filled day!

I can't be exposed to the sun otherwise I get quite sick. So, last year I bought the ones with the glove attached and I loved them. I wore them at work almost every day. I haven't really had a chance to try my new ones but from want I can tell they fit them same and will work just as well. Colour is great.

I always like to keep a pair of these in my kit to put on if / when the sun comes out. I carry sun screen but I'd rather pull these on to ward off the rays without all the lathering up. They are very comfortable and easy to wear out biking or kayaking with active use of the arms. Well worth the purchase!

These have been outstanding. I wear them while working in warm environments and while doing combatives training. They keep me cool while protecting me from unwanted exposure to bacteria and other irritants.

Have a pair of these sleeves with me here on a month long visit to Perth / Fremantle Australia in the blazing summer sunshine. Been here for about a month and hired a bicycle for self transport. These have been great for having in my pack and sliding on for a ride or beach time sun protection. Sometimes a little warm in the blazing sun, but then so is having the sun glaring down on the bare skin. I recommend them!

Spent the day in direct sunlight playing at the beach. I was concerned that the material wouldn't hold up, but by day 3 I became a firm believer. Will buy again

I just purchased my second pair of ActiveIce sun sleeves so that I never had to ride without them when one pair is in the laundry. They offer great sun protection and really do actively cool the skin when worn. I don't know how, but it really works! Also bought an extra pair so that I can give one to a friend.

I wanted something to keep the sun off (to replace sunscreen) but not be too hot while running. These have definitely done the trick! In fact, I think they actually make my arms cooler then if I was wearing nothing on my my arms. The moisture I accumulate on my arms seems to help cool my arms since especially when there's a breeze.

Great for running a dive class in the hot sun in Florida, and weekend bike rides. Kept my arms protected the whole time, and much cooler than wearing a long sleeve shirt!

I moved to Santa Clarita California from Seattle and didn't want to get sun burnt while running, so I purchased these sun sleeves . They are great for sun protection against sun burns and they also are great while driving too. The only thing is I have skinny shoulders, so I have to keep pulling the sun sleeves up while running. When I drive and don't move as much they will stay put.

Just got back from a trip to the Grand Canyon, where I used my OR ice sleeves while running the rim-to-rim-to-rim. They were fantastic for sun protection and cooling on the climb up North Kaibab to the North Rim. Loved them!

No one wants to keep lathering up with sunscreen on long, hot outdoor pursuits. These are the answer! Yes, the cooling effect is noticeable - bonus! I prefer the fingerless model for versatility, but pair with the UPF 50 gloves, with leather palm, when using an ice axe - perfect!

Bought these as sun protection on canoe trips. Have used them for warmth when running on fall days with a short-sleeved shirt: after I heat up, I push them to my wrists and carry on. :-)

Originally bought a pair to cover a fresh tattoo to keep it out of the sun. This is my second pair and the other pair lasted an okay amount of time. The fabric isn't super durable but these are still worth it. I took off one star because while they are stretchy, this is a unisex product and I really don't feel like the L/XL would fit a tall man with biceps.

These sun sleeves are the best I could find out there. They are comfortable, cover most of the top of the hand (an essential feature, in my opinion), and are made of thin material, so work great in the heat. I would have given them 5 stars, but did not because the only thing lacking is that they slip down off my upper arms fairly easily. I have smaller/thin, but athletic arms, and the smallest size is still a bit too large for my arms when referring to circumference. The length is perfect. I wish the elastic was stronger to hold up the sleeves without slipping (I constantly have to pull them up) or they were made in an even smaller size.

They definitely block the sun! I went on a 50 mile bike ride where my thumbs burned but my arms were fine, but I wish they made an xs/s- I'm a fairly muscled woman and they're still the tiniest bit loose.
