Originally I ordered 7 1/2 w. But my bunions made them too snug. Luckily the shoe in 7 1/2 WW did the job. Very comfortable but still looks quite dressy. The exchange was handled easily and didn't add to the expense of these shoes. Thanks Zappos!

I really like these shoes. They are comfy and stylish. It's hard to find navy shoes, so I was glad to find these. They were true to size, so I may be looking to order more Munro shoes.

Attractive and very comfortable shoes, as usual for Munro. I have other fabric dress shoes from Munro that never show wear or dirt, and do fine in rain, yet still breathe. How cool is that. However, I normally wear 9W but in this style I needed 8.5W because I was sliding back and forward in the 9W.

I ordered this shoe in both black and navy. It is a more fashionable look than most of Munro's normal styles. They both fit beautifully. I live on the east coast and it has been snowing constantly for the full month of February and for March, so far. I haven't worn them yet and look forward to doing so.

Great shoes! They are stylish and fit my AAAA feet amazingly well because the straps hold them on tightly.THANK YOU, Zappos and Munro-- a winning combination for narrow feet!

Although I've only worn them around the house, the fit is good. I have a narrow heel, and there is no slippage here. These can be worn for a chic night out, or with slacks for a more casual look.

This is a nice little dress shoe but alas, was still too wide for my super narrow feet. Normally Munro is a good choice for those of us with long, narrow feet that no other company on the planet thinks deserve decent looking, well-fitting and comfortable shoes, but I'm still a real challenge to fit, even for this company. I've encountered some of their other shoes that are a little tight in the SS width but these were not one of those. The toe box was a bit loose and the elastic across the top had too much fabric and did not hold my foot in. I normally wear a 10.5 SS in Munro. These run a little wide, in my opinion.

A fairly cute shoe for a W size. I'm a 5 wide but have narrow heels so one was slipping off the back strap. Seems the straps ought to have a bit more tightness to them.

Nice looking shoe, sizing just didn't work for me - my heel (which is very narrow) was slipping around in the strap.

Wore them out of the box for work and was thrilled with the comfort and fit. Honestly, you can't go wrong with this shoe or the Munro Abbey. Expensive, yes, but both well worth it.

I typically wear a size 5½EE in New Balance and Brooks running shoes. I ordered both a size 5EE and 5½EE of the Munro American Ella. The size 5½EE was too big overall. The size 5EE fit the length and width of my foot. My foot is wide at the front but the heel is of normal B width. The Ella does not have an adjustable heel strap and I step right out of the shoe. Too bad as it is a nice looking shoe and feels comfortable standing in them (though a bit of arch support would be nice).

Very comfortable and stylish. However, they make a squishing sound when I walk, so I rarely wear them.

Very comfortable but the wide strap across the instep just looked dowdy on me. The shape of the toe box is also just ordinary. The antique -ish gold color was great though - could work for casual or dressier. Oh well, sending them back. The Munro American Abby looks much more modern on me even though it has a retro vibe, so going with that one.

These are great shoes, but they did not work for me because the strap is neither stretchy nor does it have a buckle allowing for adjustment. I do not understand why they would be made this way. Not everyone's feet are the same, and an inflexible strap is a poor design choice.

These just did not work for me. I tried in 5 1/2 - my usual size - and then a 6. Very attractive shoe, but did not go with my feet. This was my try with Munro and I tried other of their shoes at the same time - none worked. I usually wear Reikers and Naot and will stick with them.
