I almost feel like the helpful positive reviews for the Hannah are for a different shoe. The pictures for Hannahs worn comfortably for 2 years look sturdier, with thicker, more comfortable leather as well as a thicker sole. The Hannah I tried on had thin leather straps and was very uncomfortable around the ankle. The shoe was too large and too loose. It felt like it would have given me blisters all over in 30 minutes. The sole was thin and the straps were stiff. I could also tell that pair had been tried on multiple times. Needed to be pulled from being sent out at all. Too bad. The style really was pretty. If it had been comfortable, I might have ordered another pair. What happened, Cobb, er, Rockport Hill?

I odered a 9N. The sole has very little cushion and the straps are odd. They fit comfortably in the back and the toe, but have big visible gaps in the middle where the straps are excessively loose.

Such an odd fit! I have a narrow foot and much like the other reviewers I found this shoe to be quite wide. In preparation of this, I purchased the narrow. I've never had a narrow fit more like a medium width than a narrow width before. They fit like a narrow at the bottom strap, near the toe - the rest of the straps were very loose and sloppy. I marked that these fit true to size, but they are short. I am a true 8 and usually have a little room at the end of a sandal - my toes were right at the rim, but since the rest of the shoe was so loose, they aren't really a 1/2 size smaller either... Needless to say, they are going back.

The best part of this shoe is the great arch support. I wanted some kind of embellishment/sparkle, but they "add years" for lack of a better term. Narrow straps aren't as comfortable and as I take a step forward, the side of the ankle strap pulls. Also I wear 7 1/2 and my foot is right on the edge so a bit more length is needed. The sand color is lighter than shown on screen. So, going back.

These black shoes seem cheap. I got the same pair in the coral color and really love them. This pair is not as nice, not as sturdy. Also, some of the straps are gray. It is not a completely black shoe. I am returning this pair.

I have been ordering Cobb Hill shoes with confidence and am the happy owner of many pairs. BUT, sadly, this pair is being returned. The straps are loose and the whole shoe is unstable on my foot. I don't know why it is so different from all the rest?

This is very cut but the straps with the elastic were way too loose and there is no way to tighten them. Returning.

I absolutely love these shoes. The problem is the jewels keep coming off. The strings that are used break. I've had two pairs and they both did the same thing within a month.

I thought I would love this shoe since I have a similar Cobb Hill style with the same platform. However, I am not crazy about the jewels and the straps gap even on my wide foot.

Cute shoes! Unfortunately, the regular width was slightly too narrow for my feet, and the straps on the wide were huge. My feet were swimming in them. I had to return them.

This is a very stylish sandal with the beadwork on top. I ordered my normal size - 8W - and the length fit well. As other reviewers noted, however, the top straps are too long and are not adjustable, so my feet were not held snugly on the footbed - so that is why I rated it only two stars. If you have thick feet or a high arch, these might work well for you. I am returning these and decided to go with the Cobb Hill RevSoothe sandal, which has three adjustable Velcro straps for a perfect fit.

I agree with the reviewer who mentioned the odd proportions of this shoe. I had the adjustable strap at the narrowest circumference and there was still way too much room between the top of the shoe and my foot (and my feet are 10W large). Having read the previous reviews, I ordered a half size smaller and it was still such a sloppy fit that it is unwearable. Obviously, all customers aren't having this problem and it is a cute shoe, so you should take a chance.

Although I have a wide foot, this shoe was just too floppy. Too bad. They are really cute.

The shoe is really comfortable but it is WAY frumpier than it looks in the picture. I think it's because the straps and the footbed are so wide and kind of loose. Had to return it.

It's a shame this one didn't fit, because it it is cute. I had hoped that my experience would be different, but as other have written, this shoe is not well designed. The straps across the top of the foot are too long and gap, despite the sole of the shoe being a good fit for my narrow foot. Back it goes...

This sandal was very cute, the width was perfect for my very wide feet and the foot bed is comfortable and well cushioned. However as previous reviews state the sandal was not proportioned correctly. The straps that wrap around the feet hovered about 3/4 of an inch above the top of my foot. I could put 3 fingers between the straps and foot. With no way to tighten the straps my foot slid around in the sandal and they sadly had to go back. It is possible this may not be an issue in narrow sizes but in the wide size if you have very thick feet they might work for you.

I wish I would have read the other reviews more thoroughly before I ordered this shoe. While it is comfortable and provides good arch support, it is too wide. Like others have said, the 2 straps between the top and middle medallion are a bit ridiculous. They flare out to the side when you put it on.

Perhaps I was the victim of high expectations, but these Rockports are really made for people with thick feet. I don't mean wide- I mean thick. (Mine are not thin, nor narrow; very normal.) They look cute on the shelf, but once on... not very flattering. The comfort level was average, as they just don't fit well. (Again, thick feet maybe you'll love them!) TBH, I would love to be able to return them - even exchange with Zappos for another shoe - as I'll never wear them again.

The length of the shoe was good; but, it was beyond medium for a narrow shoe. Love the look of the shoe.

These shoes are beautiful and the W size was right width for my wide feet, and the length was perfect, but the straps did not at all touch my feet anywhere - they were enormous.

If it were new, I’d give a better review. They were clearly worn and very stretched out. Do not ever send me such used shoes again! The strap was indented from prior use. A great disappointment.

I ordered a 7.5 and got a 8.5. So I have know idea how they fit, but they are cute.

Very disappointed! Rockport shoes are usually much better quality than these sandals. I tried the 8 1/2W from another store, they were way to wide. I purchased the 8 M from Zappos...they still fit weird. The straps are not the same on each shoe. They bulge over the arch, and they are shorter than the normal 81/2 that I always wear. Sadly,Going back...I really love the design.

Not a true narrow - the front straps are a narrow fit, the middle ones are really longer than what they should be.

Not a true WIDE! They took a size B(medium) width, and made the upper straps longer. This isn't a True Wide. They shouldn't be allowed to call it a Wide unless they actually make the footbed wider. They are lying by calling it a Wide, and wasting my time and money. Zappos please make sure your descriptions are honest and not deceptive like this.
