Very cute, but the 7.5 narrow was at least a B width. I could put 2 fingers under the straps with my foot in it.

Ordered a narrow and the width is a regular width. I was really disappointed for the price.

Too short for 8 1/2 and narrow is not narrow enough

I am SO sad to have to return these, as the color and design is GORGEOUS. But the strap lengths are just so far off. As someone else said, around the ball of the foot, the strap is too long; and the ankle strap, even when I have it on the furthest hole, is too long. It's a funny design that the buckle is so close to the front; it would be nicer to hide it further on the side. Last but not least, the holes in the strap were drilled in a hurry, almost off the strap -- really poor quality, very surprising for New Balance.

I ordered these in a 9W but they were far too loose so they went back. If you are on the brink of a medium and wide size, I suggest you go for the medium. They are cute and I love this brand.

I really wanted these to fit, but the strap hit too high on my ankle causing irritation. Has good arch support. Had to return them.

I really like these sandals until I start walking around. They are very comfortable but for some reason they are always twisting my ankle. I'm not bad on high heels so it's not that I can't handle the tiny heel. I think the heel is just more narrow than it looks. They feel sturdy so you don't walk daintily like you do in heels. I love them but can't wear them for regular sandals.

This is a beautiful shoe, and the footbed is incredible. However, I had to return it because it is constructed for someone whose foot is thick from toes to ankle. I got the wide width, and it fit my toe area great, but it was much too roomy in the rest of the shoe because the rest of my foot is slender. I am trying another style that has 3 adjustable straps.

This is a really cute sandal but it didn't work for me because the straps, as stated in other reviews, were oddly large and kind of 'floated' above my foot. I have pretty big feet and thick ankles, and I ordered a wide size, but I've never had this issue before. They were perfect in terms of width but the straps are simply not sized correctly. If you are a hobbit, these sandals might fit you.

These are such cute sandals, but the straps above the ankle strap on the 8N shoes that I ordered were still way too loose for my feet. My feet kept sliding forward in the shoes when I walked, drat! They did not work out for me, but others may have a little more foot. I will keep looking.

These are so cute and almost perfectly comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was the decorative jewel near the toes was rubbing my skin and I knew that after 20 minutes it would hurt and just get worse. I'm disappointed, because I love everything about them.

Really cute sandal, but like others said, too wide. I'm disappointed that the narrow isn't available as I would love to exchange as they are very comfortable in the footbed and I love the style, but the Medium is just too loose all around. Sadly they are going back.

Very disappointed with the black shoes. I thought they were all black, as the picture looks, but they are Black with a few gray straps. Otherwise, very cute shoes

Really wanted to like these shoes, as they are very stylish looking and have decent support. However, the leather was too scratchy on the inside of my feet (around the inner ankle). I'm surprised more reviews don't mention this problem. I would have gotten blisters very quickly if I tried to walk any serious distance in them. Had to return.

I really liked these shoes. I ordered size 7 1/2 N. The length and width were perfect. However, the straps on the shoes were were huge. I could get two fingers between my foot and every strap making them so loose that it was hard to in walk them. It seemed like the manufacturer had used the same size straps on all three sizes, Narrow, Medium and Extra wide. What a shame!

The wide is still too narrow for my wide feet and the bands are too tight for a high arch.

The style is beautiful but the width is way too loose. I ordered 7.5 M, but I found the length is about 0.5 size too short, and the width is too wide. It is very disappointed that I have to return them.

This shoe was NOT a narrow. I could fit my fingers under all of the straps so my foot slid on the shoe as soon as I tried to walk. It is a cute style but the heel also seems lower than in the picture. Thank goodness for Zappos great return policy. It is getting harder and harder to find narrow shoes in stores so I am grateful for their selection.

For me they were too wide for a medium. Also elastic strap in back too wide so shoe felt loose. Cute in appearance, just not a good fit for me.

These are cute in nearly every color, so I ordered 3 colors to try. All had good support and were true to size, but they did not fit in width. The ankle strap would not adjust snugly around my ankle, and the part around the toe area was huge. Sent all three pair back. They felt somewhat narrow, but not a true narrow. If you have feet that can sometimes wear a medium width, depending on the shoe, I’d say these might work well.

This sandal is very pretty but runs wide. I ordered the narrow and my foot was still flopping around. Sadly, it had to go back.

I have had very good luck with Cobb Hill shoes, and felt sure that these sandals would fit as well as my other Cobb Hill shoes. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The straps that go across the toes fit fine, but the ones closer to the middle of the foot are wide and loose. And the more you tighten the strap around the ankle, the more the strap just above it loosens and bulges out. Disappointing that I have to return these. Also, I agree with another reviewer about the jewels - I decided I could live with them if the shoes fit, but would prefer they not be on the sandals.

So close to being a great shoe, but missed the mark. Narrow is not really narrow. Other reviewers were right on when they said that some of the straps are way too long and very loos on the foot, I can fit two fingers in between my foot and some of the straps. I read several reviews but they all said they had the wide width, so I found out the hard way that the problem occurs in the narrow as well. The ankle strap and the toe strap are fine, the middle straps gap significantly. I kept them because I felt bad about a shipping mishap where Zappos ate a pair, and I thought these would be somewhat wearable. If they fit right, the style could work dressed up or down, but the gapping straps make it look sloppy, so they are only good for very casual wear. Or so I thought. I saw another woman wearing these last week, and she had a much different foot than me, but it was gapping really badly on her too,and after seeing how bad that looks, I probably will not wear them again. I don't know what Rockport is thinking- no one's foot is shaped as weirdly as this shoe! Also they are not the quality I expected for this price- the buckles feel cheap and the right one has some sort of minor defect. I doubt that I will ever buy Rockport again. But I'll always buy from Zappos!
