Love these shoes. Didn't go half size down (as recommended in reviews) and the shoes do fit loose, but not so bad. Love the khaki color!

I am usually an 8, but read the reviews about going down half a size. Did that and it fits perfectly! I get compliments on these shoes every time I wear them. They're so comfortable too!

Bought these for my elderly mother who does NOT want to wear "nursing home shoes." She liked them! (After outright refusing many other pairs.) The sole is "grippy" enough to help her propel her wheelchair, and yet not so "sticky" that she can't slide her feet across the floor. We don't really know about the arch support because her ability to walk is limited at this point. However, they fit nicely and she likes the way they look and feel. She can put her heel-lift in the one shoe to help with her uneven hips problem. And they are cool enough to wear in the Texas heat.

Beautiful shoe! but these are not wide shoes. But the wide size is not wide--likely a B or C width. Had to return them unfortunatley.

These are the cutest shoes! I've been looking for a great summer dress shoe for work and this is perfect. I can wear it with so many outfits! The first pair rubbed my heal where the zipper is, but I love them so much I took a chance hoping it was just a defective pair and ordered a new pair. The new ones don't rub my heal! Yay!! :)

I think because of my flat feet, this shoe was uncomfortable. But I think the brand is worthy of another try, just a different shoe. This one was very cute.

I love these sandals! I bought them based on their style but also because I have a pair of Mary Janes by Cobb Hill and knew this brand provided great support for my picky feet (I have neuroma in my right foot). I am normally an 8 wide, so that's what I first ordered. However, when the sandals got here and I tried them on, they were too big. I exchanged them for 7.5 wide and they fit perfectly. Thankfully Zappos has a great return/exchange policy! These shoes are stylish and perfect for summer. I hope to get another pair in a different color soon!

Loved the design of the shoe, however the narrowness of the sole at the heel make it unstable for me.

Very comfortable and cute. Not a brand I normally buy because I expect them to be a little "old" for me, but they are supportive without sacrificing style.

I have a difficult time getting cute, comfortable shoes in my size. The Rockport Cobb Hill Collection Ireland fits the criteria. I did not have to break them in - they just fit the first time I wore them. I was on my feet working for a 10 hour day. I love them so much that I ordered the same size and style in Tan. They are comfortable and easy to wear - easy on and easy off with a back zipper - look good with shorts, capri's or a skirt. Perfect addition to my closet!

I Love these shoes! I wanted a comfortable closed toe leather sandal that had some style and required little or no breaking in; my feet are sensitive! I bought the tan in a 9M, which is normal for me, but they were fairly loose on my feet, so I exchanged them for a 9N, which was perfect! So perfect that I ordered the black also. The zipper in the back gives them a little trendy flavor, which probably helps with all the complements I get. This is a very cute and comfortable sandal with a great arch support.

Awesome and very comfortable! They look cute and I am able to walk around with them most of the day without pain at all!!! Hard to find a sandal that does not rub on my feet, this pretty sandal does not!

I bought these shoes last year in Pewter and love them. I'm ordering another pair in black and really hope that the company hasn't changed anything. I'm hard to fit -feet are 1/2 size different and I have bunions that need to be accommodated in the styling. I LOVE Zappos return policy. Customer service is tops on the internet.

Size 9.5 narrow fit well. Arch support is minimal.

I LOVE these sandals. This will be my third summer wearing them. I get compliments on them all the time. They have a classic look, but also feel modern. The foot bed is squishy and supportive, lined with suede so my foot doesn't slide around. They are easy to get on and off with the heel zipper, and the soles are rubber and non-slip. I've walked miles and miles in these shoes with no discomfort. When my current pairwear out, I'll but another. Highly recommend.

Fits well. I always wear narrow, and wear 9.5 or 10. I got the 10 and they fit well. They fit my need for a closed toe sandal.

I bought this shoe before I traveled to Kenya last winter. I wanted something cute, comfortable and versatile and I was so joyous when I got the shoes in the mail. They carried me through the trip with no rubbing or blisters and they just get more comfortable the more I wear them. I have worn them almost everyday this spring walking 1.5 miles to work and back. I sorta refuse to wear tennis shoes with work outfits so these work for me even with all the walking. The color is very bland but it goes with everything. Fit true to size. Totally recommend!

I have a very narrow foot with a high instep arch, the shoes are narrow and true to size for me. The only negative is not much arch support for me.

Haven't worn these outside yet but they felt GREAT when I tried them on! I wore them around the house for a few and the felt & fit good. I'm an 8.5/9 medium width and it varies with types of shoes. These felt like a comfortable fit and not tight or too wide-they fit just right! Can't wait to wear them outside!

This is a very cute shoe, but there were two issues. The first one is the weird fake buckle/Velcro combo. The Velcro doesn't really match up, so you can see it when you're wearing the shoes. Secondly, the zipper. It jingles when you walk. Total deal breaker for me! Just put a working buckle on these!! Well, I guess there were three issues after all. The strap also hit too high on my ankle, so that it rubbed on my ankle bone when I walked. Too bad, because these were cute and comfortable- other than the ankle strap.

Love this shoe so much I ordered another pair - same color. They have good support, are comfortable for walking, and are cute!

Love this shoe. I'm replacing this shoe because my goldendoodle, Sophie also loved this shoe. It has great foot support, very comfortable, soft leather and lovely heel zip which makes for a quick slip-on.

I love these shoes! Very comfortable, and they go well with pants/jeans or skirts. The zipper in the back of the shoe is a nice touch.

I loved these sandals (size 7N) but they rubbed against the side of my foot. I'm sure people with normal feet would find them very comfy!
