As others mentioned, these were super-comfortable right out of the box. The zippers in the back do make a little noise when you walk, but it doesn't bother me; I like the convenience of them. The color perfectly matches khaki pants. I would happily purchase again.

I bought these shoes for my mom, age 75 who has trouble with her feet. She hoped for something with a little extra wiggle room in the toe area and loved these. They are cute, I ordered a pair for myself in a narrow and found the heel to be a little wider than other narrows I have ordered. Thank you Zappos, we so appreciate your quick response and friendly service.

These sandals are wonderful and they have a little padding under the arch and you can beat a zipper in the back! They are great if you need closed toed sandals that are cute. They fit true to size though I wish the toe box had a few more cut outs.

These are pretty solid shoes. They're a great price, well made, have a nice rubber outsole and a soft, cushiony insole with good arch support. The cutout styling adds a nice touch to this comfort-centric shoe. I like that there's a back zipper for both style and an easy on and off without using the side buckle. These aren't made with materials as nice as Sofft, but these are definitely an all around great shoe if you're looking for style and comfort at a fair price.

Very cute shoe! I was hoping I could wear these shoes but I have diabetes and was afraid the straps would rub against my toes and foot even though it was very smooth on the inside. Fairly good arch support for a sandal of this type.

This was exactly what I was looking for. A comfortable shoe, with lots of arch support, and a bit of style, for my 10 year old step-daughter. I just got tired of seeing her always wear those overrun gym shoes and this was a versatile alternative. Not only that, but she loved them! Bonus!

Great shoe. Dressy yet very comfortable. Good insole, cushy and roomy. Have some feet issues and the shoe style stays on while giving extra room for my foot. Really like the back zipper for easy putting on and taking off. This is my second pair of shoes from this company and I am pleased.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn in my life, and I am 80 years old. Absolutely worth more than the money I paid, I will order another pair in black.

My new faves! Super comfy even for my wife feet. The zipper down the heel is great. It jingles a little bit but who cares? Soft and immediately comfy. Bought these for travel.

I'm 27 years old. I have legitimately Wide feet and a large instep. I am constantly on the hunt for cute/not too frumpy wide shoes. I wanted these to work so badly, but unfortunately, they were just not quite wide enough in the toe part of the sandal. I wish I could upload a picture to show you, but by foot was just gooshing out too much, they were almost painful, I know after walking they would've been horrible. They fit great around the ankle though, it was just the toe part of the sandal/footbed that were not wide enough. I ordered a 9W, and sizing up would have made them too long. They are adorable though -- if you know your foot is only slightly wide, go for it you'll love them! They felt really comfortable besides the part cutting into my wide foot. I unfortunately, am sending them back to Zappoland.

These shoes are so comfortable that I walked all over WDW Magic Kingdom & Epcot in them merely 1 week after purchase (FitBit said it was over 26,000 steps)! They are cute, have nice arch support, good ventilation for when it's hot and have not caused any blisters (even after those 26k steps). I've been wearing these nonstop since purchasing them.

So cute, especially with the OMG zipper in the back! The peweter color is also very nice. Because of the height of the back, the strap hits my ankle in the wrong place and, unfortunately, these have to go back.

Bought this shoe a couple of weeks ago and have worn it twice and have been very pleased with it. For a change I was able to wear a new shoe for the first time that was actually comfortable. They have good support and my 8 slim feet were quite happy! I will look for more styles from them.

I am enjoying wearing these shoes. They are very comfortable and I love that I don't have to buckle and unbuckle straps because of the cute heal zipper! Really nice feature!

I bought these in my usual size, 8.5M. They fit perfectly! I LOVE the pewter color - goes with everything! They are cute and very comfortable - I wear them to work, and I stand almost all day (8-9 hours). I have high arches and find them to have enough arch support for me. As another review stated, the zipper on the back does make a little jingle sound, but it doesn't bother me. :) I also like that they are breathable - my feet don't get hot in them. I definitely recommend!

Beautiful shoe, couldn't put my foot in it because it was too narrow. I find that disappointing in a shoe marked "wide." It wasn't even close.

These are very cute. A friend of mine decided to order a pair as well. The strap rubbed the first few times I wore them, but now they are so comfortable and dressy enough for office wear.

So torn on these. I normally wear a regular width 8 1/2, but can't seem to find the right size in these. I tried a regular 8 1/2 (which squeezes the outside of my big toe a little), a 9 (alleviated the toe squeeze, but slips off my heel when I wake), and an 8 1/2 wide (again, fixed the toe squeezing, but slips off my heel). I'm thinking perhaps an 8W may do the trick. Other than that, the footbed is a nice balance of cushy and firm, the leather is soft and doesn't rub, and the sole seems pretty grippy. Not a ton of arch support, but better than something totally flat. The zipper does make a tinkly noise, as others have pointed out. Overall, it's a really cute show and makes my feet look tiny and my legs look shapely...really hoping I can find my size match in an 8W.

I have plantar fasciitis, so finding shoes that are both comfortable and stylish is always a tough one for me. I absolutely love this shoe. It is comfortable to wear all day, and I love the way it looks on my foot. Very feminine and summery, while still providing coverage for my toes (I am always self conscious of my toes and don't wear open toed shoes). So, overall a great sandal! Also, after reading other reviews that the shoe runs narrow, I ordered one in regular width and and one in the wide width. I found that the wide one was too loose and the regular one fit great. So I'd say it is true to size and width since my foot is not narrow at all.

Having a narrow foot with a high instep, I found these shoes so very comfortable & I can wear them all day long! That's why I have them in two colors. They go with everything & look so cute! Zappos is my shoe store & the service is absolutely top notch.

I ordered my usual size (9W), but when they arrived they were clearly much too big. I ordered half a size down and the fit is much better - I think there is still a little extra room, but not so much that my heel is slipping out all crazy. My feet tend to swell in hot weather so a little extra space is nice. There is one weird thing about fit - my big toe feels like it hits the roof of the toe. (Not the point, which would mean the shoe was too small, but the top, as though it is built too shallow?) It is a small thing, and they are great besides - cute but surprisingly sturdy.

My feet are AA in width, which makes buying shoes difficult. These sandals are amazingly comfortable and the narrow was perfect. I would say that this brand probably already runs narrow, as they fit my feet perfectly (for once), but I would classify my feet as freakishly narrow. I definitely plan to buy more of this brand.
