I haven't worn them a lot, but they are comfortable. They have a high arch. My toe does hit the end. I think the next 1/2 up would have been too big.

These are great shoes! I bought these for our recent sailing trip to the Aeolian Islands (Sicily). The shoes are great in/around water, and are very quick to dry (versus my boat shoes). I wore them on rocky beaches, and right into the sea. I wore them in marina showers. But what I really appreciated was the good support, including arch support, which made these very good walking/hiking shoes. We hiked up to an ancient hilltop castle, and these shoes were great. When I encountered a lot of small pebbles, or if I was on a very long walk, I put on a pair of shortie SmartWool socks for comfort. The soles are nice and cushy and have a very stable base. I found the shoes to be true to size. I do have the toggle tie at its loosest setting (not toggle-cinched at all), and they are fine. Very comfortable shoes! I would put them in the category of "so ugly, they might be cute," but my husband says they are nice-looking. They are different!

Peculiar fit - feels as though abnormal ridge in outer foot that hurts after awhile - I ordered 2 pair and will keep blue ones. Not as comfortable as other Keens but love the way they look.

Runs very small. I'm a size 10 but it is really short and tight. I love the shoe so I will try an 11 when it gets restocked.

This is a cute shoe. Unfortunately, it has a very high profile on the top of the shoe and I had great difficulty getting my foot into the shoe . I am returning it and cannot really comment on the comfort.

I wanted to love these because I like the look better than the Uneek Astorias, but unfortunately I couldn't get past the feel. The upper is somewhat tight and I had to go up half a size. For context, my feet run a bit wide (good in regular sneakers like New Balances, wide in Birkenstocks) and I prefer shoes with arch support. This one is a little low but probably sufficient. I wore this indoors in warm weather so my feet swelled a bit, and my arches were falling over the sides into the rope - uncomfortable. I also found the upper a bit itchy after some time in hot weather, not even sweating). I like how they look on, but I find myself not wanting to put them on. If you don't have foot issues, it's probably fine. For comfort, I would go with the Astorias.

Cute sandals, just little to no arch support. Wear size 10, was able to just get them on, tight, but I think they might stretch out.

The style reminded me of those "hey dude" shoes, which is not for me. I did like the green color, but the white plastic piece on the adjuster does not match and made the shoe even uglier.

Least supportive Keen footwear I have ever tried on.

The ankle strap has no give whatsoever so I couldn’t get the shoes on easily. In fact it was almost impossible. I could not imagine messing with that every time I’d want to wear them.

These were "ugly shoes" in the photo, but I was hoping they'd be more "unusual looking" when they got here. Nope. They are ugly. But they are also super comfortable. If they'd had the arch support I have in my other Keens, I would have kept them. But these had no arch support, and no way to add my orthotics, so they were sent back.

Too short but ordered the next size up. Really like the feel and look.

Looked very cute online, but just didn't do it for me once I put them on. A very masculine looking shoe and I didn't need another such pair, lol

I wanted to like them, but they just don't provide any cushion in the heel. I have a flat foot, narrow heel and wider at the front. They fit well a half size up. If you need them for hiking a waterfall trail in hawaii, get them. If you're running around south Texas heat, try something else.

I wanted n olive colored shoe, the description said olive ( I think, or maybe green), but it is more grey than green. Also, the sole was way wider than my foot. While it was comfortable due to the tie downs, it just really made my foot look a lot wider than I liked.

Thought these would be really comfortable, easy and cute. They are sort of cute in a utilitarian way, and kind of comfortable, but not at all as comfy as I expected for this type of shoe. They are also very difficult to put on. They are going back.

These shoes looked good on, and I wd have kept them, but it was very difficult to put them on. The opening is quite small because the top of the shoe comes right up to the ankle, so when you put the sandal on you can get your foot in but getting the back up is difficult. It would be great to alter this design by lowering the front a bit so the opening is wider.

I typically wear a size 9, and these fit in that size. However, they made my feet look bigger and just had an odd look to them. Also, they were very squeaky on hard floors. Returned them.

Normally, I love Keen shoes for both their styling and fit. I know if I buy a size 5.5, it will fit and feel great. The Uneek left me with a less then stellar walking experience. The shoe runs small all around. I read that on the Keen site and ordered a half size up, which worked. The downside was that the shoe was moderately uncomfortable. The arch support just doesn't seem to be in the right spot for me. Additionally, while the webbing looks really cool and unique (or "uneek"), it does require the base of the shoe to show a quarter of an inch or so all around, makes makes one's foot look wide—and this comes from somebody with a super narrow foot. I am keeping the sandals to wear around the house and short runs to the store, but I'll go back to my old Keen sandals when I know I'll be walking a lot and need a more comfortable shoe.

Love the fit of these shoes, HOWEVER... they squeak loudly on hard surfaces. NO one mentions this on any review?? Will be ordering a different color with (hopefully, according to the pix) a different sole. Hope that fixes it.

If I had robust, healthy feet and great circulation, these would probably be my go-to sandals for warm weather. The nylon-esque cords distribute pressure nicely and are wonderfully airing. However, my circulation is not that good and the row of knots between sides and upper hit my bunion right on top. These are one of the Keen sandals that are NOT too low on the instep, but probably would have worked for me if they didn't hurt the skin on my feet and the bones in my toe.

I ordered a half size larger because of other reviews and then discovered I should not have. But the sandal does not offer enough ankle and foot support because of the bungee cord design. And it's not attractive!

As others have commented, the footbed is very soft and comfortable. I would have liked a little arch support, but overall they are surprisingly comfortable. You are very aware of the "loop" material, but not in a bad way. That said, I don't buy into the idea that they're so ugly that they're cool. They just look clunk. The colors are good, but I just don't know when I'd wear these. They just aren't very flattering.
