I love the concept. I had to try these on. I found them to be too big in my size, 10 1/2. The back strap pull the foot forward, and my heel was 1/2" inside the heel. It just looked wrong to me. But I love the idea, and I may try on a smaller size.

Usually, I wear a 7.5, but after trying a friend's decided to order an 8. Regardless of the size, the front of the shoe may rub against your big toe because of the angle of the knot.

Lightweight and airy but a bit odd-looking. Plenty of width for my wide feet. I decided I prefer the regular Keen sandals, so I returned them, but I have no complaints about them. I just didn't love the look.

I'm delighted with these all-black Uneek sandals. I have a colorful pair from last summer and wore them a lot because they are so comfortable. The black, with black soles have a more dressed up look (in my opinion) and could be worn almost anywhere. The Uneek sandals have the Keen metatomical footbed, which gives excellent support. The cords which make up the top of the shoe stretch to fit your unique foot shape.

I'm unsure how I feel about these. While I do like the style and the color (all black) I'm a bit unsure about the comfort. I have high arches and these feel like there's no arch support whatsoever. I hardly walked a mile in them and I was ready to take them off from the discomfort. The inside of the sole also kind of rubs but I'm sure this will hopefully lessen as it's being broken in. It is a light sandal, however and I do like how it's quite breezy. I took others' advice and ordered half a size large than my normal size - so instead of a 6.5 I ordered a 7 and the fit is perfect. Overall I find that these are a nice, casual shoes rather than a shoe for walking. I'll have to see how I feel about these in a few days.

I LOVED these shoes. Unfortunately, the left shoe rubbed against one of my left toes, so I had to return. So sad!

Interesting style, but not for me. It definitely was not too small in my size of 8.5, in fact, the 9.5 that I ordered on advice of other reviewers who said this style ran small and tight was immense on my foot. I spend hours reading reviews since I order everything on-line, but it's not always reliable. Thank heavens that Zapppos makes returns so easy!

Usually order 8 1/2, took reviewer advice and ordered a 9 which was perfect. Cute, stable, wide toe box and wide sole give stability and it is sturdy and beautifully made. I have to return because my hammertoes rub on the inside top of the toe box, where there is a slight ridge.This would not be an issue with normal feet and the shoe was also cool and airy when you walk...laces are adjustable. A great buy for most of you.

I ordered these shoes even though its not summer. I love the combination of the two colors and with some nice wool socks they are warm enough for winter in North Carolina. They are a nice change from the typical winter black, gray or brown. They will also be around when summer comes. LIke all Keen shoes I have bought, they are very comfortable and easy to wear. I did have to return the 8 1/2 I first ordered as it was too small so I went up to a 9 and it was perfect.

And when I say, "excellent arch support," I mean that it was too much for me. I have a high instep on the top but perhaps I have low arches, but I just don't need that lump pushing up in the middle of my sole. The elastics were on the tight side, although others have said that they loosen up over time.

If I had robust, healthy feet and great circulation, these would probably be my go-to sandals for warm weather. The nylon-esque cords distribute pressure nicely and are wonderfully airing. However, my circulation is not that good and the row of knots between sides and upper hit my bunion right on top. These are one of the Keen sandals that are NOT too low on the instep, but probably would have worked for me if they didn't hurt the skin on my feet and the bones in my toe.

These were great right out of the box for me. So far I have just left the laces loose and they stay on just fine. The soles are relatively thin and flexible. They feel like boat shoes with good arch support. Light weight, good travel sandals. Nothing to irritate my bunions. When walking in dirt and sand, a lot gets in, but it shakes right out. Kind of weird looking, but fun.

Excellent service. Shoe fits tight; I am hoping it expands with wear. Not the arch support I expected from a Keen.

I like the shoes but they are way to small

love this shoe! very comfortable--I didn't have any of the toe-rubbing issues some others have had...but, I know everyone's feet are different. like walking on air, and, the mesh-like design feels like air conditioning! I think they are cute--have received several positive comments on that. they remind me of huaraches. I did get 1/2 size up from my normal Keen size, and that worked for me.

LOVE the funky look. Great with casual dresses as well as shorts/pants. I have a high arch, and wish this shoe offered more support as many other Keen lasts do. Still, I can wear it all day.

I wore them thru out the Republican Convention, little dressier, but much comfort!

I cautiously ordered these as I have a high instep and arch. I wore them all day at a waterpark and they were surprisingly supportive! The only beef I have with them is when they are wet, the top of the shoe rubs a bit on the top of your foot, not enough to make a blister, but enough to want to get them off. This could be just me though since I do have a high instep. Otherwise, very comfortable and your foot will not slip aroumd in this shoe when wet, which is a huge plus in my book.

Love, love, LOVE these shoes! I wasn't expecting them to be so comfortable--like walking on a cloud. And the color rocks! I get compliments on them everywhere I wear them--which is EVERYWHERE!

I read all the reviews prior to purchasing. I suggest buying a half or whole size larger. I usually wear a 6 - 6 1/2, I ordered a seven. Fit great. And as several people mentioned in their reviews, it feels a bit stiff and scratchy right out of the box. But, I gave them a try outside the home and they really are great. I liked them even better after wearing them in the water. Loads of compliments. I am pleased with them. They dry quickly.

I purchased the Deep Water/White (Blue) in a size 7. I wear a size 7 normally. When I first received the shoes they fit really snug and I thought I would need to go up to a size 8. I wore them around the house for a couple of days with the free-moving cord, the shoes adapted to my foots shape! I've had them for over 2 months and now it feels like I don't have shoes on my feet! Very happy with these Keen's.

Comfortable but difficult to get on and off and smell bad after getting wet. The tongue slips down when you are trying to pull them on. Why do they even need a tongue? Not at all suitable for boating or the beach. Lots of sand trapped inside and it took them a very long time to dry. After they got wet they smelled embarrassingly bad. So bad that if I touched them, my hand would smell bad. I had to quarantine them. I will be throwing these out after only 2 weeks of using them on vacation.

One other review called this shoe "fugly" and I would agree and I am so glad I got a pair. I live on a hike and bike trail in an area where summer temps are 100+, so I walk a lot and my feet get hot in regular athletic shoes. I have worn these for about 12 miles of walking so far and they are wonderfully ventilated and provide good support for my feet. They are not pretty or sexy...well the color is pretty (lavender). I wear a size 9.5 but after reading reviews I ordered a 10 and they fit very well. I did worry about all the braided cord hurting my foot but it isn't the least bit uncomfortable. The shoe hugs your foot, so there is no sliding or bunching and I like the feel when walking. A very stable shoe. So order the fugly shoe, get a half size larger, and prepare to love them.

Initially I was skeptical how I would like these shoes. I have a wide foot and was worried about the fit. I sized a half size up and they are perfect. From the first time I put them on they fit great. It feels like I'm wearing slippers. I live in FL and need comfortable airy shoes and these fit the bill. I wear them all the time and will definitely be buying a second pair.
