Thanks to Zappos amazingly great service, I ordered these one afternoon and they were at my front door before I left for work the next day. I put them on right out of the box and wore them to work all day. They were so comfortable - I don't like cold feet so I usually wear thick socks andI had not problem with fit. I bought the dark gray suede, which are dark enough to wear with anything but are not as harsh as black. I have gotten a lot of compliments on them, which I appreciate because I teach university students and as a woman on the far side of 60, the temptation of "old lady shoes" is strong. But these are stylish, comfortable and definitely not "old lady". Love them.

Love these. It took me two times to get them because I ordered a 7.5 (I wear 7.5 to 8), but that was too big. I went back and ordered the 7, and they are perfect. Super comfortable. I love the double zippers, and others are right that the zippers stay up even though you think they might not. They are really pretty shoes.

I love these Boots, I have a high arch and you can unzip both sides and get in so easy, they are great. But let me take a minute and express the kindness and generous way Zappos takes care of their customers. I do a lot of on line shopping and there is no other place that is as wonderful as Zappos. The staff and the way they handle a problem is far and above any I have ever experienced before. GREAT COMPANY!!!

These shoes are the bees knees. They're posh, they're slick, they work with leggings or jeans. Heel height is comfortable and only barely noticeable, which is nice since I'm already super tall and wear these 8hrs straight for work. The rouching at the toe disguises that weird bend crease that leather shoes get when you wear them all the time, so they just look great. I ordered 1/2 a size smaller after reading reviews, but had to exchange, they were too snug. Shoe is true to size for me, wearing regular normal thickness socks. Exchange process was painless and quick, and now I have slick black boots. A+!

I’m between a size 8.5 and 9, and tried both. The 8.5 was perfect. Miz mooz shoes are always so comfortable and cute, these were no exception. They’re comfortable all day long!

I am especially grateful to both Zappos and Miz Mootz for this boot. I have neuropathy and swelling, which comes and goes in both feet and ankles. But, like many, if not all women, I still want to look stylish and pretty, as well as being comfortable.These boots to my eye, are very pretty and not at all a compromise for comfort. Before discovering this model of boot, I had sent away for, and returned no fewer thanthree other boot models! I took another chance on this model, the " Luna" and this being before the COVID19 quarentine in early March, recieved them right away. But, I was so insecure about them fitting that I didn't try them on until today, May 13th! To my great delight, they fit. Through an ingenious design, there are two sets of zippers on each boot. This would allow me to totally zip up one side while leaving the other partly zipped up, on a " bad foot"day. Then on a " good foot" day, I can zip up both sides. I highly recommend this boot!

I purchased these boots last season, and immediately treated with Frye leather protection before wearing in the winter weather. I have worn these from Oct-April in Germany and the quality stands as it did the first day I had them. They have not deteriorated in quality, however I have regularly kept Frye leather protection on them in order to reduce the chances. They are so cute and go well with dresses or pants, as I wear them with both. I own these in both this color and black. I haven't had any issues with zippers sticking and I wear with a CFO and have plenty of room.

Fit - I have narrow, long feet and struggle to find shoes that don't crunch my toes but also don't slip off my heel. These boots fit my feet great! Would recommend for narrow feet. Though are not snug, but fit just perfect with thicker boot socks. I usually wear 7 or 7.5 (7.5 sometimes for length), and the size 7 fit me perfectly. No toe crunching. Comfort - The soles are a bit padded, which you don't find often in ankle boots, so stay comfortable all day long. The leather is soft and buttery right out of the box, so there are no hard edges cutting into your ankle. Style - The style is just as it is in the pictures - very cool! Can wear with pants (like in the picture I included) but also would be cute with dresses and skirts. Super happy with these boots, will wear them for years to come.

I wear a 7.5 shoe however in this brand there was a inch of extra room at the toe and the heel slipped, reordered size 7 and they feel much better. It is a nice looking bootie. The color I choose is brandy.

I am a 78 year old lady that wants comfort and style. These fit the bill because right out of the box, they felt great! So soft and stylish with both jeans, slacks, and leggings. I could easily go shopping in these, and that is saying a lot.

I posted it fit true to size because the extra room would not qualify as a full or half size larger. I wear and 8.5 or 9 in most shoes and went with the 8.5. I feel an 8 would be too small. A little thicker sock would probably make up for the extra room. Other then that the shoe is great. I have been looking for a couple years for a bootie that gave me the look I wanted and I finally found them. I wanted a boot to wear with pants that looked like a regular boot without the bulk of the higher shaft. These fit the bill perfectly. I was so happy with them, I bought them in black and brown.

Excellent shoes - have had them for a few years and still look good as new.

These are the best boots I have ever owned. Comfort is fabulous. The leather is soft. The "crinkle" in the leather or "folds" -- whatever you call them -- look really fabulous and the are warm and wear well. This is my second pair. First pair is just fine but I don't like to think about not having them so the second pair is added insurance. Hope this helps someone -- I LOVE THESE BOOTS!

These boots were so comfortable right out of the box. I have chronic plantar fasciitis and these work really well for me. The round toe is perfect for my feet. Very nice leather and cute on. But, better order a 1/2 size smaller. I normally wear 8-1/2 in boots and had to re-order size 8 and fit perfect. Great shoes!

Love these comfortable, stylish boots! They were very long though! I had a lot of space at the toe end of the boot so I had to send back and order a half size down than I normally do. Luckily with Zappos awesome customer service and easy, free returns, it was no problem! I got my second pair (that fit great) before most companies would have shipped the first pair! Love you Zappos ??

very cute booties, with a sole that is good for icy winters too, had to return for a smaller size because I sized up thinking heavy socks would make them too tight, but my regular size was fine.

They looked nice, but walking in them, I soon realized that the upper part was hitting and rubbing my leg in a not so pleasant way. The leather was fairly stiff and not soft enough for comfort and I chose to return them. I ended up with an amazing pair of Ecco ankle boots of much softer leathers thus much kinder to my feet than these were and oh so comfortable as well. Thanks to Zappos amazing return policy, it didn't take very long to find the best pair that I needed.

I purchased these boots in July. It's really too early to give a review for feel and comfort since I wore them around the house for a bit. They seem to be okay. I do like the color since I'm tired of purchasing black boots. Will give another review once I've had a chance to wear them outdoors. I first purchased a 7-1/2 and had to return for a 7. The Zappos rep I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. I believe her name was Crystal.

I received these shoes about an hour ago. Never in my life with Zappos have I received an item that is so WORN! The heel shows a lot of use and there are scratches all over the bottom and top. Someone wore these boots for quite a while and then returned them for a refund. Shameful!!!! They should not have been shipped to me!!!

I love these. I was positive they would be uncomfortable, but they're pretty great. They fit just fine, and the zipper on both sides allows me to get my cankles in there in a way that doesn't hurt, unlike almost all other moderately tall booties.

Love these! Bought my usual size (7) and they were a tiny bit snug at first- but only for a day or so. They are both attractive and really comfortable, exactly what I was looking for. Definitely my go to boots.

The boots are gorgeous. The leather is soft almost like glove leather. Socks need not be worn that's how nice the lining is. They are a 1/2 size long in the toe box but that was fine with me. (I typically wear a size 8 and ordered size 8) I may add an insole for additional cushioning and with the extra room that should work well. Boots appear to be made well although I just received and haven't worn outside the house yet.

I bought the Luna boot in the Brandy color, which is a gorgeous mahogany brown, for an upcoming trip to London and I wanted something both stylish and comfortable. I had read other reviews suggesting this boot ran large, so I ordered both 8 and 8.5. I usually wear an 8.5 but size down to 8 in flip flops, and sometimes up to a 9 in boots or running shoes. The 8 ended up being a tad too narrow even though the length was fine. I am old enough to know that if the toe box is too snug and the ball of my foot is squished at all, I will end up with achy feet after a few hours of trodding around. So for me, the 8.5 was perfect, so I suggest only going down half a size if you have a narrow foot. For me, this boot was true to size.

The fit on the second pair is great! I had to size down a half size. The leather is super soft and I like the color and style. First time buying this brand of shoes I will try other styles. My husband even said they were super cute?.
