Was disappointed in these based on the other stellar reviews. Yes the leather is very soft, however the footbed is not. At this price point i expected more support and cushioning. These were ok for a minute and then painful soon after.

Not for me. No cushioning at all. Returning.

I ordered these in a size 8, which is what I have always worn in this brand, and they were too big. I ordered a size 7.5 before I sent the other ones back. When I got the 7.5 and tried them on, they were big too! I compared the 8 and the 7.5 by putting the bottom of the shoes against each other, and they are EXACTLY the same size! I was so disappointed. I never wear a size 7 in any shoe. I could send back and get them in a 7, but I’m not too crazy about the color anyway, and it’s the only color Zappos offers, so I think I’m just going to go with something else.

Loved these but they ran big. Will reorder a smaller size.

The boots are cute and stylish. I love the heel height, but they rub my ankle painfully. They have to go back.

Honestly I am a little disappointed by the fit and style. The lines are not as crisp or modern on foot as most styles by Miz Mooz. They are still comfortable but not my favorite fit. I have absolutely loved all 10 other pairs of Miz Mooz that I have bought here.

The look of the construction was not as nice as I expect from this brand. The soft leather above the zipper kept getting caught in zipper and started fraying. Had to return them.

Ugh, these look a lot better in the picture than in real life. I thought the rouched leather looked cheap, and the zipper was a dull brassy color. Plus, the main reason I bought them was that it looked like you could control how tightly or loosely you wanted to zip them--I have skinny ankles so ankle boots always look too big for me even when they fit my feet. However, it's really hard to zip them tighter. Sending them back :-/

I purchased these because of the excellent ratings, despite the cost. I know my right foot is a little smaller than my left, but in these shoes my right foot was swimming. The left felt like it had a lump in the sole. I was so disappointed! Fortunately, Zappo's makes returning super easy.

Great quality, great fit, but unfortunately the shoe's looked worn when they arrived. They had scratches on both toe areas. If they would have been new, I would have kept them.

Loved the look and material of this shoe, But I had to return it due to the sizing. Ordered both the 9 and 8.5, but the 9 was gigantic on my foot - felt like way more than a 1/2 size larger than the 8.5. The 8.5 fit in length but was too tight in width, and I tried them on with thin socks. So, alas, they have to go back.
