I am a size 7½ / Euro 38 medium foot. I ordered this in the 7½ and 7 due to other reviews. The 7½ was definitely too big. The 7 was perfect. The color has a bit of pinkish taupe in it, rather than a khaki or tannish taupe.

I bought these at Annie's Shoes in Eureka, California, but I wanted to do a review as I had never worn a pair of Ahnu shoes before. Anymore it is hard to tell what size to buy given the variations in manufacturing. Forever my size was 9-9½AAA, then they got rid of AAA and in order for my heel not to slip I went to 8½ a lot of times even though my toes were at the end. The point is, I tried an 8½ and it fit ok, then I tried the 9 and although it was slightly wide my heel did not really slip, the length was right and the fit was really comfortable. I bought these because I was going to Ireland and wanted a pair of comfortable shoes for walking and which also looked good (I happened to find pleasure in the orange shoe laces), I was not disappointed and these shoes have become my daily work shoes.

These are super comfortable and the style, shape and color I love. I am returning them because they run large - I am usually between a 9 and 9½ and I wear a 9½ in another Ahnu style, but this one runs larger.

Ordered my usual size - 5.5 but had to send it back for a 5, which fits fine. Otherwise, great little shoe. I do a lot of walking around the city and I need something with plenty of arch support. Don't like the look of running shoes for everyday use and this has the perfect mix of good looks and comfort that I as seeking. Bought one in the grey too. Even my kids think they are cool!

Love these shoes. Ordered them for a trip to Europe, I have Morton's Neuroma, have narrow feet but now need a wider toe box. Added extra insole and they were perfect, walked up to 15000 steps per day and shoes were comfortable from time I put them on till evening.

I was looking to find a stylish, supportive spring/summer shoe. I love the support of my Dansko's and Sanita's and was looking for the same thing in a sneaker style. I bought the Ahnu Noe in Ashwood. The color is a taupe/tan with a little bit of sparkle and an accent color of bright coral. They are super cute and very comfy. I wear mine with jeans, capris and yoga pants. I wear an 8 1/2-9 (EU 39) and bought these in a size 8 which is equal to EU 39. I find that these shoes run a half size large. I will definitely be purchasing a second pair!

I have two other Ahnu shoes/boots - one Ahnu Fairfax in size 10.5 and one hiking boot Montarra - also in 10.5 but this one fit in size 10. Very comfortable. Each of these Ahnu shoes fit and felt great immediately. I tried Sugarpine Air Mesh in 10.5 and it didn't feel right. The great thing about Zappos is how fast they are, their prices and free shipping and returns.

Just love these shoes! They do run at least 1/2 size large and possibly a full size. I returned my usual size for 1/2 size smaller, and they're still a little on the big size. They're so comfortable that I'm keeping them, anyway. Really cute, too.

Finally comfortable shoes that are pretty cute to tour Europe! I am forever looking for something that I can walk for hours in while touring abroad without looking like a tourist! At last it is here! I love these and walked forever! My feet felt heavenly!

Excellent shoes for all-day comfort. I had them for traveling and being on my feet for extended periods of time, and my feet felt extremely comfortable. They run on the larger size--I tend to be 7 or 7.5, and the 7 fit much better. Roomy enough for my somewhat wide feet.

This is my third pair of Ahnu shoes I have purchased . They are the most comfortable shoes I own. I am on my feet all day and I have problem feet. I can last all day and feel like I could go a little long. Love this brand. The sneaker did run a half size larger then my other to so gave this pair to my daughter and ordered myself another pair half size smaller and it was perfect.

Very well made, very comfortable, and super cute shoes! I did feel they were a little bit bigger than the size 9 that I wear. I normally wear arch support inserts, but after inserting, the shoe slipped around my ankle. To help them fit, I pulled the laces tighter and put on a thicker sock. This did the trick! I've been wearing them for several days now and feel the fit well after being broken in. Be ready for tons of compliments with this pair!

This is the first time I bought an Ahnu shoe, and now I'm a convert. I live in the mountains where there's currently about 4 feet of snow on the ground, and normal canvas shoes like Vans or Converse get soaked instantly. I've been looking a long time for a casual shoe like this that's not a hiking shoe or snow boots--I love them! My feet stay dry and warm, there's better support than in Vans (though the support isn't as good as a Birkenstock), and they fit my wide feet perfectly. I'm between an 8 and 8.5, and went for an 8 which is a good fit. I was kind of concerned what they'd actually look like in person, but they are cute. I walk around town in them, go out to eat, run errands, walk in the snow,do construction work on the house in them. Great shoe! Highly recommend to anyone who is considering them!

These definitely run half a size too large (I am normally 8½, but 8 fits perfectly). I am so glad that I exchanged for ones that fit, though. They are super comfortable right out of the box, and really quite attractive. They also come with an extra set of laces in purple, though the mint colored ones are so cute, I do not know why you would ever switch them out. They also have a lot of arch support, by which I mean there is basically a firm lump under your foot arches, which I found to be surprisingly comfortable (I have high arches). If you prefer a totally flat footbed, you will need to look elsewhere.

Great color, style, and fit. Very happy with my choice. This is my second pair of Ahnu. The first was a different style. Both are well made.

I was influenced by the reviews. These shoes are comfortable out of the box. I'm tired of bulky running/walking sneakers. I look forward to testing them in airports.

I got these last year and was looking to get another pair in another color, because I am wearing them to death! Actually, they are holding up very well, and I wear them in rain or shine, about 3 to 4x/week. I took out the inner sole and put in my own arch supports, but I needed to add something under the heel because the tongue and sides are a bit high and were pressing into my ankle. I have a bit of pressure across the mid-sole from the extra heel cushion and haven't figured out how to minimize this, but I still find them comfy. I have fussy feet, and I am comfortable in these shoes. I have a wider forefoot then heel and have a tough time getting a wide enough forefoot to not bother my metatarsal head (bunion is mild but there). So, I am very happy with them though I needed to adjust a few things, and I want another pair but don't love these colors. Was hoping for a teal-ish color, or brown family combination. Have to decide whether to chance waiting for the color I want, or just get one of these...but definitely getting another pair!

This is the best pair of tennis shoes I have ever bought. I love the color and they were comfortable from the start. I can wear them all day and my feet feel fine. The color is great and I wear a 10 which fit me perfectly.

I wanted a pair of shoes similar to Chuck Taylors but girlier. These were exactly what I was looking for! I love the color. I didn't read the description well enough and thought that these were canvas but they are actually textured leather! This was actually a pleasant surprise. They are very good quality and I think they'll last longer because they are made out of leather. However, if you are looking for vegan shoes, these are not them. Unfortunately though I had to send them back because they were too narrow for my feet. I really need wide width shoes but so few brands make them. I have bunions and bunionettes on my feet and these were too snug in the toe box for my feet. Too bad because they are really cute!

I'm a solid size 8 but needed to exchange for a 7.5. As I'm on my feet in a lab all day, I need a good, sturdy shoe. Chuck Taylors and Keds a bit too flimsy. Fit my orthotics nicely. Heads up: I got the wisteria/blue color and to my surprise the sole is actually a very light blue color (hard to see in the Zappos picture), not white. Not a huge deal, but I was surprised. Wishing for canvas next summer...

Great walking shoe. Cute and comfortable. Love that the sole is removable so I can easily replace with my inserts. Was pleasantly surprised that they also came with a pair of grey laces. I wear them all the time. I have terrible bunions, but the leather is soft so it doesn't bother them. Very happy with this purchase.

These shoes are really cute and seem like great quality. I felt like they could have better support, though. Ordered my regular size and they fit fine.

Cute and comfortable. I'm so happy to have a sneaker that isn't an old, worn-out running shoe. Really stylish. I think they run just a little bit long. They come with both grey and blue laces which is a nice touch. Very lightweight.

These are wonderful! I have other Ahnu boots, but for a casual look these are perfect. Surprisingly solid arch support for such a casual shoe. The look is retro, which I like. Most important, the toe box is roomy, and the overall shape is sleek, so it doesn't look like a dreaded "old lady walking shoe."
