These were quite comfortable, but I couldn't tolerate the weird color combination and had to return them.

The footbed was really comfortable and I liked the fact that it had an adjustable strap. The drawback was that it slipped in the heel.

Not as comfortable as my other Naot's. And to my shock, they didn't even send them in a shoe box - no packing materials, no shoe form protector, no shoe box. Just the sandals in a plastic bag. Very disappointed in Naot and Zappos.

Fit & size were ok Style felt clunky

I wear a lot of Naot shoes with this foot bedAnd assume that this would of course fit me as well. I found the front strap area tight enough that I didn’t have confidence that it would stretch out to be comfortable. The front toe area is not adjustable. It has an adjustable upper strap that didn’t really look nice once it was adjusted because too much Velcro would show. It also created agape between the upper strap and the lower toe strap area. I usually love Naot sandals ....not these.

So wanted to love these as the style is very attractive. However, they do not have a heel cup deep enough to accommodate my orthodics so had to return them. Fortunately was able to find more styles of Naot and did find a winner.

Hard to walk in due to balance problems

Although the fit and comfort were pretty good for my narrow foot, I just couldn't quite make myself love the style.

I love Naots. I have a high arch and these are so comfortable. I have the papaki in size 37 (6) and love them so I ordered another pair in the same size but they are too big. I have tried wearing them but find I catch the end of the shoe on things because they are longer. So sorry to be returning these.

I like the look and if my feet were a little smaller - I find Naot's to be short and narrow. This was pretty tight across the front and might have been long enough if there weren't a ridge at the end that my big toe ended up resting on. My feet are size 43, so it's not really possible for me to try a size bigger.

wore once for an hour. got big blister. not comfortable.

I was pleased with these, very good support, comfortable, nice enough looking (though somewhat "old lady"), wore them for several weeks, maybe 15 times total, and a tear developed where the strap over the toes connected to the side--not sure what happened first, the stitches coming loose, or a pull in the material. A good many of my shoes are Naot, my top brand (along with a couple of styles of Arcopedico, which I rebuy when they wear out after several years), and my Naots last and last. But not these. Started falling apart at the beginning. It seemed to me that the construction/engineering of these wasn't as sound as usual for Naot, that the tear was really the result of a design weakness. That is, I don't think the construction was shoddy, but that the design was weak. Zappos was great about letting me return them.

Velcro straps on both shoes had sharp ends where the velcro had been cut and sewn to the strap. Ouch! Dug into top of my feet. Tried adjusting looser but still happened. Bad design. Sent the shoes back.

Loved, loved, loved the style and Navy color of these shoes. They would have been a perfect with summer dresses and capris. I was, however, very disappointed with the thin sole of the shoes. I prefer shoes with a thick, firm sole that really support my feet.

I have been buying Noat shoes for years. This shoe was disappointing. I felt like the quality has suffered especially considering the price.

Very disappointed in these shoes. They are too narrow for me. I have never had this problem with other Naot shoes.

Sole too flexible for problem feet. Otherwise a beautiful shoe with a good arch.

The footbed was very comfortable but the front of the strap felt sharp against my foot. The front strap isn't adjustable and my foot slipped forward, making me worry that it would end up rubbing the top of my foot. Super cute shoe, but back it goes. Rats.

Great looking shoe, but the inside stitching was rough and there were many areas that rubbed. The elastic was attached poorly and looked like it wouldn't hold up very long.

Not as attractive as they appear in the photo. I do like the colors, though they are much lighter than they appear in the photo. There is good arch support, but it does not fall into the right spot on my foot. They have to go back.

so disappointed in this pair of black Naots. They are stiff and uncomfortable and squeak loudly when walking on anything but carpet. Maybe it's the patent leather. Bought this same pair last year in a different color and a soft leather and I love them. I will be sending this patent leather pair back.

This shoe is very cute. However, the sole is stiff, which seems to be characteristic of this brand, so I didn't find it comfortable.

Every foot doctor I've ever been to knows a sure sign of shoe quality is a supportive mid-shank for stability. This sole has no support as far as the shank. It's much too flexible for people with plantar fascitis. Sorry they have to go back, for this price I would think the sole would have an injected mid shank. Also, they run a half size small so if you are a half size, you'll need to go up one.

Great shoe unless you have short feet and high insteps. The strap across the instep came too close to my ankle and could not be properly fastened.
