I really wanted to love these sandals. I love the style, tried the grey and blue. Typically with the European sizing I have to go up to a 40, but with the Papaki it was just a bit large, especially on my right foot, which is a bit smaller. I returned the 40 and ordered the 39, but while the length was better the width was snug, I usually wear a medium. I originally saw the sandal in a shop while I was on vacation. I tried it on and it seemed to fit comfortably, but maybe it was stretched by women trying them on. It was was just too much of an investment to wait to see if they would loosen up. I also felt they were a little less stable than the Taos Trophy, so I'll stick with them.

Was super excited to see Naot offering size 43 ( I wear a size 43 in Birkenstock, 12 in Chacos), unfortunately all 5 pairs of Naots that I ordered were half to full size too small and had to be returned. I put the shoe on, but my toe hit or my heel and toes were over the edges. Arch support seemed decent enough to wear for a few hours or for the day (to me Birkenstock, Chacos and some Earth have enough arch support that I don't need to use my orthodics).

I had ordered these shoes in another color which didn't work for me, so I returned them. Ordered this brown pair instead, but despite being the same size as the first ones which fit really well, these were slightly too large. The strap across my toes was a bit loose, which made me fear they would stretch out and be much too loose, so I returned them. I'm really sorry because these sandals are well made, really cute and extremely comfortable right out of the box.

The blue was lighter than I expected; I sent the shoes back because the color didn't go with the outfits I wanted to wear with them. But the shoes were really comfortable and well made.

I've had a few pairs of Naots over the years, am searching for sandals for a trip to Italy so ordered several Naots at the same time in my usual size. These felt tighter/narrower in the toe piece than the others. I was intrigued by the unusual styling when I ordered, but when they arrived I found that this look isn't for me. Sending these back.

Very cute sandal. I love the color combination of blue and grey. This footbed is a winner for me. I have a foot that is more on the narrow side of medium width. I was surprised that the strap going across the top hardly covers the Velcro on the side of the shoe. I don't like the Velcro exposed and on a wider foot, it certainly would be. Given that issue, I knocked a star off for this rating.

Very nice looking sandal but concerned that as they stretch my foot will slip forward. Will try a smaller size

This sandal is very cute for Naot. I own a number of their shoes because they hold up and are very comfortable. But, they are not always the cutest. Sadly, I had to return this one because the top strap kind of cuts into me. I have a very high arch and the bone on the top of my foot really protrudes. If you have normal feet, this sandal will be super comfortable.

SEEMED SMALL

These shoes are very, very squeeky. This is my second pair and my first pair did not squul like thism pair. Any suggestions on how to reduce this loud sound?

These are really cute but I do not think they are good for all day walking unless they get better with time. They run against my back heel on my right foot and my small toe on the left. Fine for running a few errands but not walking around Europe, as I had hoped to do in them.

I loved the look , quality and style of the shoe. Tried them on first with a sock and they fit but I didnt walk around. Later, I thought it best to try them on with no sock as that is how I would wear them. Went on okay. The I walk around a bit. As I have a very high instep, as I walked around, the band of leather across the front of the shoe cut into my foot as the instep begins to increase. quite uncomfortable. I was very disappointed.

I would wear these without socks and the band over the top of the foot is so scratchy that it is painful. I would expect more quality care for such expensive shoes.

The shoe was too narrow for my foot. It seemed it would be comfortable, if it weren't for that problem. It might have worked for me if it came in a wide, but that wasn't an option, so I had to return it. The shoe is attractive and I do recommend it to people with narrower feet.

Attractive shoe. I ordered them in navy and the black & tan. I'm always a 9 in Naot's Pixie & Mermaid. These are shorter and narrower than expected and I have a moderately narrow foot. Liked the design and materials but not the fit.

Loved the look of the shoe, cushioning and footbed felt great. However, the front was too narrow to accommodate my bunion, so I had to return the shoe.

I ordered my usual size 11, later realizing Zappos suggests ordering one size down so I ordered both. The size 11 fit yet one shoe was a slight bit shorter. Oddly I found the arch support to feel like a rock under my feet and had to return. I have to conclude Naot just does not work for my feet.

Ver nice soft leather and suede, nice soft footbed and arch support. But my toes nudge uncomfortably against the little rim sticking up all round the toe, and the next size up was too big

too wide, I especially need a more narrow heel. so disappointing since they are a beautiful shoe

I was really looking forward to trying on these sandals - they sounded like they would be so comfortable and they are recommended by the podiatry association. However, they were too tight around the top part of my right foot. I do usually wear 6.5 wide and these were marked as such, but they just didn't feel right so I returned them.

The Nepali fit ok but not sure the look was worth $179. Decided to keep the Kayla instead.

Very Comfortable. Looks stylish. I am short 4'11" and the strap across the front of my feet makes me look shorter. So only for that reason, I am returning the shoes.
