These are comfortable and professional looking shoes. I wore them all day right out of the box. The only problem is the heel must be hollow because it is very noisy on non-carpeted flooring.

What is said about these is true. They fit like a glove and are well-made. So comfortable and I haven't worn heels in years. Would highly recommend!

Last week I ordered these in a size 9 M (my foot measures 10 1/4 inches) they were snug in the toe box and wide at the heel... I sliding forward in the shoe and walking out of them in the heel. I called Zappos and their phone help was super...I ended up exchanging them for an 8 1/2 Wide (which is about 1/4 inch more room in the width of the toe box)...I got them tonight and the fit was perfect lengthwise and widthwise! I got the luggage color and they are beautiful. The foot bed is heaven. I just put another pair of these in my shopping cart in the Black Kid color. I wouldn't say these are runway sexy but they are sexy in a sweet way, feminine and super comfortable. I have big bones above my great toes (most shoes cut into that area) and I can have ball of the foot pain when I wear heels but 'not' in these (in the correct size). I can walk for hours in Sofft shoes. They look great with jeans and dresses. The heel height is perfect, they will give you a few inches up without sacrificing your lower back. I have another pair of Sofft pumps and I love the brand. This shoe is very comfortable to wear and perfect for work. Dressy enough that is goes well with a suit but very comfortable. The shoe is a tiny bit tight across the top of the shoe, but since it is leather I'm sure it will stretch with a few wearings.

This shoe was just what I needed. My foot is just over a size 7, but a 7 1/2 shoe is usually too large. This size 7 was just what I needed. Very comfortable, great cushion and support, very walkable shoe.

Great shoe! Very comfortable. I am on my feet all day in front of an audience so I need to look professional and also want to avoid pain from standing all day. These shoes were comfortable and classic.

This was my first order with Zappos. My shoes arrived very quickly considering the holiday last minute rush. The shoes are not the nice rich color as pictured on the website, they have more yellow tint to them. I am a little disappointed that the width is not very wide. I feel the pressure but since they are leather I figure they will stretch. For the price I was expecting a real leather shoe, this leather is so thin and almost has a patent shine to it. Lesson here for me is that I cannot order leather shoes online. You have to see them and feel them...I feel like I overpaid for these shoes...probably worth half as much as I paid but since I've worn them I won't return them.

I really wanted to like these shoes, but after a simple walk on a carpet, two of my toes started to turn red! The shoe rubbed and did not fit well.

On Wednesday, I realized I needed a pair of pumps on Friday! Zappos to the rescue. I have a pair of Softt sandals so knew I could trust comfort and size. Headed out to my event Friday night wearing these beauties right out of the box. So comfortable, perfect fit, no blisters or swollen feet by the end of the evening. You can't go wrong with this shoe!

These are very cutes shoes and extremely comfortable! There's some kind of gel-like padding in the front that is very comfortable!

This is a nice, dressy shoe for those occasions when you just need to wear a black pump. I don't normally wear heels and comfort is far more important than style. You will never catch me in a pair of stilettos! These are comfortable for heels and meet my needs.

Wow, did I want this shoe to work. It is so beautiful, especially the stacked heel. Unfortunately, it cut a little tight across the widest part of my foot (I wear a 9 D-width). The shoe seems a little short in length as well. I will try again. This is my first Zappos order and I am thrilled with the quick shipment and free returns.

Love these shoes! I wore these as my primary "work shoe" for almost a year and they completely held up. The padding on the shoe is amazing; it feels like you're walking on air. They aren't the most stylish heel, but are dressy enough for the business environment and allow you to work all day long in comfort.

These are the most comfortable pumps I've every found. They have a cushiony footbed, but unlike some Sofft shoes, these don't make an annoying "pssh" sound when I walk. The heel is just high enough, but not so high that I have to shorten my stride. The toe cap is short, so there's a little bit of "toe cleavage" visible which isn't my favorite, but gives the shoe a good proportion.

I have very flat feet, and am decently tall for a woman (5'8") so I wanted something with a thick enough heel to keep me balanced but still look clean and less clunky. These shoes are great. I have developed bunions while pregnant with twins so I ordered these in a W width and they are perhaps a tiny bit too wide but I prefer that over squeezing my foot. I find these shoes very noisy when I walk so if that's not your thing... My feet do get tired after wearing them all day but they don't rub or lose their shape which is nice. The leather has held up well in the 6+ months I have had them, wearing them ~1x a week.

Extremely comfortable!

In my profession I walk a lot. The heel is the perfect height and design to be comfortable and still be fashionable. After my puppy got to my first pair, I actually reordered the same shoe because of the style & comfort. They look great with dress pants and skirts.

Beautiful, classy, and comfortable. I love these for when I want a classy look but will need to walk around or stand most of the day or evening. I think the heel gives the shoe a graceful sexiness, and accents the curve of my feet and ankles. They look like they were just made for me, and at the end of the day or evening, I don't have sore feet. These are also great for dancing because of the comfort, support, and practicality.

I never wear heels and got these for a Christmas party. They were so comfortable and cute with my dress. They were very easy to walk around in and my the thick cushion in the footbed was a nice bonus! These will be my go to any time I need a little heel.

I was tired of the dowdy look of my old patent leather pumps I used with with my with my dress blues, so I decided to try a pair of these. Look much fresher, and are still in regs.

Sofft has the best shoes. Very comfy. Able to wear their heels and be on my feet all day.

I love the color, it is a great saddle brown. The leather is nice and I am sure it will loosen up on the one foot that is a little wider than the other. Comfortable balance.

This is a beautiful shoe and I desperately wanted it to work, but unfortunately Sofft doesn't offer it in a narrow width. My foot moved around all over the place, sliding forward into the toes. The black snake and rounded toe are both lovely. The height is perfect, the chunky little heel is adorable, and they felt very stable. The interior is extremely comfortable, like walking on little pillows. I had to find a different shoe that comes in narrow, but if you have a wider foot these are magical. (For reference, I have long narrow feet with high arches and I tried the 9.5M.)
