These shoes fit like a glove, are incredibly comfortable [like walking on a cushion], and look so cute - I swear they make my feet look tiny! I tried many pumps [including Eccos and Rockport] and these look both professional and cool - not stodgy but still conservative enough.

These shoes run narrow and short for what they were marked. I have reordered in a larger size because I think they would be comfortable in a bigger size. They are not the most attractive, but they are nicely padded basic pumps.

The fit is perfect for me and the style is just what I've been looking for. The heel height is very comfortable. The extra padding on the inside was a nice bonus.

Returned because they squeak and look a bit too matronly. The toe area is too round to look feminine. Otherwise, in size 11, these are amazingly comfortable. They feel like you are walking on air.

I love these shoes. Just ordered a another pair. They are comfortable and I will happily walk several blocks for lunch in these shoes. These were comfortable from the first day.

I absolutely ADORE these shoes!! They go great with my fall colored tops and are super comfortable. Only complaint is that they seem to be larger than what I ordered. They are definitely a size 8, but fit more like a 8 1/2. The right shoe has been flopping off my heel from day one when I walk in them, but I made it work. Only recently did the left one start to do the same. Overall, a very comfortable and stylish shoe. I also love the heel height. It's perfect and my feet don't hurt in them.

The shoe itself looks good and feels good. My only issue was it was too big. Which is a bummer as I really liked the shoe. I wear a size 7 wide. But the longer I wore the shoe the bigger it got. So I am having to return them.

I'm fortunate that I don't have to wear heels on a daily basis because I can never find any that are comfortable enough for my problem feet. These heels looked adorable online so I thought I'd give the brand a chance and trusted the positive reviews from commenters. I LOVE them! They are true to their name "sofft" and stylish. It's a nice shiny black leather and I'm very happy with them as they need to get me through a few hours at a sweet 16 party for a relative. I'd buy from this brand again. Thank you Zappos for helping me find the correct size and width for my 9W foot size!

These are the most comfortable heels I've ever put on me feet. Right out of the box, needing no "break in" period. This is why all of my dress shoes are by Sofft. Another home run.

Unbelievably comfortable. If you have wide feet and have a difficult time finding cute shoes that fit, these are perfect! Great color too.

Super comfortable. I have wide feet with high arches and I have to stand on my feet all day, looking professional in front of an audience. These are great shoes for me. I usually wear a 9.5 in women's shoes (because my feet are wide and I need the room) but I was able to fit into a 9 in these.

Wow, this are the most wonderful shoes! I have "problem feet," but really needed a nude pair of pumps for work and beyond this summer. I didn't want boring beige pumps--I wanted more of a leather tone like these seemed to have. When they arrived, the Luggage color was exactly what I was looking for! I put them on immediately and was stunned by how comfortable they are. Zero break-in time required. They're not super pointy toed, or ultra high fashion, but they'll look great with summer dresses, skirts, and jeans. Also, at this price I was worried they'd look "cheap." (I'm used to $275 Stuart Weitzmans.) But these look money, honey. I'll probably get them in black too.

Comfy and cute! They look great with jeans. One thing--I've only worn them a few times, and the leather on the sides is starting to wrinkle from movement because it's so soft. I don't mind, but they sure aren't going to look new for long.

Very cute shoes but they appeared to be worn. I'm a size 8 and the 8 didn't fit properly. The shoe itself seemed cushiony but my toes hit the front part while my heel slipped out the back. Had to send back.

I typically wear a 6.5, though in this shoe sadly I wouldve needed a 6.25. My heel slipped out of the 6.5, and the 6 was just too short. Really soft padding (of course!). The style seems frumpy in the photos, but on your feet they look bold and classic.

I have been looking for a pair of classic black pumps for months that provide arch support, are comfortable, and wide enough for my feet. These are it! I have very high arches, a wide forefoot, and a normal heel, so I appreciate the built-in metatarsal pad at the bottom of the shoe to take the pressure off my arch, the fact that these come in a wide but don't slip off my heel when I walk. I tried the Sofft Turin on in a store as well as these before I bought them in a wide, and there is no contest. The Velma is a far superior shoe in terms of comfort and quality of materials (genuine leather). The only concern I have is how the footbed will hold up over time. I don't want to have to repurchase these in a year (after they're discontinued!) because the cushion in the footbed is worn out and doesn't spring back like it used to.

Great "classic" style shoe for office wear - I purchased these to replace my daily office shoes. I'm pleased with the comfort of the shoe - there was no "break in" period needed, as they were comfortable straight out of the box. The patterned leather is also nice, as it adds a bit of flair to a basic, "classic" style of heel.

This shoes are cute, and an excellent heal height. Unfortunately they run both narrow and 1/2 size small.

Comfortable. Not the most gorgeous shoes but nice for work, especially if you are on your feet all day. Nice wooden heel that is scuff-proof. Nice basic shoe would buy in more colors. Nice padding inside.

Great professional shoe, mostly comfortable and the perfect heel height. They pinched a little by the bone at the base of the big toe, so I wore some moleskin the first day. Other than that I had to run around the city in them and they were great. They are not the cutest shoe in the world but a really decent work shoe.

I needed a shoe that I can wear walking in NYC for blocks and blocks that would be comfortable. These shoes did not disappoint. They are comfortable from day one. The heel is a bit lower than I typically wear but these are go to shoes for a conference or when you need to walk a lot.

They seemed to be comfortable but I either need wider shoes or a larger size. I have wide feet and they just did not work for me.
