I bought these for my 16 year old for his first job at a fast food place. They work well and fit as expected. He is a size 16 in shoes. He says they are comfortable.

This is the only shoe I can wear all day.I have foot problems and wear prescription orthotics.This is the most comfortable shoe for me.

Comfortable tennis shoes that you can pass off as dressy shoes since they are all black with no obvious contrasting logos.

Good fit in the toe box, but the soles do not have support. They hurt the balls of my feet, unfortunately will have to send them back.

These are great shoes for the very wide foot. I have arthritis in my right foot and it was difficult to find a shoe or sneaker that I could wear for more than a couple of hours without experiencing a lot of pain. These shoes are very comfortable mainly because of the wide body of the shoe, and I can wear them all day! I wear a supportive insole and these shoes accommodate it without a problem. Not the most stylish, but definitely the most comfortable. I'll live with the O.K style.

Best fitting shoe I have ever owned!

Shoes are very comfortable and the size is right but the next time I buy these shoes I would like to buy a little wider if they have them. (My feet sometimes swell on top just behind my toes and I think a little wider might take care of that) I am satisified and can wear these shoes for now !!!!!!!

I have very wide feet and it is tough finding a good pair that is wide enough. Most New Balance models seem to be available in wide widths, but this is by far the most comfortable that I have found so far. They are soft, light, well-cushioned, and sturdy. I would only suggest the white if you are wearing them indoors, as they seem to look dirty after wearing them outside often.

I have very wide, pretty much "square" feet. I've searched long and hard for shoes that fit comfortably, and these New Balance walking shoes are the best fitting I've found in a very long while. I can't attest to how long they'll last, and the styling is nothing special. but they feel so good! That's what I care about.

I was a big fan of 812s, all I wore except for church and special occasions, but when they became unavailable I emailed New Balance to get their suggested replacement and they suggested the 813. I bought my first pair and am quite pleased with them. Over the next month or so I plan to buy two more pairs to replace my other 812s.

The shoe: Perfect for my size 16 feet at a reasonable price. Zappos: Had the shoes when the other shoe stores in the area claimed that they couldn't even order them. You are The Best!

Good narrow fit. So hard to find.

I have been trying to find a pair of comfortable shoes that I could wear to work. These are stylish, they don't look like athletic shoes but they are just as comfortable. Shopped and returned 7 pairs of shoes before finding these. I have really wide feet, 6E, and have trouble finding reasonably priced and good fitting shoes. These are amazing. Thank you New Balance and Zappos, you have saved my feet.

Just purchased a pair of black 913's to use as walking shoe. Right our of the box, fit was great. I wear a 6E 13, and usually have to break in new shoes, not these - great fit, light weight and great arch support. Recommended.
