These were a good fit for my wide foot but they have not been durable at all. I have owned them for less than two months and they already look very worn. I would have expected a more durable sandal for the cost.

I bought these hoping they would fill in for my beloved Clarks which are no longer as good as they were for years. But these were not the "new Clark shoe" for me. Did not feel good on my foot so I returned them. Nice styling though.

These shoes were cute, and very comfortable to stand in. But when I walked around in them, even indoors, my foot slid out of them backwards. Maybe someone with a narrower foot wouldn't have this problem. Had to send them back.

I wanted a casual step up from my Crocs flip flops for work and these seemed like a great fit. Super comfortable out of the box and they fit my wide feet just right. However, there is an audible air hiss with every step! Not sure if I got a bad pair or not but these are definitely going back.

I ordered Size 6.5 Softwalk Tillman in Pewter and I received a much larger size in black! I am very confused!

You’d better have a very big fat foot because the upper criss-cross straps are tooooo big & the shoe will never stay on your foot. Man they are so cute & I wanted & needed them to work soooo badly but! Umm, a big no. I’m a pretty standard 12 medium, with little to moderate arch & the sole was good size.

Rough strap but killer deal was the size 12 N was larger width than 11M by a lot!

The fit was fine, but was very abrasive on the top of the foot.

The style, I have always liked. I have noticed the quality is not there anymore. What I mean is the padding of the sandal is almost none. I have a heal spur and could wear these same exact sandals but not anymore. I don't know what has gone wrong. I don't know if Softwalk pays another company to make them now and that is why there is hardly any padding in the heal. I have an old pair of the exact sandal and it has more padding on the heal then the new pair that I received from Softwalk last week. So sad and I really need new sandals!

Very uncomfortable. Straps were very rough and tight.

They were too large and a little rough at the instep.

have them in bronze and black. very comfortable and i have a bunion which is pretty well hidden in this shoe.

I ordered a wide and they sent me a medium width! I have to return now. Too narrow.

I really wanted to love these shoes as I love the style and look. After wearing on second day I started to get bad blister on top of my big toe. Had to stop wearing on third day as top of my toe was so blistered and think I actually had an allergic reaction to whatever material is used. Wish I could return these but I have worn them for 2 days before I noticed this problem. I originally ordered the wide and had to send that back as the straps were way to big and foot fell out. Ordered the regular width and then this happened.

Love the style, fit and look of these shoes. Bought them as a present for my sister. She designated them as her indoor slip ons. She has grandchildren and doesn't like to have outside shoes worn inside. So, she's had these shoes for a couple of weeks and worn them inside only. She says the finish is coming off the shoes. I want to replace them, but don't want to buy a defective product. Does anyone have any information on whether these shoes have problems with the finish coming off? They are currently being returned.

There was plastic stitching that rubbed on the foot and was uncomfortable. I bought a second pair to try and it had the same problem.

they probably work for other people but they did not stay on my foot. they kept sliding off and I tripped many times. I tripped so much they got really scuffed up so I couldn't even give them away.

I don't know why Softwalk has changed their shoes. They used to fit my narrow foot perfectly. Now most of the narrows are too wide. This one practically fell off my foot.

I ordered these in 9 regular width, they were tight and uncomfortable. Then I ordered them in 9 W, they were loose and uncomfortable. I wondering now, based on the many reviews exclaiming the shoes comfortability (is that a word?), whether I have freaky feet ... hmmmmmmm. Needless to say, both sizes sent back thanks to Zapposs generous return policy. In closing, I’d like to wish a pox on the house of Merril for changing their former magnificently comfortable sandals which I had been wearing for years to designs that are woefully inferior in both comfort and style. Fools! Why screw with perfection!

Love the shoes but they are HUGE - at least a size bigger and wider than they should be. My feet slide to the front and right out. I detest returning anything - what a pain.

inside edge of strap hits right at instep and the strap is rough and sticks out and would cause a blister to form

Color is awful. It’s a full on full, tan color. Photo makes it look a tad more orange. Returning.
