I was looking for some sandals with arch support to help me deal with plantar fascitiis. These, however, will be going back. They fit nicely and felt like quality shoes, but had zero arch support - at least with my feet.

I am returning this item. I ordered a narrow and the left shoe felt correct, but the right shoe was too wide. I could place two fingers inside the strap, that much too wide. Very strange, as my right foot is a bit larger. The braided leather was also uncomfortable where the edging hit the top of my feet. I generally have found Soft walk brand to be my go to, but not this time.

Burlap type sole was too rough for me. Cute shoe but not comfy at all. Strange design. Much better in all leather model

In the past I have enjoyed Softwalk sandals, but these were uncomfortable and too wide.

Shoe slipped off foot when walking. Returned.

I do not wear these as much as I would like to because the straps are too loose. They should hug the foot and don’t. I have owned 7-10 pair of Softwalk shoes and am very disappointed. Threw out the box so they can’t even be exchanged.

I'm returning these sandals. Loved the way they looked, but the straps rubbed my toes. Ouch.

Foot slides too far forward. Had to return.

I can feel the stitching on the inside, uncomfortable

I liked these sandals a lot, but there is a small piece of elastic attached to the strap, and the seam rubbed my arches. Rather than risk blisters, I'm sorry I had to return them. I would have kept them otherwise.

Seemed like a nice soft shoe. But was way too wide.

Loved the color and the cutout design. However, they were very hard to walk in -- no arch support, thickish soles and somehow sticky bottoms made them hard to walk. Too bad. I like the way they look, but I have made too many almost-right online shoe purchases and am now much more particular.

I did return this item. I felt my foot was not stable. Perhaps the straps were down too far for me. But, they were lovely sandals.

These are very attractive sandals and would probably have been very comfortable if they had fit. However, the straps were excessively high above my foot, so much so that the straps didn't even touch my foot (even with a narrow size). Never had that problem with sandals before, especially for an averagely shaped foot. I have three pairs of SoftWalk shoes (not sandals, though), and the fit seemed way off in these sandals.

I is a good looking shoe but even though the leather looked soft and it was very wide, the edges of the straps cut into my feet. I was disappointed. I think even the edges of the little cutouts were scratchy. Too bad.

Slick feeling, feet slide in them, definitely don't have Soft Walks normal cushioned sole. Leather upper feels too stiff.

Loved the look of this shoe but found that for my foot, it rubbed blisters on the top of my foot. I have a very slim arch and wider top of the foot, so it could be my foot's shape. Wish they had worked because they are cute!

I've worn these for a few months and finally had to admit that they really aren't very comfortable, at least on my foot. They don't pinch or rub or cause blisters, but neither do they offer much support or cushioning. I can only wear them for a couple of hours, and certainly not for walking any distance. Also, the front of the shoe is kinda pointed and I find that it causes me to trip once in awhile, like when going up stairs. I dislike them so much that I had to search for something else and these will be donated. I found the Rockport Land Boulevard Cross Slide Flatform Sandal here at Zappos...couldn't be happier.

I noted reviewers comments that these shoes ran wider and ordered 9W instead of my usual 9WW. They were still too large and too wide. In addition, as another reviewer noted, where the elastic attaches to the top strap, it doesn't quite match; a portion of the top strap juts out from the elastic and pokes into my insole. Too bad, as I have bunions and hammertoe and the shoes showed promise otherwise. I'm returning them, rather than ordering a smaller size, as apparently there are quality control issues with this shoe.
