My daughter gave this to me as part of the #GIVEPACK program. I used it for a day hike I met up with my grandson hiking the Appilachian Trail last week. I was amazed how much room it had. Tons of great secret pockets & loops without adding bulk. I'm 80 years old and 6'3" so happy to have a pack that is both comfortable for my frame and and distributs the weight to help keep me balanced. My Daughter is a #TNFLocals #AMBSDR and has shared a lot of the North Face gear with me and im very impressed.

Most day packs are too heavy, overly bulky, and have far too many pockets. But the Borealis is the perfect combination of comfort and function. It is light-weight, has easily accessible pockets throughout the pack, and can fit more than expected! It is the perfect size for my commute to work or a weekend day hike (read: camera, sweatshirt, food, nalgene, etc.). I got the Dramatic Plum/Black one and I love the color combo, too!

I LOVE this backpack. I received this from being an #AMBSDR for #TNFLocals, but if I would've seen this in the store and needed a backpack, I totally would've gravitated towards this one. It's so lightweight and has so much room for storage. It's perfect for commuting to and from work and for putting all of your essentials into a bike trip! I can't get enough of this. I feel so thankful and lucky that this was given to me. Best. Backpack. Ever. You definitely can't go wrong with these.

I used this pack for both a day hike and bopping around the city. Perfect pack for both. The wicking lumbar panel was a huge plus for the hot hike for ventilation. Made the hike much more enjoyable! There all kind of secret support and paded points for extra comfort. The felt computer pocket is a great feature because it keeps it protected and seperate. Not to mention I love their #GIVEPACK mission. Makes me proud to be a #TNFLocals #AMBSDR

Very nice and lightweight backpack. What first attracted me to this backpack was the colors and style. But now that I have it, it is comfortable and can hold anything I need for school.

I've used this pack on several hikes now and love that I can also use it with a hydration bladder. I keep finding new compartments to organize all my hiking gear and it is a great addition. I'm rough on my packs and have seen no where or tear yet. I'm very happy with this pack. #ambsdr #tnflocals

This back pack is nearly perfect. I am happy with the design, the way it carries, and the amount of pockets. My only problem is that it is smaller than my last back pack. This means there is a little less room for all my college books. Other than that, I am very happy with this back pack.

So far, so good! I've only just received this bag but the quality seems great. No issues with loose stitches, etc. I like the fleece lining in the pockets, that's a great idea to keep your phone screen from getting scratched or your phone itself from getting too cold during the winter months. The bag is comfortable on my back and it's great because it actually sits on my back, while all my past bags have hit awkwardly below my back. I'm 5'3" for reference. The straps are really comfortable as well. I can't speak for how well it will hold up, but I'm not anticipating any problems.

This backpack is extremely comfortable. It has padding like a memory foam mattress to support women's backs. Another plus? It's roomy and sturdy enough to carry my college books and supplies and assist me on a hiking trip. All in all, a great buy!

I bought this for my daughter who is starting high school this year. When it arrived she was super happy. She loves the color and all the pockets.. I think she has shown it to everyone who has come to visit. Thumbs up from all BTW. Thanks!

This was boughten for my daughter for school. She has had North face book bag before and it was a good one. Plan on purchasing one for my other child later on. Very durable and sturdy.

Great backpack, holds multiple books,laptop, tablet and phone all in nice padded compartments

I thought this was too small but as soon as I got it I stuffed it with binders, and it could fit 7 inches so don't worry about the space.

I can always rely on North Face to create an exceptional backpack for life's adventures! This backpack is my everyday bag for school and my job as a lifeguard, and I have found no faults in it. It is able to carry all of my equipment for work and enough supplies to get me through my day. Also, the cushioned back side allows great comfort for long excursions either to the beach, the mountains, or even for those long days at school. If you're looking for a strong, spacious bag, practical for everyday life, then this bag is perfect for you! North Face even offers different styles for the backpack which I thought was pretty cool!

I recently bought this bag as a replacement to a North Face bag I bought over 5 years ago and I absolutely love it. The attention to detail is wonderful. Really love the fleece lined pockets. Perfect bag for daily commuting and/or mild hiking/camping.
