I spend a lot of time shopping for the best pack pack for me and this is it!

This is definitely the best bookbag I've ever had and the quality is top notch! The only issues I had were that it was sort of heavy on its own and it can be hard to load (but it fits a lot inside). I think both are a result of the great quality and materials they used though!

This is a great backpack. Ive had if for about two months now and haven't seen any flaws. I was looking on a couple of sites for which back pack to buy. I'm glad I decided to buy the North Face. I've taken this backpack snow skiing in Colorado, it got snow on it sometimes but that didn't cause any problems. Ive had in it 5 degree weather and it didn't cause anything to freeze up. Right now, I use it for college and I have plenty of room for my laptop and all my books. I highly recommend getting this backpack. Even if you do not want to take it hiking or for the outdoors, it would be great just for school or traveling! All in all, great backpack!!

I bought this bag for traveling and starting medical school. It is perfect! It keeps my stuff dry in the rain and can hold a surprising amount of stuff

It's really comfortable and it holds enough for a long day away from home

Hard on shoulders the straps could be softer, and a little small on the inside. Otherwise looks nice and fits my laptop perfectly, also has a spot that my IPad fits nicely.

Great backpack, I need to replace my gym/office bag and wanted something I could count on for years to come. This was perfect because it matches the color scheme of my North Face jacket which incorporated a sense of style to accompany its practicality. I love the designated pockets for my gadgets as well as the surprising amount of space for shoes/clothing.

We got 2 borealis packs - 1 for each high school student. The PERFECT pack in terms of capacity, features, comfort. We expect these to carry our Senior and Sophomore all the way thru college. ALSO - can't underestimate the "cool factor" of the North Face Borealis.

School, camping and one day trip.

I just started nursing school and this product has been a great investment. It holds everything I need and has plenty of pockets to hold all the little gadgets I need. Not only is it comfortable on my back but it looks cute too.

It's great for school and traveling. All of my books fit as well as my MacBook, iPad and most importantly my coffee + thermos :)

Use it for daily use. Commuting. Couldn't have asked for a better sidekick.

I use this backpack for college. It's very durable for all my heavy books. I would definitely invest money on buying this backpack. It has a pocket for my laptop and a place for my books. They also have lots of compartments to keep my pencils & pens. I also love that it comes with water bottle pouch on each side. I would definitely recommend buying this backpack if you are in school.

My HS son wanted this backpack and saved his money from Christmas to buy it. I was concerned as I know the massive volume of books, binders, notebooks, electronics, etc. he carries back and forth to school now in his jam packed super sized L.L. Bean backpack. But he persisted and it was his own money, so I went ahead an ordered it for him. It shipped fairly quickly, of course not quick enough for him, but he's 14 and impatient. I wasn't exactly sure what the Asphalt Grey/Picante Red would look like in person, but it was even better than I expected. He started taking his school stuff out of his L.L. Bean immediately and transferred it over to his Borealis. Amazingly enough it all fit and he is beyond thrilled with his cool TNF backpack. Secretly, I'm hoping he'll decide he wants another one in a year and I'll get to keep this one!

I bought this for my son for school. He states that is comfortable enough that he can carry his books, tablet and supplies. Has no complaints about it so far.

It is very confortable and very suitable for any ocasions

I love the style , it's very fashionable. Its features including the padding system , straps , and the compartments... all are very useful and comfortable wearing it. I sometimes got shoulders pain wearing my old backpack , but since I bought this, I don't have it any more.

I would definitely recommend this product! It works great for school, especially with the laptop pocket keeping it separate from my notebooks and folders so they don't get scratched. I love that it has two water bottle pockets on both sides since I can put my water bottle on one side and snacks on the other! I also can't wait to use it for when I go camping this summer since it fits so nice and comfortably to my size and stature especially with the extra padding on the back.

Great backpack! The first thing I noticed was how much it helps with back support. It makes me stand up straight in the most comfortable way. I've had it about 2 weeks now and I live out of it. Makes me wonder how I survived before. I have a large water bottle I was concerned about but nope. The sleeves fit perfect around it and any other size. The fleece padding for computer and iPad is quite nice. Oh and the top pocket for my sunglasses it on point, with fleece lining as well. I could go on and on and probably sound like a spokesmen for the company. But the point is I love it. And will definitely buy one for my daughter in the coming years.

Really comfortable, and compacted. Makes a ton of stuff in your bag making it like you don't have nearly as much.

Good product

When Santa did not come through this Christmas, I thought investing in this quality backpack would break my poor college kid budget. But buying this backpack was the best decision I could have possibly made. I absolutely love it. It is the perfect size for my smaller frame, and the quality speaks for itself. I have to walk a few miles every day with a heavy computer and books, and back feels supported all day. I used to have a canvas backpack from target, and after a long day my back would be killing me. I highly recommend investing in a North Face backpack that will be your faithful companion for years to come.

Once this backpack is worn out I will definitely buy another one!
