Bought one for my freshman in high school, then my junior wanted one. Both carry heavy loads with binders, ipads and computers each day. So far, the backpacks are holding up well. Teens seem to like them, and the variety of colors.

This backpack is great for women in academia. I'm a PhD student so I'm always carrying my laptop, papers and a few books. There is a nice lined laptop sleeve that keeps your computer nice and protected (there is also an ipad sleeve for those that have one). Additionally, if the backpack starts getting too heavy you can clip the clips in the front over your chest to lift some of the weight off of your back which is really helpful! I also, appreciate the water resistant fabric. The rose gold on the grey is a nice touch as well. It's a super cute backpack! I'm a happy customer.

My daughters love their backpacks. There is a spot for everything and the quality is top notch. Definitely would buy again!

I bought the black and gold backpack and absolutely love it! Would definitely buy time and time again. I used it on a trip this past weekend and it was super comfortable and very stylish.

This product has been so convenient, whether you are a camper, like to hike, a college student or someone who likes the latest fashion or just in general need a new back pack. I recommend the women's borealis backpack for many reasons, including 1) north face will refund you 100% if you have any problems. 2) this bag is very comfortable with padding that cushions your back unlike many other bags that cause back pain. 3) this bag has many areas to put your supplies including your labtop and accessories. 4)also a spot on the side to place a water bottle. You have to check it out for yourself but it's worth the purchase, for yourself or as a gift to a friend or loved one!!

I love and have always loved the borealis backpack! i have had the old ones for a long time and i just upgraded to the new one and i didn't realize how many improvements were made and can i just say they have made a phenomenal backpack even better!

I've been looking for the perfect backpack for campus for a while and I honestly love this backpack ! I have long days of being on campus and my old backpack use to kill my back ! This backpack honestly is the most comfortable backpack ever, the back of the backpack is so comfortable that when I have to carry all my books I feel no weight on my back ! Defenitly will be buying another backpack like these but in a different color !

My books are too heavy but NorthFace never fails me. I love my new bookbag!!!!

I love this backpack. It has so much room to keep my belongings organized and a padded pocket for my laptop if I need to carry it with me. It's very comfortable to wear with the padded straps and you won't feel any items poking out into your back. I bought the black and gold style and it really is a beautiful backpack. Very durable and so versatile. I use it for school and used it to hike- there was no issues, it held all my stuff neatly and did not feel hot when wearing on the trail.

I am a college student who really needed a backpack and I really like how you can fit so much in there and not having the backpack look like a suitcase like My old Jansport backpack. I would definitely recommend it is such a goo investment.

Love, love my new backpack. It has padded back and it is very compact. I have a nasty commute to work and I like having just one bag to cary my laptop, my gym clothing and my lunch or snacks. It is perfect for the job and ... dare I say- not nerdy.

I primarily use this backpack for school, but son of a nutcracker! This backpack is awesome, there are so many compartments, everything is well organized and safe and sound. You outdid yourself North Face, you outdid yourself.

I received this backpack as a birthday present back in middle school and my backpack is still in decent condition after seven years. Unfortunately I have to get a new one because the support of the backpack is giving away because of wear and tear. I highly recommend this backpack I have taken this backpack with me basically everywhere: New York, Atlanta, all over Florida and more. The backpack holds a good amount without overloading your backpack. As a petite woman it is nice to have a backpack that is made smaller in order to meet my needs. Thank you North Face!

This is probably the best backpack I've ever had. I bought it for my freshman year in high school. I'm a junior now and I still use it! It holds a lot of things and the pockets are easily accessible. This bag s very durable and is still in good condition. My only complaint was that it got dirty quickly, but I guess that's what you get when you choose a mint green bag. I would totally buy this backpack again!!!
