This backpack is perfect for college. It has places to keep my glasses, laptop, phone, iPad, and has two water bottle holders. My campus is huge so the support straps really make my long walk to class more comfortable.

This is the backpack that my daughter is using for high school. At first, we looked at the Jester backpack, but after noticing that I was too small for high school, we chose this one. My daughter loves the color, the backpack gives her back great support, and it has several helpful pockets.

I got this backpack for school, specifically so I would not hurt my back or shoulders with the weight of all of my binders, notebooks, and laptop. It has surpassed my expectations! As long as I wear it with both straps, the weight is evenly distributed and does not hurt my back or shoulders. The back of it is padded, as well, which has made it even more comfortable to wear. The straps on the side are great, too, because if I ever have a smaller load I can adjust the size of the main compartment by adjusting the straps. The water bottle pocket also fits my 40 oz Hydro Flask, which is something I initially was worried about. At first, I was afraid it would look like a turtle shell, now that all of my supplies are in it it feels like a normal backpack... except a million times better.

It fits everything perfectly, and the shoulder straps don't hurt or cut into your skin. It is very versatile, whether it is used as a school bag or a hiking bag.

I bought this backpack for school and it looks exactly like the picture. There is so much room for everything you need for school.I would buy this again.

My daughter is going into 8th grade and wanted something more durable and one that she could use for multiple reasons. Price was terrific and product is excellent!

I bought this backpack for my daughter for her Sophomore year in High School. She wanted to buy a backpack that would last through her Senior year. So after studying and reviewing hundreds of backpacks, she chose to go with North Face. She had a hard time deciding which color to choose there were so many. When we got the backpack she tried it on and looked through every pocket and space. She felt all her school things would fit in the bag. She carries a Swell bottle and it fit in the outside pocket. It also had room for her personal items. So if the dog doesn't get a hold of this backpack we expect it to carry her through High School. Maybe even into college.

I purchased this for my HS daughter. It is perfect. Fits her laptop and all of her other school supplies. The shoulder straps are great and don't cut into her shoulders like previous back packs we've purchased. Super stylish too!

All over exploitation!

I'm a college student who also enjoys going on hikes/exploring whenever I have the opportunity to. This backpack gives the best of both worlds. I can fit all of my school supplies in it with ease and then come the weekend I have no problem finding room for my hiking gear and camera. It is a lightweight backpack with tons of storage at a reasonable price.

I bought this Borealis for my grandson that will be a college freshman in Sept. 2016. I suggested this style based on a Borealis owned by another grandson who is entering third grade this fall. This other grandson has had the same Borealis since kindergarten and it still looks like new. This backpack has been washed at the begining of each school year and it still looks like it did when in kindergarten! I would definitely recommend this pack.

My daughter ordered this for a bookbag for the upcoming school year. Plenty of room, sturdy...just as described.

My daughter carries this for college and comfortably fits her laptop, books and various other nessesities. She small framed and the straps really make it comfortable for her to fill it up!

I am using this backpack to commute to school in NY. It is a great size and a light weight. It can carry my laptop and has room for everything I need. At first it seemed to rub my neck, but when I actually put things into the backpack, it fit quite comfortably.

This backpack is the perfect size for my books, laptop, and other school items.

There is a great amount of storage with lots of padding in the back.
