I wish you had a length between 2 and 4. The 2 seems too short while the 4 is too long.

I'm shorter with a more straight, athletic build and muscular legs.... it's hard to find shorts that fit right and look good. These shorts not only look great but feel even better! They keep their structure while also being soft and flexible. I normally wear a 4, but found that their size 2 fits me best.

I grew up on the beaches of Jersey and would always wear ocean pacific shorts. These are the closest shorts. I could find 35+ years later. The way they are cut in the fit are perfect. You can get them in 4 inch or 6 inch and I have both. Love them and love the colors.

My normal size is a 6, exchanged for a 4 as the shorts run big. All great now.

I love these shorts! They are soft and feel comfortable! They look cute dressed up or just for a day of errands. They are a little big around the waist but sizing down would take care of that!

Great style and fit. I love these shorts. I am 58 and they are even cool on me. Super cute style on any age in my opinion. Young and fun but appropriate.

This pair of shorts is very cute -- my only issue is the size. Due to my build, size charts are rarely accurate for me, so here is my info, in case anyone else is in the same boat: I am 5'9", 155-160, with an athletic build -- broad back and small chest, no waist and long legs (39-33-39). According to the size chart I should be wearing maybe a 12 due to my waist, but thankfully these are low waisted so I guess that measurement is not so relevant here. While I can wear an 8 in the carson jean, I need a 10 in the Oahu twill shorts, so I ordered these Oahu (cord) shorts in a 10 and they are a little too big, an 8 ends up being better in these too. I guess I could keep the 10 and throw it in the dryer to see if it shrinks, but that's too much of a risk for me given the price. I love the shorts, just need a smaller size.

Love this short. Fit is just right and I love the Mid Rise. Very attractive on. The cord is so soft and washes and dries very nicely. Great short. Highly recommend.

These shorts have a great fit! The cut and length is perfect. I typically wear a size 0 in carve pants, I purchased both the size 2 and 4 in these shorts and the size 4 is a perfect fit. I am 5'4" and weigh 132.

These are the shorts I have been searching for! The fabric is soft yet sturdy, the length is perfect, and they just fit great! The color is spot on as well! Worth every penny!

Sizing for these shirts is all over the board. I ordered 4 pair in 4 different colors in the 4 length. All the same mid rise cut. 1 was too small. 2 fit. 1 was huge. Very cute and comfortable otherwise.

These are my favorite shorts. They are so soft, comfortable and a perfect length. They run big so size down.

I wanted these to fit, having wanted these for months and finally purchased them after studying reviewers suggestions for sizing. I sized down to a 4 (from a 6) and they are huge in my waist (28/29 waist, 135 lbs, 5 ft 7 in for others' sizing reference). I can fit both of my fists into the waist gap! I'm exchanging for a 2 and hoping that they will fit better but not be too small in the hips and bum. (I have not worn a size 2 in all of my adult life.) Received in nice, minimal, compostable packing bag from Carve. I do find it kind of meh that the bottoms are intentionally frayed. They DO stretch, which is key for my active lifestyle, but even with a belt I have a massive gap in the back waist area. Hoping the smaller size is a win.

These shorts run to true to size and are comfortable. I got the cumin color and it’s a strange color but I like it. Considering getting another pair in a different color.
