Great shorts but the draw string is so thin it does not hold the pants up as well as I'd hope.

Love these shorts! Most plus size hiking shorts have really large thighs and ride up, completely defeating the purpose of getting a longer inseam, but these are perfect! They started off a tad small but were fine once the fabric relaxed. Two things I'd change: 1, add a zip pocket to the thigh and 2, make the pockets larger!!

I recently returned from a hot/humid country. I took one pair of cotton shorts as an after thourht and ended up wearing them a lot. I was able to launder them, but they took a long time to dry. I purchased these Columbia shorts upon my return after observing several other fellow travelers wearing them. They were able to launder them and they dried much quicker than my all cotton shorts. I'm excited to give them a try! But, right now, it will have to wait as we have had snow overnight!!!

Lightweight, good fit. Metal snap feels like too heavy for lightweight fabric.

I love these shorts and have several pairs in every color. I love the draw string and relaxed fit. They dry quick and are very light and airy. My only complaint is that they start to pill between the inner thighs after while. And my most recent pair, the left inside pocket was not sew well and came with a large hole. Now I can't put anything in that pocket without it falling out.

I have these shorts in tan. I like the fit, length, and fabric so ordered a pair in navy. Returning the navy pair as the waistband is a good inch smaller so shorts are not comfortable. Too bad!

Probably size up as these ran small for me, and more of a low rise than I'd like.

Love these long shorts! I just wish they were pull-on with no zipper and with stretchy, fully elastic waist like the Anytime Casual pants and capris.

Good comfy shorts but sizing was not consistent. I ordered one of each color and the black pair was smaller than the other three for some reason despite them all being the same size.

Size up a whole size plus more. I ordered these in a 16 last year and had to return for an 18w.

This item runs very small; I had to return 2 pairs which were the same size of these shorts that I bought last year. I had to go up a whole size

Overall the shorts looked and felt nice and the fabric was very light - Wanted them for upcoming trip to Hawaii. Sadly my normal size was too small and I’d also bought next size up just in case and that too was a fail - too small. Oh well back they go.

I want to love these shorts. Great material, breathable, lightweight and stretchy. However, the design is not my favorite. They stretch quite a bit so buy a size down. They also are not the most flattering shorts and I wish they had more pockets. I'd also prefer them without a drawstring.

These are nice, quality shorts but I did not like them on me. Feel like they would be cool on a hot day. I am 5'10" so was expecting these long shorts to be a nice length for me because I like longer shorts. The hem of the shorts came just past my knee - looked and felt weird when walking. They did fit the rest of me well but the fabric showed every dimple of my rear. A larger size would have been too baggy so sadly I returned them.

I love the length and fit. The only reason I can't give these shorts 5 stars is because the material breaks down quickly. I wore and washed these shorts once and they look like I have had them for years.

I own this short in three colors in a size 20, and love them! So I ordered a few new pairs in the same size, and they did not even come close to fitting. I ordered a size up and nope. I'd need to order AT LEAST a 24. The waist is much smaller and not stretchy at all anymore. Really disappointed in this change!

Run small!!! Don't have the original packaging so stuck with them.
