Great length, great color (blue), great fit, great comfort! I ordered another color!

Similar to Saturday Trail Pant just without bungee at the kneel. Repels small mist of moisture. Wish didn't have tie at the snap closure. Great using for hot humid weather. Happy Columbia makes plus size women clothing.

These are comfortable. They fit true to size. They are really quick drying and look good on. Glad I purchased three pair.

I love these shorts. The length is perfect for the top parts of my slightly chubby legs to hide and I can hike a trail without getting chub rub! YAY! Oh, and they dry super fast when wet as I like to wear them to the amusement park.

I initially bought one pair of these shorts to take on a trip to Africa. They were so very comfortable and useful for traveling. When I returned home, I bought more of the shorts in different colors and wear them almost everyday during the hot and humid summers we have in Florida. If these shorts should be offered in newer colors, I will probably buy more!

Finally, a pair of hiking shorts for tall, big girl. I love these shorts. PRO: good shape/proportions. length is good so your thighs have no chance to rub. Light weight. Actually come in plus sizes. CON: The color is a little hard to match (purply-navy?), so I don't bother. They do get stinkier than other shorts, but a good rinse and drip dry sorts that. I wish they had belt loops so I could have a tad more security than just the tie.

These fit perfectly. Just enough stretch to look good on and not stretch out and be baggy. Look great straight out of washer and drier. Love these. Would recommend to anyone.

I love this style of product. I have shorts, pants, and capris in this style. The fabric is breathable and resists wrinkles. I took 2 pair of the pants on a 2 week summer trip to Iceland. They were stretchy enough to put a base layer underneath and light enough to wash in the sink and hang dry overnight. The shorts are longer - above the knee and capris are just below the knee. Very comfortable - great hiking shorts. Pockets are a little shallow. Just wish more colors were offered.

These are some of my new favorite shorts. I like the drawstring waist, so I can adjust without the bulk of a belt. I also like the just below knee length, how they move with you instead of restricting movement (thanks to the stretch in them), and how they dry quickly. I haven't worn these new ones enough yet, but an older pair of these same shorts does have some pilling in the inner thigh area (but I'm hoping Columbia has addressed this issue - but too soon to tell). In any event, I use these for walking, hiking, etc and am very happy with them.

I finally found a great pair of hiking shorts in plus size that fit great, do not ride up and wick away moisture. I have worn these on several hiking trails in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

I just bought 2 more pair. I traveled to Asia for 6 weeks and they were my favorite. They pack so nicely and are very light in your backpack. I washed them at night and they were completely dry the next morning. Very cool in hot weather and the most comfortable shorts I have ever owned.

These shorts are my go to shorts for bike riding, walking or hiking. The length is perfect. They come to my knees. When I walk, my thighs rub. With these shorts,the fabric does not start riding up. No chaffing. They look slimming. They have a little stretch. The waist is a little large but there's a drawstring that keeps them in place. They're practically dry right out of the washer too. I have 2 pairs in blue and 2 in black.

I have had a really difficult time finding pants/shorts to hike in, as a woman who wears a size 18. The pants and short in the Anytime Outdoor line are PERFECT! They high-quality and rugged. They have just enough stretch to be extra comfortable while still holding a nice shape, and I love all of the colors. So far, I have the pants in black and blue, and I have these shorts in green. I'm currently waiting on the capri pants in brown. I just can't say enough good things about these shorts - you can dress them up or down depending on what you're doing!

These fit fine. They are a nice thin material and very comfortable.

Thank you Columbia for offering same style shorts in Plus size, so many other active wear sellers don't do that. Love these shorts, very comfy, These will be perfect for beach day when I didn't want to wear a bathing suit. Would love to have them in more colors, right now only two choices in my size.

Perfect for florida weather. The only bad thing is Columbia doesn't seem to manufacture it anymore?! Don't understand why as it was always sold out?

I love these and now have them in 3 colors. The material is lightweight so they are very comfortable and dry quickly if you get them wet.

I bought two pairs and loved the relaxed fit, look, fabric , quality and attention to detail. The drawstring allows you to get a perfect fit. I quickly ordered several more pairs. All three colors are great. Love the slash pockets which are flattering and functional. I plan to live in these shorts all summer. I have machine washed in cold water and then drip dry. They dry quickly, very easy care. I love my Anytime long shorts so much that I also bought a couple pairs of Anytime Capris

I order these pants for trips to New Zealand and Ecuador because of the quick dry feature. The first pair I ordered in the same size as similar pants from Prana and KUHL were too small so I had to go up a size and they are still a little snug. I like the drawstring waist for extra comfort and adjusting the size. The fabric is much nicer that a previous pair which were too shiny and slick.

I struggle with finding a good fit for clothes because I fall half way between plus size and regular sizing. I have mountain biker/hiker quads and a deep seated appreciation for chocolate chip cookies. Women's fashion doesn't usually fit my shape ( 5ft 4in and 180lb). I decided to go the larger route and picked the 18W size. They are a little big, but they have a drawstring that I can use to tighten them around the waist. The shorts have decent pockets. I can fit my mobile phone with case into any of the three pockets. These are very functional shorts that look decent. I feel comfortable wearing them either hiking or on a social adventure.

I usually wear a 16W pants and these 16W fit perfectly,. I will just have to get used to the length, below my knee as shown. Comfortable. Having large thighs (sigh) the pants make a swishing sound when I walk. My Dad used to call pants that did that "whistle britches" . Well, better than riding up I say and maybe the sound will go away.
