These pants are fantastic! Truly useful anytime outdoor (or indoor). I wore these hiking on a rainy day; they repelled rain well and dried quickly when out of the rain. The material is flexible and durable (the knees survived a few of my clumsy stumbles). What really sets these pants apart, however, is that the fit truly works for a plus-sized body. The stretch in the belly and thighs are very forgiving, providing comfortable coverage without waist gaps or cutting into the stomach (my big problem with most pants). The flexibility and soft material also make for an excellent travel outfit. I also wore them for all-day airport travel; they made a long day much more comfortable! I will DEFINITELY buy these pants again in the future!

Super comfortable even in hot weather. The waistband stayed up without digging into my stomach.

These pants are the best travel wear I've ever owned! They are incredibly comfortable, lightweight, and stylish. The material has the perfect amount of stretch throughout. I am a huge fan of the boot-cut style leg in pants as they are much harder to find in plus sizes. I think they look rather flattering in my opinion. I already have three pairs and just purchased 2 more in a different color. I took them all across Italy for three weeks and they are great for long plane rides & walking outdoors in different weather conditions. They pack up great in my suitcase and hardly take up any space or weight and they are super easy to wash/dry. They also tend to be somewhat wrinkle resistant. FYI, they also make longer shorts and capris in this style. These are absolutely my favorite pants and I cannot say enough good things about them! Go for it!

Lightweight - packable - a step up from leggings so can be used for more dressy moments when traveling with limited packing space

Well made pants with some stretch. Great for hiking because they breathe, have a little stretch, dry super fast, block the sun and hold up to date after day use. Great for work for the same reasons and if you hang them straight from the dryer no ironing needed. Front pockets are just right and the adjustable tie waist is comfortable and adds size range. The only thing I don't like is the rear pocket. Over time ( several years and many washings) the Velcro closure gives out. I never use that pocket and wouldn't mind if it was left off future models. Highly recommend these pants!

I am very happy with these pants. They fit great and are suitable to wear to the gym, out biking or hiking, around the house or out shopping. I chose my typical pant size and the fit is as expected.

I've bought at least 6 pairs in various colors. These pants truly are good to wear anytime. I dress them up for a business-casual look & wear on the weekend for a hike in the woods. They're great for travel. Wrinkles from packing quickly fall out when you put on & walk around a few minutes. I throw them in the washer, hang dry. They dry quickly. They wear well, are comfortable, flattering & last a long time. These pants were recommended to me by a friend who's had the same experience I've had with them. Hope Columbia never discontinues these!

I'm 5'5" and chubby. The 3x are roomy enough to wear long underwear under them. They're very comfy and definitely water resistant.

Great workhorse pants!! They are perfect for working with bees. Comfy and stretchy.

I have similar like guide Pro but this boot cut is a lil more slimming. It does run a lil smaller but not enough to change sizes. The Cinder color is gorgeous. Sort of like chocolate/ marroonish/burgundy color. A good substitute for brown.Note that I did have to take up hem about 3"

I have the straight leg version of thos pant but I definitely like the boot style. The only thing I noticed is that a tad bit tighter than normal. Plus I'll probably have to hem upjaboutb3-4" The

I have lived in these Anytime bottoms for years. I've between 8-10 pairs of bootcut pants and another 6 in shorts of various lengths. The gray shades are my favorites for matching and seasonal versatility. This new Cinder color is going to join the grays as a favorite. I'm back to buy a second pair. They look brown from a distance, but the undertones of dark red bring them to life.

These are great for hikes or for casual days at work. So glad I decided to try them! They fit great and are comfortable and well made.

Lightweight and comfortable. Drawstring waist is helpful for days when you're not sure how many layers you'll be wearing. Haven't worn these in significant rain yet, so I don't know how water resistant they are.

Even though these pants are activity pants; they do not require proof you are active. I bought these pants as lounge pants and was pleased to find out the pants could also be a casual in public. Fits true to size, and has a lot of flexibility in any movement, not binding across the waist, and the length is about a 32"

These are my absolute go to for golf and so many other activities. I have 4 pair! But after 4 years, they're starting to wear. When you made these with a short inseam it was absolutely the perfect length for me. Because of the bootcut, it makes it tough to have them hemmed. Please bring back the Short inseam too :)

I love these pants, they fit me so well and flatter my figure. I have a pear shape - wide hips and thin waist that make it hard to find pants that fit right. Because the pants have a draw string, it makes it perfect and comfortable for me. I own a pair of these in almost every color. I haven't found pants that fit better than these anywhere else.

Comfortable, stretchy, great material for a great fitting hiking pant. I am 5'6" and with shoes these are the perfect length. I should have ordered one size smaller 18W at 215 lbs. The 20w is still comfy, washed in high heat and dried in high heat to shrink and held up.

Living in Colorado where the sun shines almost everyday, protection from the intense sun is highly important. I walk every day for at least an hour, and these Anytime Outdoor bootcut pants are my go to pants for walking and days out in the mountains, yet are stylish enough to wear for casual social events. They fit perfectly, are light and cool even on a really hot day, and always comfortable. I also love that if I walk through wet grass, get sprayed by a sprinkler, or I'm caught in an unexpected shower, my pants stay dry and comfortable. I'm thrilled to have discovered these great pants!

I've fallen so in love with Columbia pants for outdoor activities. This is my second pair in this style & my fourth overall. The color Nocturnal is a lovely dark blue that I can wear anywhere.
