Pros: Very warm. Looks great (after adjustments were made to it; see below). Cons: Hood is too deep, so I have to constantly push it up, so that I can see straight ahead. The bottom flares out A LOT; the advertised picture makes it look otherwise. I was able to put a drawstring on the bottom to fix the flare.

Nice jacket but runs small in the waist. Does not fit like to regular Benton Springs jacket

Nice comfy soft material that feels like it would be warm enough for temps in the 50’s. I ordered it in medium but it fit a little snug under the armpits so ended up returning.

Wonderfully soft and the small was true to size. However the sleeves were much too short to be comfortable. I had to send it back

I was really excited about this item - especially because it's long and has a hood. I'm 5'10' with a long torso and sometimes get lucky with Columbia's products (not looking shrunken on me). The waist was a little high on my, but that wasn't the strange part. The back is sort of cape like from the middle, the front seams seem to pucker somehow, and that made a little uncomfortable on. Sleeves were nice and long... hoping to see more items like this (with outr the cape effect or puckers).

Smaller than expected. Not very high quality.

I ordered Rich Wine, which looked nice on the internet but turned up closer to brown, which is not my thing. Liked the jacket but sent it back.

I truly love this jacket! 5'9" 130 lbs. medium fit great. Unfortunately the black color is a dark gray, not what I was looking for... Still a great buy if you want a color other than black!

This fleece jacket is insanely comfortable. The only downside is that it arrived with a hole on the seam of one of the arms. Other than that, love it!

Fits great but the left pocket came ripped in the inside.

Loved the length of this jacket but I returned it due to the fact that it does not have a double zipper that can be unzipped from the bottom. A bottom zipper would allow for sitting in it more comfortablely. It fit me but I wish it had been a little bigger in the hip department. I normally wear a size 6 or 8 in a pant so it was just okay through the hip area.

I'm 5'4 tall and the length is a bit too long to be flattering for my height. Also, the zipper tab is difficult to align properly with the slide, so I have to fiddle with it for a while in order to get the zipper started. This doesn't happen with other zip front jackets I own.

I like the material but it was longer that I expected and a bit saggy. It is pretty warm, however.

Loved, the color, loved the fabric and the fact it covered my butt...but hated the fit. The upper arms were really tight and it made the whole coat uncomfortable to wear.

The color is a dark grey wanna be black. I'm not thrilled about this but with the hassle of a return and wait and reorder and wait, if it drives me crazy enough I'll dye it. It runs a little small so the sleeves are long (half way over my palms) and it's a little tight over the back. I couldn't waer anything under it other than a thin long sleeve t-shirt. I ordered XL but fits as if it were a L.

I was looking forward to having a beautiful shapely, tailored looking warm red sweater. The red color is not at all red. It is more of a pinkish purple, which I did not like at all. It is not as shapely or tailored as in the photo, bit not super shapeless as are many fleece sweaters. The fabric was not really smoothe, but rather a more pilly look. I've had cheaper aweaters look better. I did really like the way it zipped up to a high collar for extra warmth, even when the hood is off. The hood will definitely not blow off. The length was good - to the bottom of my butt (5'6"). I think it would have been warm and cozy, but for the money, it was just not what I was hoping for.

Do like the jacket and hood style which is why I ordered this jacket in 2 different colors, however sleeves are way too long and no elastic in wrist as in previous Benton Springs long hoodie also do not like the double zipper. I did have jackets altered to have elastic put in sleeves at wrist and now the sleeves feel uncomfortable. I would recommend the jacket, but let friends know about sleeves.

I received my Benton Hoodie and I was disappointed in the quality and weight of the fleece.The design is good and the hoodie is well made however, I have other Columbia fleece of which I purchased 10 or more years ago and I must say how things have changed. The Fleece is not the quality it used to be. Why? What a shock Expected better and got mediocre. Its going back.

This is a beautiful hoodie. Unfortunately, this item is clearly mismarked. I ordered a large and it is at least a small, maybe even an extra small. What a disappointment. I wear the same size consistently with Columbia products. Returning.

I usually wear a medium. I ordered a large so I would have additional length in the arms and some extra room for layering. This hoodie is small! Also, the hood pulls on the neck a bit, so I found myself having to readjust the neck portion throughout the day. Also, I was disappointed with the color. It almost looks like a faded black. Like it's been washed 100 times.

Same as the other item I purchased in a size L, it's a very tight fit. Loved that it had the hood, and was longer but until I shed some weight I won't be wearing it.

I purchased this jacket because I had purchased one similar years ago & wanted another color. The sizing has changed. I always size up so I can wear layers underneath it. I purchased the 1X because it always works for that purpose. This one does not. It is so snug that I can't wear layers just one top. It is also much thinner than any Columbia fleece jackets I own and I have several. The only thing I like about it is the color. Sadly, I am returning it.

Your sizes on items are way off!! This medium is at most a small. Why don't you just change your sizing to the correct size. Anytime I've ever purchased something from your company. It is at least a size to one and a half sizes too small. Most people don't know this. I purchased this for a gift. It was very embarrassed that it did not even fit her. The style is good and it's not offered in your store. However, now she's stuck with it because you don't even have any more available in a larger size.

The jacket is nice but runs verry narrow. I usually wear a small and went with a medium and it didn't fit.

Ordered L in Grey. I'm 160 lbs/ 5'5". It was too snug under the armpits with only a 3/4 length sleeved tee underneath! I liked not having any elastic in the cuffs. Longer length was perfect. Fleece wasn't as thick as my older Columbia regular length fleece. I prefer my fleece to fit a bit looser all around. The L is for a thinner person as it fit snugly all around on my body. Will be returning it.
