Zipper keeps getting stuck and preventing it from zipping at all. I've already worn it a few times so not even sure if I can return it

I feel the material is cheaper than it used to be and not nearly as warm. I have several Benton springs fleece hoodies and this one is not as good in quality as I have come to expect with Columbia. What changed?

Kind of disappointed. Hood is weird and wont lay flat. Bunchy at the waist

I like the charcoal grey color of this soft coat. The fit is quite narrow though and if you aren't slender in build it may be too snug and clingy in the bust, waist and butt. I bought the size small. The cuffs are strange because they are very wide, almost flared out, not fitted. I may have to get some elastic put into the cuff's edge.

I really like the fit of this jacket however the zipper is not the best. It is one that xan unzip from bottom as well as top. This is great on a longer jacket but it is not easy to operate. Please improve this Columbia. Thank you.

It looks nice when on and very warm but it looks cheap.

Jacket is good but faulty zipper. Hopefully I can get an exchange done.

This jacket would of been perfect but it was so tight under my arms. I had to return it.

I bought this because I liked the longer length and the option of having a hood. I typically wear a size 8-10, so I thought the medium would be a good fit, but it was too tight around my chest (I'm a 34DD). If you have a larger chest, go up a size. I ended up returning it and getting the large Benton Springs fleece jacket instead.

I really like the style of this hoodie. But sadly, it didn't fit right. I'm 5'11" and the sleeves turned out really short. Overall the body fit good, but it was too tight in the shoulders.

I would have given it 5 stars, except for one workmanship issue. Where the collar is attached, there is a band on the inside covering this seam. The stitching on one side of the band popped in several places when the material was stretched when putting on the jacket the very first time. I easily fixed it on my sewing machine, but the thread should have been stronger and more flexible.

Sleeves are way too long. Have to roll them up. Jacket is long and snug.

I'm 5'9", 145 lbs, tall and slim-ish. I get size L for sleeve and torso length. I shop Columbia a good bit and have always loved my purchases, except this one. Absolutely no shape at all, the pic looks like it should gather at the waist, it does not. So disappointed.

This jacket is warm enough to get me through most of the winter in Illinois if I am just running errands. I was disappointed, however, that within one month the bottom of the left hand pocket ripped and it seems difficult to stitch back together.

Alright y'all, this is about to be the realest review on this sweater yet. I ordered this jacket in the color grey and when it arrived, seemed more of a darker grey but that's not a big issue. Secondly, I read the reviews of some of the people on here and because a lot of them said to order a size up because of sizing issues, I ordered a Medium. PSA: when writing reviews people, PLEASE put your body type/description. It helps. A lot. I'm 5'8, 5'9 on a good day. I understand this jacket is supposed to run longer, mainly in which it covers your booty but a medium fit like a L, it was huge! I should have gone with my gut and ordered a Small. My body type, i would say, is more on the lanky side. Long legs, tiny torso, long arms, big feet, etc etc. I weigh about 135 lbs. I wanted this jacket to fit me like the model in the picture, as if the jacket was single handedly stitched and sewed for me. But alas, it was not. If you're about my size and body type, my suggestion is to order a small. My preference is tighter fitting clothes but I swear, I wouldn't even consider a Medium to be "loose", it was just too baggy! If you're like me, a medium did not fit or look like the model in the picture.

I purchased this in a medium. I'm 5/4, 122 lbs, normal build. It feels too small even though I'm not sure it is. It feels snug because there is no type of liner which makes it not glide over your clothes smoothly. Also, no cuff on the sleeves to keep the wind out. No inner pocket like previous Columbia coats. Is quality becoming less important to Columbia? I'm going to try to order a large to see if that makes a difference. I DO like the longer length for here in MN!

The XXL is huge! Much bigger than 1X. The fabric is too thin for a jacket.

This Jacket does not seem like the best quality and was large.

This jacket is good quality and nice hood, but it is too long for me and petite frame and it is very A-line and not flattering on my body type.

I really like it, but it is too long for me. I am 130 5'6 and got a Medium. The Jacket goes below my butt. I Personally don't like it. It makes it uncomfortable when I want to seat. Sending it back.

I am satisfied with the quality of jacket as Columbia is a great brand. I was disappointed with the long length of the jacket. I feel it is not very becoming for slender people.

I was so excited to see that the Benton Springs jacket came in a long version with a hood! However I was sorely disappointed when I received the jacket. It fits oddly through the back due to a seam across the back. I truly wanted to love this jacket and even ordered a size larger so that I could wear thick sweaters under it, but the fit is too uncomfortable. Please make this in a more roomy version. I love the idea, but it was a poor fit. If it was a better proportioned jacket I would buy several colors because the idea of longer jacket was perfect and the hood, the icing on the cake.

I am 5'7" and 150 lbs and 34 DDD I ordered this fleece in a large because of reading other reviews. I am kinda disappointed in the overall construction of the jacket which makes me sad because I have wanted this fleece for years. First of all, its long, which I wanted, but it looks funny when you are wearing it and it also feels funny...almost bunchy in the hip area but there is plenty of hip room for movement. ( I could have gotten away with a medium) Secondly, the hood is a slight problem. There is no way to cinch it down so its either in your eyes or it blows off. Thirdly, the wind goes right through the jacket. I have other fleece jackets from other makers and I feel that they are actually warmer than this particular fleece. I didn't hate it enough to send it back but I don't like the look of it enough to wear it out and about other than to walk the dog or maybe do some yard work in it. I love Columbia products, but this one just wasn't for me.

It looks almost like a pre-faded black so it doesn't match any of my other blacks. The hood is a good size but it doesn't have drawstrings. The arms/armpit is kind of snug. I wanted this hoodie to be perfect but it's just almost there on a few aspects.

I like the color and that it has a hood. I ordered a medium (which is my usual size in Columbia products) but it fits like a small.
