When I had received the shoes the box to the shoes was ripped and damaged as well I had gotten the wrong size. I had ordered a 13 and gotten a 12 1/2

Superstars are great for walking around the busy city of New York and running after kids, catching the train or bus for over 6hours but some how these are busting at the toes after a week. I'm sad but will never the less get a new pair as they treat my weary feet well.

It's has visible white glue all around the shoes. Very cheaply made.

Unfortunately within a few wears plastic and leather material bonding failed leaving gaping areas at front of each shoe. I have same shoe in other colours and not experienced this. Adidas responded very well with free return, full refund and a discount voucher.

Unfortunately these shoes have come apart at the front and there's a hole in them. My daughter has only worn them for 8 months.

Itll never go out of style . I buy them year after year in many different colors and styles

I got them in black , I love them i wear them nearly everyday but i wear alot of adidas daily

Had them personalised. Turned up missing one letter . I double triple checked before order . I know it was right . What a waste of money

I normally take a size 6. I ordered 5.5 and it slipped up and down my heel even when shoe laces fully tightened.

Great price! Super comfy and fit perfect. My new favourites.

Poor quality as well as personalization falling off at first wearing

I did not expect delivery to be poor, other items delivered perfectly but having paid extra for customisation i assumed it would be perfect and matching on both shoes

Love the style, although the toddler shoe is a slip on with laces and does not open well enough for my 3 year old not to say Ouch when I put them on him.

The shoe is great, but runs a bit big. I ordered a 5 for my kid, but it looks to be a 5.5 or bigger.

I didn't let me customise the shoe as it said that I could do "free". I think there was something wrong with the manufacturing process or something because the shoe's detailing was coming off. I don't know if the stitching wasn't strong enough? I was wearing them for a good few months (atleast 5) they still weren't very comfortable. Are these shoes support to be like this, I'm not sure.

I'm a women's 5- 51/2 usually. I've ordered three different pair -- size kids 4, women's 5 and 5 1/2 and all too big! Need a 3 but impossible to find! Finally figure I need a kids 3 but can't find it anywhere.

I love adidas shoes, but these Velcro straps are the worst quality ever, we gave them to my son for Christmas yesterday and by halfway through the first day wearing them the stitching had been worn through and the straps had started to break. The Velcro isn't glue to the leather the stitching uses only one fine line of stitching, not enough for children to use for sporting or general wear.

I was so disappointed with these. They were exactly what I wanted for my 1 year old, so cute and I trusted that Adidas made a good quality shoe for him. After about 3 weeks (a few wears, he isn't actually walking on his own yet), the fabric started peeling off of the velcro on one of the straps. I thought the quality of Adidas shoes was better than this. I reached out to customer service and got no help from them, so am just keeping the damaged shoes. It was quite honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have had - I sent multiple pictures of the very clear damage. I was very surprised at the lack of support they provided and again, just very disappointed in the shoe and the brand.
