shoes were not wrapped neatly in box. came with someones toe prints on suede. not acceptable for $99 shoes.

I am very disappointed with these expensive shoes. The straps are flimsy and do not stabilize the foot into the footbed. The toe strap does not stay in place and makes the shoes look crooked. They are very uncomfortable!

I absolutely love these shoes! However, given the price I would expect a strong warranty from the company. The side strap snapped on my shoe one year to the day from my purchase, so I called Vionic and explained the situation and asked if they would fix the strap. They would not. Please be aware that Vionic only warranties their shoes for six months from the date of purchase. I would expect a cheap pair of Keds to last more than six months! I love Vionic shoes, but I will not purchase any more from this company if they do not stand behind the workmanship of their product given their price point.

I was so disappointed -- and very angry -- when I received these shoes because the coin closest to toe actually was practically between my toes. I tried on a different size at a store and the same thing occurred. Very poorly designed. I have normal feet and cannot imagine what length toes or foot these fit correctly. I really need arch support and loved the way they looked. Not a happy camper. Tried a different style and the piece between my toes produced great soreness and redness. Most uncomfortable.

The material that this shoe is made of is too slick and my foot moved so much in it that I now have plantar fascia issues again. I use vionic shoes to correct this problem. LOVE the look of them but didn't work for me.

I am very disappointed in these sandals. I wear a 6.5 and found the 7 to be too large. So I ordered a 6 and found the foot bed size to be fine, but the sandal was very floppy. There was no support there and I felt like I would slide out of them.

Although there was plenty of arch support, I found this shoe to be extremely loose on the top of my foot. Does not provide stability in the foot bed.

I was really hoping that these would work out because I love the look of them in the gold cork, but no dice. I generally wear a 6 to 6½ in most shoes, sandals included, so I ordered the 6. That was way too big; the arch support in the footbed would npt even sit in the right place. I immediately sent them back and got a 5. Well, the footbed would be nearly the right length, still a tad too long, but the placement of the thong between-the-toes piece is a little too far forward, so as soon as I stand up or go to take a step, my foot slides forward and leaves a gap in the back so you can tell that they are definitely too long. In addition, even though my feet are of medium width, the outside of my mid foot squishes over the side of the shoe, so either they run narrow or they just are not shaped quite right (at least for my feet). The footbed itself is not exactly comfortable, either - it is pretty hard, which would not be a huge deal if it were actually shaped to cup your foot properly like a Birkenstock would, for example, but it is only ever so slightly curved up in the back and front. Oh well. I hope you have better luck than I did!

I had the same problem as other reviewers -- the coin closest to the toes digs into my feet and makes them impossible to wear. Too bad - otherwise they are awesome.

This shoe was huge, and normally I don't have trouble with sizing! Also, the black sole with white leather was not stylish--it stood out as a "comfort shoe" which is not the style I was hoping to achieve.
