These are cute sandals but did not work for me. I have very narrow feet and with most Vionics, I can tighten the strap and get by. Unfortunately, when I tightened the side strap, the toe strap cut into my feet and was very painful. I see several people with narrow feet use Vionics. Maybe it's time for them to make some narrow sizes.

Very pretty sandals. Unique and versatile color. Sizing on the footbed is slightly different from the original Orthaheel sandals, and the fit is not as good for me as the Othaheels. I wish Vionic had kept the original sizing. That being said, I am happy with this purchase and will be keeping these sandals.

I have two pair of Vionic Tide that I have worn for 2 years and still love, and was hoping to find a dressier pair with these. But, the Karina does not fit the same as the Tide. The arch support is less under the arch, and the toe strap is about 1/4 of an inch further to the rear. Just enough to not be comfortable. Will return and try another style.

They're comfortable. They are true to size length wise, but I have narrow feet and they're a little too loose. Even with tightening the strap, they flopped all over. Sadly I'm returning, but will be buying another pair of Vionics. I have super high arches and a heel problem and they felt great for those issues.

Nice shoe overall. They are comfortable. I suppose I just expected more. Somehow the strap rubs the top of my foot, and I have a scab from wearing these on the first day. I think the style and support are good, but maybe not for the price.

I am loving Vionic these days. They are sooo comfortable. I could walk miles in these flip flops. I wish they didn't look so orthopedic but as far as great supportive sandals go these are not terrible looking. I have the orange ones and they are a cute color and the gold ring helps up the style factor.

I love Vionic shoes and sandals but this particular sandal did not work for me. I have a narrow foot and it fit a bit sloppy so I adjusted the side buckle to make it tighter but the problem then was that it pull to the buckle side making the center decorative circle on top be off center making it uncomfortable. Also not sure why there needs to be two pieces between the toe. Would probably work well with a thicker foot. Sorry Vionic I have to return these and start over with another pair from you.

This sandal is so cute. I ordered a 7, as I am a 7.5, as many said to order down. It was too narrow. Returned. I ordered the 7 wide, but still not a good fit. Unfortunately returning. Perhaps the 8 would be good, but I just can't order again. Zappos is totally the most generous and patient on-line store ever!

I ordered the Wide width, but the side of my foot was still over the edge of the shoe, even though the length of the shoe was fine.

These are cute on for medium-wider feet. They are cut very round in front. They are not worth the price! The sole has good arch support but this type of Vionic are a little feeble in overall support. My knees would hurt if I wore them on a big walking day. I am keeping them for occasion shoes because they are cute on tan legs! Vionics run large. I usually wear 8½-9 and 8 fits fine.

Very comfortable shoes. The support is perfect for me...not too high but enough to help my feet feel better! It's also great that the strap is adjustable to accommodate my one foot that it's swollen.

I was looking for sandals that would be comfortable with my postpartum plantar fasciitis. I ordered two other pairs by Vionic that had very hard foot-beds and the arch was way to high (and I have naturally high arches). These offer good arch support, a cushy foot-bed, a well supported heel and they're cute.

These shoes look nice, but I was disappointed with the comfort. They are very flexible and have a softer heel bed, so the arch support ends up feeling even bigger as you walk -- too much arch. I wish I didn't "sink in" to the heel as much. Not buying these.

This is my first pair of Vionic and I am very pleased with them. The sizing is accurate and the shape of the insole is very comfortable. I don't usually like a thomg shoe but this one doesn't bother me. I like the fact that I can adjust the strap across the top of the foot in case my feet swell during hotter weather. I'll be looking for more of this brand.

Very cute, but the place where the metal circle attaches to the strap that runs between the toes, digs into my skin and caused a sore the 1st day I wore them. I'm going to stop wearing them for a couple of weeks and let my foot heal before wearing them again. Because of this, I'm dropping the rating down to 4 stars.

Love these shoes. Finally a nicer looking sandal that has good support. The fit is good and they are easy to keep on my feet. The only thing I would change is I wish the footbed had fabric instead of rubber. Fabric keeps my feet cooler and rubber dries them out.

Nice style and I like the footbed...not suede like some others. Straps stretch a bit but can be adjusted with the buckle. I'm happy with this cute-looking orthotic sandal.

I have a relatively narrow foot with a flat fore foot. I have a history of plantar fasciitis and a neuroma on one foot. I like sandals that stay on my foot well and give me great arch support. I found this sandal to hit all points, plus be very cute and sophisticated. I wore them all day the first time and found them to be quite comfortable , however the arch support was almost too much for 9 hours of standing. I will get lots of use from this cute sandal! I highly recommend it!

I thought these might look better in person, but no luck. The straps are too skinny to be comfortable especially as a thong. The large metal circle is big, blingy, uncomfortable and looks in poor taste.

Runs wide - but deal breaker is the straps are too large, and if you tighten the buckle to make more snug it pulls the center ring to one side. A shame as I love the Vionic brand and have other styles.

I have these same shoes in two other colors but for some reason this one fit me differently.

REALLY cute but no support to keep foot on the shoe. My toes kept falling off the shoe. Had to return, sadly.

I am 9 weeks post bunion surgery and the doctor has been encouraging me to wear various shoes since 6 weeks out. So far all I can cram my foot into is my old widened out wide width gym shoes. He told me to try a flip flop so here I am. I chose this shoe because of the arch support and wide width option (not to mention they are cute!). Unfortunately, the metal O ring sits right on my incision so it's just not a comfy fit at all for my situation. That being said, these are great looking shoes with wonderful arch support for anyone else that doesn't have a new incision on the top of the foot! Maybe I will come back and try these again in the future when I am months out.

Pretty sandal for sure...but barely stays on foot so returning. Oh well.
