Slipped these on and instant comfort. I walked 3 miles in them on their maiden voyage. They are so comfortable and they are very cute too. The straps are thinner than other pairs I own and I like the look with the same support I expected from all my Vionics with Orthaheel flip flops.

I already had these in black so needless to say I love these. They are nice looking and give me the support that keeps my feet and legs able to go all day.

Great flip flop sandal. I have really flat narrow feet, and the buckle allows adjustment for that. The silver center decoration makes the sandal look a little dressier than most flip flops and feels very comfortable. The soles are squishy and soft, but still supportive. I feel like I could walk in them all day without any problems.

Ordered these from QVC! Absolutely love them. So much better than traditional flip flops. Zappos has more color choices so I'm here for more.

This is my 8th pair of Vionics. Love them all! This design is particularly gorgeous! I live in south Florida, so sandals are a must. Vionics are super comfortable, and provide a much needed arch support when wearing flip flops year round.

As with most Vionic shoes, these are super comfortable. I didn't like the way the footbed looked...it made me feel like I was wearing "old lady shoes". They were also a bit wide. Returned.

Better than the average flip-flop, for sure! The arch support is much appreciated. Be warned, though, that these run a full size larger. I sized down only one-half a size, out of the concern that feet expand a bit in the summer heat. Well, now I'm sorry I didn't go down a full size. Also, of course, they are a bit expensive; hold out for the sale.

Great shoe with plenty of cushioning to ease the pain from my neuroma. The rubber footbed seems to offer much more cushioning than the suede footbed. Also suitable arch support for my very high arches!

I am really enjoying my Karina sandals. They are very comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised that I found a fashionable sandal with some decent arch support. I can wear these all day and not be bothered at all with foot or back pain.

These are comfortable and stylish sandals. I have narrow feet and had to adjust the strap tighter causing the toe strap to turn at an odd angle.

These flip flops are great! This is my third pair of Vionics (a.k.a Orthoheel) flip flops. What's great about them is the arch support. You don't have that with the cheaper ones at the big chains. I love that they're adjustable width wise, but they may be a little too big if you have a narrower foot. My feet are slightly on the wide side, and there was no chafing or rubbing and they felt instantly comfortable. I wear a size 8 and ordered a size 8. I will say that my other pairs have stretched slightly, but not enough to warrant sizing down. If you're on the fence, try them, Zappos has a great return policy, I promise you will not be disappointed.

I love the style of this sandal. It feels like a comfy flip flop, but looks more polished. I agree with another reviewer that the rubber footbed is way better than the fabric type. It helps keep it on your foot more securely. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the overall feel is different than expected. I have several pairs of Vionic sandals. What I love about them is the very firm footbed and arch support. They feel great on the foot and do not aggravate my plantar fasciitis. These seem to be a bit more cushioned and slightly less supportive. However, I am still satisfied with this purchase.

I have the Vionic Rest Amber and I like them. The Karina is super cute but the arch support is too much for me. I have extra wide feet and the shoes fit on the last hole, but I can't tolerate the arch support; my feet are very flat, and it hurts. The Amber has less arch support but for me it's still a lot. If you need strong support the Karina is a good shoe.

Ordered and had to return the black Tide sequin sandals as the upper part was to big and loose!!! Why? I have no clue. Unless someone wore them before me or factory screwed up. Either way, completely bummed me out. HOWEVER, these are adjustable and pretty. My worry is that the straps are thin and may or may not last but they r pretty and comfortable for the most part.

I buy Vionic shoes because I have high arches and plantar fasciitis. However, I have narrow feet and have problems with many of the Vionic styles because they are too wide. These are adjustable, so work beautifully. This is my third pair of this style. Wore them walking around Europe with no problems with my feet, and they're at least a little stylish!

Incredibly comfort and stability, even in a thong sandal. This is my first Vionic shoe; I've never found them attractive enough to buy. The styles are k a little cuter these days, so I ordered this shoe in Snake. Stylewise, it's not perfect for me, the leather straps are thin and out of propportion to the metal circle decoration. To me it feels a little flashy; I don't know if others would have the same reaction. The heel is a little thicker than a "regular" thong sandal but the design is such that doesn't look out of place or "orthopedic." My husband didn't see anything wrong with the design and he's not a man to hold back on his opinions. I walked on it for two days inside the house and was sold. I'll be wearing these shoes all summer long and beyond.

Beautiful shoe that is comfortable and has excellent arch support!

Finding a sandal for my flat pronating feet has always been a battle. This style fix very well and was comfortable! I purchased the tortoiseshell and they are very smart looking. recommend highly if you have this problem.

I bought these in black, this past summer. They have held up well. These are classy, elegant and can easily pair with jeans or a dress. One of the few sandals I have found that offer excellent support. They *are* Vionic shoes though, so if you're not used to this brand, ease into wearing them.

I initially LOVED these sandals. They are cute, and as I have high arches, I just can't get away with cheap flip flops with no support anymore. These seemed perfect! I normally wear a 9 1/2 but purchased a 9 based on reviews. Length was good. It felt lose in the width but YEAH, it had adjustable straps to tighten! However, after wearing for a week, they started to stretch out, and as I was already on the last hole for the adjustable straps, I went from having flip flops with awesome arch support to flip flops I was hugging with my toes to keep on. I purchased the bronze color in the Medium width. (which I see they don't have anymore) Not sure if the bronze was made from a stretchier material as I didn't see any other reviews about them stretching out.. I think these would be great if you had a wider foot. I never felt that I had a particularly narrow foot, but sadly these just didn't work out. Zappos as always took care of me.

Even though the Vionic Karina looks super cute in the picture it's not very attractive on feet. But what it lacks in looks it makes up for in comfort. Vionic Karina is a very comfortable and sturdy flip flop with great support.

The shoes are cute and comfortable. I was hoping they would be as supportive as the Vionic Wave Toe Post Sandal, but these are much softer and allow more pronation when walking. If you do not have foot issues they should be fantastic, but if you have trouble wearing non-lace up shoes for long, these will only be good for short periods of time. Even so, these sandals have more arch support than most.

This is the second pair of Karina that I am buying and about the 6th pair of Vionic flip flops over the years. These ones are a bit dressier and more lightweight than the others. I am putting these at a 4 star since they aren't as supportive feeling as other more robust models. However, I love the dressiness of them. I have the snake skin pair as well, which is really versatile. I typically wear an 8.5 and purchased an 8 which works well for me. I have long toes, so I needed to go down a half size. (My foot gets pushed forward as a result.)
