Timely service. Great sandals. Would use Zappos again. By the way, if you haven't tried these sandals, they are very comfortable to wear.

Beware if you are an "ankle-crosser" when you sit. The designs are made of metal and have some sharp edges that will cut up your feet without much pain. I wondered where all the blood came from on my ankles! That being said, I love these shoes, they are pretty, fit perfectly and great support for my bilateral plantar fasciitis! I just don't cross my ankles any longer! Love that Vionic makes sandals so that I can wear shoes without my orthotics!

These shoes are very comfortable. And Zappos is the best mail order company that I have ever dealt with. I order all of my shoes through them. Thank you, Zappos, and Vionics.

For years I bought Born sandals. I have flat feet. Purchased this sandal in every color. Can wear them all day with the Orthaheel technology. Wear a size 8 shoe; bought them in a size 7. Fit perfect. A 5 star.

Great sandals! These feel so good on my feet. They look great with a skirt, jeans or shorts!

This style in Vionic, runs on the small side. If you have a high instep, this is a little tight, also. I enjoy this sandal, but their old classics fit a bit better.

This is my first pair of Vionic sandals and they are a dream come true . The strap did rub. But, I overcame this by adding gel strips and now I am waiting for the Karina to come in!

Absolutely love these. Cute. Look more greenish than blue. Ultra comfortable. I ordered these and one other pair. I'm been wearing a pair of Vionic's for two years and they are my favorite sandals. True to size. Great service from Zappos.

Very comfortable. I got these sandals to add some color. I am very pleased with their fit and style. I am having some foot issues and Vionic is a great brand for heel comfort and arch support.

Love these sandals! These are narrower so fit me better. Really pretty and great support.

Love these saddles as I do all Vionic shoes.i tend to wear these everyday, all the time & my 1st pair worn like that over a year are still in great shape!! I like the color on these & expect great use with the abuse sure to come.

Beautiful in pink snake. True to size. Absolutely gorgeous, great quality. Slight criticism is you can feel a tiny bit of roughness from the jewel design on tops of your feet. It's minor, but the Bella II is a bit smoother with the thong strap if that's an issue for you. By the way, the Selina thong is narrow & tight. This style is great fit, great arch support, great look. Want to buy all colors. Love!

I so wanted these to work. I love the turquoise and the "jewels," but for dressier wear the brown footbed just didn't work. Too bad they didn't have the footbed be black. The I would have been sold.

I gave this 4 stars because the edges of the straps are a bit rough on the top of my foot. Otherwise, cute shoe with e Celene arch support and comfy footbed.

I was very excited when I unboxed these sandals...they were the perfect color to go with an outfit. Unfortunately, as soon as I put them on I could tell they were not going to work....the arch is too high. Sigh!

Instead of ordering up for my half size, I ordered down since reviews said the sandal ran large. Shouldn't have done it. Love the shoe and now will order as I should have originally.

I found these at a walking store, and they have the most amazing arch support. I have very high arches, and these are the first brand to really support my foot properly. Unfortunately, the folded ribbon strap is very painful. As my foot moves, it painfully rubs between my toes. The top strap is pretty, but it is uncomfortable as it rubs the top of my foot. By using lots of lotion, the top strap is getting softer, but the toe strap is just a very poor design for a wonderfully supportive shoe.

Have not decided to keep them yet or not! They look great! Nice quality! But I am just not sure they look good on my feet! Me NOT the shoes!

These are beautiful and comfortable shoes! But they run small. I purchased the same style last year in a different color and love them. The sizes changed this year. I didn't return. Gave them to my sister who was one size smaller than me. She loves them.

Good arch support, and I liked the suede footbed. As other reviewers noted, the straps are a bit scratchy. They seem to soften up a bit as I wear them. Some times they are fine; other times they seem to rub. I have a couple pair when they were Orthoheel, and those straps are much softer. Do wish the straps were made of the same material.

The footbed of this sandal is very comfortable. I do agree with many reviewers that the straps are uncomfortable. I am going to have to add a gel strip to make them tolerable. Otherwise, it's a beautiful sandal with pretty good arch support. Just in case Vionic reviews these reviews, I would like to suggest how to sell more of these shoes. First, go back to the Orthaheel shape. Nothing like it on the market. It's exactly what those with arch problems need. Second, get rid of the bubbles. They don't massage. They annoy. Many people with arch problems have sensitive feet. The bubbles are a problem. Third,line the uppers with a soft material that doesn't chafe. You will be selling a lot more shoes if you do this.

The product is well made, but I agree that the strap can be irritating. I do not think the heel is high enough for my comfort. I like a bit of a wedge. I returned these shoes.

These are super comfortable and provide great support, but they could use an insole with more grip, my feet do slide around.
