Unfortunately, these were fake. Very disappointed. Customer service was supposed to give me a $20.00 Credit for my trouble, but I never received.

I was really bummed about these. They're gorgeous, and the soles are comfortable enough for completely flat sandals, but the straps are ENORMOUS. I don't have especially narrow feet, and the straps are loose enough that the sandals fly off my feet within about a half-dozen steps. I could probably keep them on for short walks if I really scrunched my toes to hold onto them, but for $200 I don't want to have to do anything like that. I normally wear a 10, sometimes a 10.5, but I always need an 11 in TB footwear. The Miller sizing is in line with other TB items.

I received this very expensive flip flop sandal without a shoe box or a dust bag, or any sort of protective packaging ... just packed in a clear plastic bag... now doubting it's authenticity.

Pretty sure I was sent a used pair of shoes, they were dirty and had scuff marks. Nothing against Tory Burch, I love the brand! They do however run small so I'd size up 1/2 a size.

I have these in another color and the fit is fantastic. Wondering if Zappos sent the wrong size. Not keeping.

I never write reviews, but felt inclined to share my thoughts regarding these sandals. Simply put they are cheaply made, uncomfortable and overpriced. Go purchase a pair of Jack Rogers. They are well made, uncomfortable and not quite as overpriced. Bottom line, you are simply paying for the Tory Burch brand and logo, not a good quality sandal. Tory Burch is making a fortune on this inexpensively made flip flop.

The color came off in one wear. Very diappointed. Read a few other reviews about the color Rosa- lilac, same thing happened to me. I have 8 pairs of TB, this is the second time the colors rubbed off Wish TB would fix the problem

i ordered a pair of these and was soooo excited only to be soooooo disappointed ?? These are beautiful to look at but very uncomfortable to wear to the point I fell down a flight of stairs outside at a cookout. Now I have a $200 pair of shoes I’ll never wear again and will just look at. So much for that birthday gift to myself. ;.(

I have six pair of Tory Burch Miller sandals in real leather. The new "Vegan Leather" is awful. It feels like plastic. No more Miller sandals until they switch back to a soft leather.

These shoes are EXTREMELY wide. I was so disappointed. The only portion of the straps that touched my foot was the piece in between my toes. The top and sides did not touch AT ALL! Sizing down wouldn't have helped me because the length would've been too short. Unless you have a wide or extra wide foot, don't waste your time ordering.

The shoe sent was not the shoe shown. The one I ordered had texture and was more red than orange. I received an orangish/red Miller. That had been scuffed up and did not present itself like a $200 shoe. The entire experience felt like Payless. If you think you're getting a beautiful red shoe, you're not.

These are terrible! I was trying to replace a pair I bought 2 years ago, however they have been replaced with "veg leather" a.k.a. plastic fake leather. They didn't fit at all and felt extremely cheap, not what you would expect for a sandal that is $200!

I Love The Torrey collection,I have several pair so I know how they fit and run ,they run small so I suggest ordering a half size up from your normal size,other than that there cute,classy and great for any occasion!

Ordered a size 8.5, which was too short. Ordered a size 9, which was too wide. I generally wear a size 8.5 medium. If they offered a size 9 narrow, it would probably fit perfectly. Disappointed because it's a cute style. Sending both sizes back.

This were not my favorite sandals at all! I love that zappos offers you great deals on TB sandals but this had a very weird fit and very uncomfortable. I have other styles but I had to return them

I ordered both the 9 and 9 1/2 and they are exactly the same size. Very frustrating.

These shoes were so very uncomfortable. They were wide from the top to the sole and the leather thong was very uncomfortable between the toes.
