Beautiful sandals but no arch support and hard on the feet for long walks. I had to order 1/2 size up because length was too short and width was too narrow. The 1/2 size larger has adequate width but a tad too long.

I wanted to love these so much. I am usually an 8.5, but read some other reviews saying it makes sense to order 1/2 size up, so I ordered both the 8.5 and the 9. The 8.5 was too short for my foot, and my pinkie toe was essentially hanging off the side of the shoe. The strap over my foot though was a comfortable fit. The 9 was the right length for my foot, and all of my toes fit across the sole, but the strap was too loose. I was nervous over time it might stretch out and become even bigger. Also, it caused the shoes to make the flip-flop noise (a no-go for the office, ever!) Sadly I returned both pairs.

I've tried 4 pairs of these from Zappos & Tory Burch. I tried leather fringe style that are $225, I've tried the patent leather in 2 sizes & colors. NONE fit me! They were all too loose...I don't have narrow feet at all! I wear 8-1/2 so I tried 8 & 9. I see petite ladies wearing them everywhere. I see ladies that are tall & thin & they fit great. I'm 5'7 and 170....why can't I get a pair to fit?ð??©

I ordered the gold color, first in the size 6. The fit wasn't bad but my foot was right on the back edge of the shoe (I typically wear a 6.5) and for $200 I want a shoe that fits perfectly. So I ordered the size 7. While the foot bed had a better fit, the rest of the shoe was too big and flopped around when I walked. I was really disappointed that they don't make these in half sizes. I returned both pairs of shoes. I ended up ordering shoes by Michael Kors and they look and feel great and they were significantly less.

Ordered these beautiful sandals at my regular size of 7 after trying on a pair at Nordstrom. Ordered the 7 and felt my heel was to close to the edge. Returned them and ordered a 7 1/2, felt like it was same issue. Measured both shoes and it seemed like it was the exact same size. Not sure if the sizes were confused. Had to return it again. I'm trying again with an 8. Can't beat the price. Ordered it at $159.99 originally and just saw it dropped to $129.99! Hopefully this time they will fit.

Well all the reviews are true. This shoe fits 1/2 size smaller. I always wear an 8 1/2 and my foot was almost off the back. I ordered the 9 and the length was fine but the top is so loose I'm not sure I will keep them.

I am very disappointed, I loved these sandals and was so excited to get them. But the band was so wide! I dont have particularly small feet - my feet are pretty large in most shoes. However these were so wide they are unwearable for me. Someone with a 'thicker' foot will love them

Tory. Butch. Millers. I've been dreaming of these shoes for a couple of years now. I got a bonus at work and ordered a pair. Thanks to Zappos they were at my door the next day. I tried them on and they fit! Sweet relief. BUT if you are hesitant to wear a thong sandal because of the discomfort of the thong piece this sandal is THE sandal you should stay away from. I don't think I could wear them even out to dinner without limping and getting a blister. I wanted to love them but for the price I couldn't justify keeping them.

I ordered 4 pairs of gold sandals and these were by far the most comfortable so I kept them. I love them but the front of the sandal flops and scuffs when I walk in them, which I think means the top part is too loose. It doesn't grip your foot. I have to be very careful and deliberately pick up my feet so I don't trip. Disappointing since they were so expensive. But super cute and comfortable! Just not sure I would purchase again.

Darling shoes and comfortable, I ordered .5 size up, so they fit in length, but I had to return them because the strap going over the top of my foot was way too big. I was bummed!

The light make up color is literally so ugly

i loved these! but i have normal to wide feet size 10 and these are just soupy wide on me. have to return!

I ordered the patent pair and got the opposite … the are shiny and clearly not what I ordered when it comes to “patent” was expecting more especially for the 230 dollars I paid for them

Not tight enough and not adjustable. I have a longer slimmer foot and these flopped too much for my comfort.

They are exactly the same size as the size 8’s that I ordered. I need to return them

The shoe is adorable, but the sizing is way off. I originally got a 7.5, my normal size. It was a little bit small and all of the reviews said go up a half size, so I ordered an 8. It was huge! It feel off of my feet when I walked. So, I went back and ordered the 7.5 again, because I had already returned the first pair. The second set of 7.5s was also way too big. The base was fine but the straps were super loose. The two sets of 7.5s were not sized the same. It's sad, they're so cute, but all three pairs are going back.

I'm an 8.5-9. 8.5 was too short and the nine was too loose.

The shoes felt much too loose for my narrow and skinny feet. I tried a few of the Miller styles on and they are all made for feet that have some cushion on top of your feet.

The sandals fit fine, I have purchased them before and knew that they run a bit small. However, I was unprepared that a $200.00 pr of Tori Burch shoes would arrive poorly packed in a generic box because "original box had been damaged." They were for daughter's 30yr old birthday and I expected them to come in a Tori Burch box with dust sleeves. Poor job on your part not even to disclaim such terrible packing. Zappos has been my go to for excellence, maybe not anymore.

These stretched out after 2 wears to a point where I can’t use them- foot just slides around

I had to get 2 sizes bigger due to the fact that there no 1/2 size and they run small. Gave it a 2 on the rover all because I don’t wear them often and I haven’t had them for longer then three months yet the color is coming off.

I have worn Miller Sandals for years! I’ve had some last 4 year Ms with consistent wear. But this pair the leather was cut with a defect on the emblem. I’ve noticed my last 3 pairs are showing considerable wear faster. Quality has gone down past year or so. Bring back the old thicker leather Tory!!

Evidently the designers have modified the fit /style slightly since the pair of Miller's I bought years ago ...which fit perfectly. I do not have a high arch so now there is too much room between the emblem and the top of my foot. It's too loose. So disappointed. I tried the metal Miller also. Same problem. Had to return both pairs. Bummer.

I wanted so bad for these shoes to work, but there's just too much room between top of foot and top strap/logo. My foot was sliding all over. Had to return.
