I love these sandals but they are just too wide. I ordered 7.5 and 8. The 7.5 was almost the right width but was a little too short. The 8 was the right length but was way too wide. The leather upper did not touch my foot. Anywhere. There isn’t really much arch support either. I really wanted these shoes to work.

I absolutely love these sandals! They are stylish and super cute. Unfortunately, I had to return them because they weren't wide enough for my feet. They seemed to run on the narrow side. Truly a disappointment because I would have loved these if they were slightly wider!

I have highly coveted these shoes for so long! The pricetag was painful, but definitely a good staple flip flop. I wear them to work and around on the weekend. I wear an 8.5 and had to size up to a size 9, like the other reviews.

I've looked at these sandals for years and was always hesitant based on reviews and sizing suggested by other reviewers. I finally decided to bite the bullet and ordered my regular size 6. I have a true medium width foot and these fit perfect. I think overall they are probably best for a more narrow to medium foot, but these worked well for me and going up a 1/2 size would have been too big

Love the Miller sandal. I ended up keeping the 8.5 and returning the 8.

Great sandal! Only downside is that the patent leather material sometimes is like slippery... so it makes my feet slip and side around when I’m walking.

Based on other reviewers I ordered these in a 7 & 7.5. The 7.5 fit perfectly, so I sent the 7's back. They are adorable sandals and look great with everything. A couple of issues keep me from giving these 5 stars across the board. They are loose on your feet and have absolutely no arch support which would make walking in them all day uncomfortable. Also they are slightly on the narrow side. None of those issues would make me want to send them back, I just have to be careful about when I wear them. As always, Zappos rocks customer service!

Ordered these for my daughter as one of her graduation gifts. She has a very slim foot but these fit her fine; not snug of course but they don’t flop off her feet as a lot of sandals do! They offer no arch support and really aren’t even close to being worth their price tag...just paying for the name. They are a good neutral sandal and will look cute with many styles of clothes though!

I read the reviews about going up a half size, but the size finder recommended my normal size, 7.5. Overall fit was great, but length was a tad short and my heel hit the edge. Order a half size up as most reviews recommend! I had to return mine.

Not the color that I expected. I had to return it. Its pretty though.

I adore these! I originally ordered a 7.5 and while it fit in terms of snugness (not too big, not too tight), the actual sole of the shoe was too little for my foot and falling off the sides and back. I then got an 8 and it fit perfect at first try, but the thing part has stretched out just a tiny bit, so now they’re a little big. Regardless, they look great and I’m happy with them!

Seem to be a good sandal- not hard plastic bottom but soft, so they do wear if walking on cement and accidentally drag them, just an FYI. Hope they last long!

I love the Miller. I have 2 patent leather Millers, and I liked the color of this sandal. Have worn this pair a handful of times, and am sad that the color/dye is wearing off, which makes them look beat up. Not what I was expecting for an expensive shoe.

I ordered in metallic rose, but the leather is too stiff in this color. I will have to reorder this item in a softer leather. Otherwise, these are really nice and versatile sandals. Run a bit smaller.

I felt they run extremely small. I normally wear 7 in shoes. I originally ordered a 7.5 based on the other reviews on ordering a half size up. I felt they were very small. My feet were practically hanging off. I exchanged for an 8 and am so glad I did. Happy with the sandals and Zappos customer service were super easy and friendly to deal with when exchanging my product.

I love that these sandals can be worn casually or with a dressier outfit. The first pair I ordered were a little too short, so I recommend ordering a half size larger than usual.

I just wanted to comment that these shoes run small. I have wide feet and am usually a solid size 7. I read other reviews and am glad I did. I ordered a size 8 and they fit correctly.

I love the color! It's a little more orange than red but they are still cute. I ordered a half size bigger as the reviews said they run small. If I order this style again I will probably order a full size larger. The half size bigger does fits snug.

Perfect style to dress up shorts or capri's. I usually wear an 8.5 and purchased a 9 based on other reviews. They were just a tad short on one foot, so I returned about purchased the 9.5. These were too wide and the little bit of added length didn't make up for the poor overall fit. Because I liked the style so much, I returned the 9.5 and purchased the 9 again. (Thank goodness for Zappos free shipping and returns!!) I'm happy. I am replacing my TB Monroe thongs...these are more comfortable.

I bought these and absolutely love them. After reading the reviews cautioning that this sandal runs small, I bought a full size bigger and it fits perfectly! Perfect accent! I'll probably also buy a black staple color...but this pink one will be doing some miles on my feet this summer. Keep in mind they are flat so no real support for a ton of walking around.

Beautiful sandal, but will have to return. The length seems short (at least a half a size), but they are somewhat wide. I know if I went up so they fit in the length they will be too wide. For reference, I have somewhat narrow feet and am normally a 7.5 in TB and most other brands.

I had my eyes on these for at least a year before finally taking the plunge. I don't love the look of patent shoes, but I now own two pairs of patent Tory Burch Miller sandals (in black and tan) because the patent just holds up so well and is so easy to clean/take care of. A friend claimed that investing in quality sandals would pay off later, so I actually tracked how many times I've worn the black ones; I'm almost up to 200 wears, and they still look brand new once I wipe off any dust that's accumulated! They are not the most comfortable sandals I've ever owned (I am an overpronater), but they aren't UNcomfortable, and they look nice at work + match a variety of outfits. This may be due to the fact that I'm wearing the patents, but walking more than a couple miles total in them gives me serious blisters on the bottoms of my feet. Other things to be aware of: these run at least a half-size small, the patent version becomes VERY slippery when it's raining or when it's super-hot and my feet are sweating, and there's definitely a break-in period (a rivet near the top logo digs into the top of my foot for awhile).
