I don't know if the other reviews stating that the sizing was off got into my head or these shoes do run a bit smaller than usual. I ordered my usual 9.5B but exchanged them for the 10B and I love them. I've run in Asics exclusively for 5 years and will continue.

Last years model offered better footbed and colors--bought 4 pairs. Since those have now worn out I tried these--arch is a bit less supportive/comfortable (I have very high instep, absolutely need correct neutral arch support) so not quite as good as before but better than any of the dozens of brands and shoes I have tried--so giving them an excellent on that basis.

Short. I wear an 8-1/2 or 9, however the 9WW is too short. My foot is 4 inches across the base of my toes, and the WW is barely wide enough. I'd recommend the shoe, if you can get the size that fits.

Not true to size. After reading other reviews I ordered a half size larger than normal and a wide which I don't normally need and they were way too tight. I could barely walk in them. Order a lot larger than you think you need.

I bought these along with the gel-sendai to replace my kayano's for running, and am returning these. I loved the color/style (diva pink)and they were super comfortable out of the box, but the sendai just had a more supportive feel and cushion that I need for my runs. I took off 1 star because the top fabric and laces felt a little cheap compared to my other Asics. I probably would've kept these to use for my days in the gym if they weren't so expensive, but I just can't justify the price when I still have 2 good pairs of gym shoes.

A long time GT-2100 series runner, its been a long journey to get back to the right Asics. This one is it, the one like the old GT-2100 series. Problem is I have changed a little since in my journey away from Asics. No other brand gives the fit and arch support quite like Asics, but I realize now that these support striking further back in my foot. While not a heel striker per se (and a neutral-very mild over-pronator), in Brooks Glycerin I was getting a nice mid-strike (but darned the fit), the Asics simply land harder. My hips are protesting some. Maybe Asics went away too long, now I am not so sure.

Great shoe so far. Ran 5 miles first time and there after. Had to size up to 12.5 from 12. Tight enough but plenty of toe space. I have overpronation and feels fine. I've had them for about 2.5 weeks.

Bought the shoes to wear for a walking half marathon. I usually wear a 8.5N, started off with a 9N (as I wanted a slighter bigger size), but they ran small, so I ended up with a 9.5N.

Love the style, great cushioning and stability. Unfortunately I have to send these back since they are not deep enough for my thick orthotics.

I think this sneaker would be very comfortable if it was wide enough. I usually wear 6.5 Wide. I ordered 6.5 EE. It was too short and too narrow. Reordered 7 EE. The length was right, but still too narrow. Disappointed because it's a cute sneaker and I think it has a lot of support.

I ORDERED A 10.5 2E WIDTH, AND I USUALLY WEAR A 10W. THESE SHOES RUN NARROW, AND DEFINITELY RUN SMALL. MY BIG TOE WAS PRESSING UP AGAINST THE TOP OF THE SHOE. THEY LOOK VERY NICE, AND THE CUSHIONING IS VERY COMFY. I WILL TRY AN 11 IF THEY HAVE IT.

I have been wearing Asics for many, many years and have always gotten an 8.5. These, were short on one foot so I had to get a 9. I've only had the 9 on for a few hours, so I cannot say anymore for now. Overall Asics wear long and are very comfortable.

Great shoe that looks cute too. BUT my toe has gone through the mesh again! It is not like I have claws or something either. I don't even run in these shoes. The shoes fit and feel great, but the darn mesh break through is not cool. Bought in Feb., now it is only May.

The pink and blue are great colors, but these run incredibly small. I ordered a 1/2 size bigger than my regular size per the reviews, but I should have ordered a full size larger. I experimented with a double width (2E) since so may people said they ran small; I figured that probably meant width too. That part of the shoe is perfect; they are just too short since my toes are hitting the end of the toe box. Now, they are out of the size/color combo I'd like, but I'll wait. I will still need to wear my custom orthodics since my arches are so high. I've been on the hunt for the perfect running shoe since I have both PF and a bone spur.

I am a 47 year old woman who walks 7 - 10 miles daily. Knee and leg pain was beginning to make this impossible. This shoe has helped with my knee and leg pain greatly.

Nice light weight stability shoe. Used to wear Mizuno Inspire but they changed the shoe a couple years ago and have found that shoe to come to high up on the back of the foot. This shoe works much better for me. Roomy toe box and snug heal.

Good looking shoe and very lightweight. Perfect. These shoes run very narrow. Not even close in correct width for my 5.5 XW foot when ordered the EE width.

I've been wearing Asics running shoes for the past 20 years but sadly they are making them smaller & more narrow than in the past. I ordered my usual size for an Asics sneaker & it was too small in the length & width. It is very easy to exchange with Zappos so I ordered a half size larger but the toe box was still too narrow on one foot & the sneaker was uncomfortable. It's a good looking, well made sneaker & I'm sad it didn't work out.

I like the way this shoe looks, but it's not as wide as the other wide width Asics I have. I just couldn't get past that and sent them back.

I really like this sneaker. It's my first pair of Asics, I normally wear Saucony. After reading the reviews I went with a size 7, I normally wear a 6.5 in sneakers. They fit perfect in that regard, I just thought for being a "wide" they were a bit narrow, they felt more like a regular. Enough that I double checked my order and the packing slip. But I know they will break in and be fine. Hopefully this isn't my last pair of Asics - I really like the colors and they look cute on!

I like this shoe very much. It's light weight & black color doesn't show dirt that much. I used to love Nimbus but new Nimbus 16 didn't work for me. Older Nimbus models were great. Why they change the things that were great. So this the next best thing I found.

I used the GT-2000 first editions and loved them and these are even lighter. I also tried out the second edition and they didn't feel as good on my feet. I run a few times a week and plan on wearing these for 2-3 half- marathons. I wish the arches were a little higher and that there were more color options for wide.

Love these Asics for work out days when I'm not doing a lot of cardio or not going for a run. I wear the Kayano's for those days. The GT-2000 is a nice complement to the Kayano to switch things up.

This shoe fits true to the Asics fit. I wear an 8 in a sport shoe and this fit well. I am returning them because of the moderate arch support. It is inadequate for my foot. The shoe is good looking but that won't get me down the road in comfort.

My daughter loves these shoes, but there is a hole in the mesh from her big toe after 6 months. I've been letting her wear them because she likes them, but it is time for a new pair.
