Wore them once and the leather was wrinkly and tore by the end of the day

Heinous!!!!! The photos of these shoes do not show how severely pointy they really are. The point stretches for miles!!!! They made my size 8 feet look like I was wearing a size 13!!! I gave 1 star for comfort, but did not even keep them on my feet long enough to know for sure. They are hideous!

They are beautiful shoes, but when I tried them on with my gown, the "metallic texture" of the back of the shoes snagged the gown.

Awful fitting shoe!

I thought I'd found a great shoe, based on that excellent reviews. But boy, these were really long to the point I had toe cleavage with all my toes! I'm a 9.5, and I'm guessing these needed to be extra long due to the extreme pointy toe. No comfort or support in these shoes for me, so back they went.

The outer layer is pealing off. Wore them less than a handful of times. I am disappointed in the quality and am looking to return them.

The shoes were just thrown in a box. There was no wrapping, the toes were not stuffed w/paper, just a pair of unbuckled shoes in a box. The shoe had obviously been worn or at least tried on and returned. I chose one star because I had to provide star ratings in order to submit a review. I didn’t like the color so I never tried the shoe on so I can’t speak to the fit.

It’s the first time I was so very disappointed with Ann Klein shoes. The material looked cheap on the leopard shoe and the grey metallic ones looked awful. Too shiny. The fit was not true. Sending them back and will not order a larger size.

I so needed a comfortable pair of work shoes and I wish these were them. Ordered a 7 which is my usual size. They were too big and major toe cleavage. Exchanged for a 6.5 which fit but still major toe cleavage. They are just not cut right. Such a bummer because they are otherwise very comfortable. Back to Zappos they go.

This shoe came to me completely scuffed on one side and destroyed. I was very unimpressed with the delivery and quality of this shoe. Clearly no one checked the shoes before sending them to me because I purchased 4 and was thoroughly shocked.

Although these shoes were comfortable, they are cheap looking in person. There is a thin band of gold where the heel and shoe meet that make them look cheap. It is a very inexpensive shoe...just don't expect them to look more than the price they cost, they look more like a $30 pair.
