This shoe was true to size, and the fit and comfort was fine. I was happy to find a heel that wasn't too high. The issue is that the Navy color is a greyed, dull, deep navy, which didn't look good with my dress. The ankle strap was also too heavy looking on my light skin. If it was available in the lighter metallic colors I would like it, but I need navy for an event.

These are too pointy for my foot. I could never wear these more than for a short time. Returning.

Zappos suggested ordering 1/2 size up on these. They were right. Because of the extreme pointiness of the toe, you really need the extra half size to fit your toes in. I actually returned these because I didn't like how they fit my toes. I could see my toe cracks above the line of the shoes. For me, that's like seeing a plumber's (ahem) rear end over the top of his pants, if you know what I mean. Just not attractive. So back they went.

First off, despite the description, it isn't leather. This means that it won't stretch where I need it to. Sigh. The pointy toe doesn't work with my orthotics as there is not enough depth in the toe box. Disappointed as there are so few options for a dress shoe with a functional strap -- a necessity for those of us with narrower heels. Back to my vintage search.....will be returning these.

These are much more comfortable than I thought they would be. While they feel great and are stylish, they do make my feet look 7 miles long. Oh well! I wear a size 10, so this happens a lot, but I do have a couple pairs of other shoes that minimize the look of my feet. These shoes would be perfect for any woman with tiny feet!

Was advertised as leather. It isn't, which means, among other things, that it won't stretch where I need it to. For a super pointy shoe, it's short, so your toes will be a bit cramped from side to side. If you have to add an orthotic (as I do), there will not be enough room in the toe box height-wise. Too bad, because as other reviewers have mentioned, it's impossible to find a dress shoe for those of us with narrow heels. Still looking....will be returning these.

heel height was great. Comfortable. The toe section was narrower than usual and pinched so that I couldn't walk in comfort.

The style is beautiful and I had high hopes. I have very narrow feet and my heel is just moving back and forth so much that I tripped twice. Not wanting to break my ankle I will probably sadly have to give them up

I wanted to like these shoes. They’re pretty and the footbed seems comfortable. However, at least in the silver style, the fabric has a rough, glittery feel and for some reason, it wraps INSIDE the heel area of the shoe - felt like sandpaper on my heel, so I am returning.

I was looking for dressy shoe for a wedding. These seemed perfect. I liked the sparkle, not over the top. I am 71 and wear. 10 wide. This shoe only came in medium, so I ordered 10 1/2. sadly, it did not fit, not even close. I felt like Cinderella’s evil sister trying to squeeze into the shoe! What was surprising was how very stiff the material was. Sadly, they were returned.

These were very pretty shoes but felt terrible on my feet -- just cannot do pointy toe shoes, apparently even when there is a strap to keep my toes from sliding to the point. Felt uncomfortable on.

I love this shoe but unfortunately I have the problem with it that I have had many times in the past. The way it is made cuts right across the point where my toes start and this makes it painful. If it came up a smidge higher on my foot it would be perfect.

I wanted to love this shoe. The Light Natural is exactly the color I’m searching for. I can tell if the shoe fit correctly that it would be comfortable. The ankle strap makes my slender ankles look sexy. However, I’m not a fan of toe cleavage and these shoes bared them too much for me; the shoe is too big in the toes, and the bottom of the shoe is so narrow that almost half of my arch doesn’t sit on the shoe but hangs over the side instead. I don’t have a wide foot, but a medium width and narrow heel. I’m bummed about it, but I’m returning these shoes.

Very stylish but a bit narrower than other Anne Klein shoes. I wore them a few times but they gave me blisters. Unfortunately I will not be wearing them again.

These were reasonably nice shoes. The problem was the thin, shiny metallic strip between the heel and the the sole of the shoe (under the heel cup). I had totally missed that when I looked at the photos, and it wasn't a look that I found especially appealing.

Shoes looked great but they pinched where it meets the sole.

Very nice looking shoe with a not too high but still stylish heel. Unfortunately, the strap hits me at an awkward spot across my ankle and is very uncomfortable. Not sure about this current trend with ankle straps, if it was a little higher or lower, it would be just fine. Also, the navy color is very light, more denim looking, not dark enough to be called a true navy.
