Was looking for a nude pump with kitten heel. I have narrow feet, high instep, long big toe on one foot that jams when I walk if the heel is too high - so getting shoes to fit is quite a challenge. I tried on about nine different styles (thank you Zappos for generous shipping/return policy!) before finding success with these. Heel is bit higher than kitten height, but still low enough to be comfortable and high enough to be stylish. The ankle strap helps keep things secure on my narrow foot since these come in regular width. Surprisingly for my feet, the pointed toe wasn't an issue. Will probably add a gel arch pad because of my high arch, but for those without this issue would not be necessary. Wore these around the house comfortably for a couple of hours before deciding they work for me. Happy enough with the fit and style that I ordered a pair in black as well. A timeless shoe that will work with dresses or dress pants.

Very cute elegant shoe, but my daughter felt more comfortable in a chunkier heel and did not like how pointy these were.

Cute heel but I didn’t care for the ankle strap.

These shoes feel great on your feet. I ordered both the navy and the silver. The navy is beautiful, and I would have kept them, if only they matched my dress. The silver is very glittery, so it was just a bit much for me. Plus, I couldn't get comfortable with the wide strap. I wish the strap was about half the width. If the style is what you are looking for, these are your shoes! They are very comfortable. I wear a 9 med and have bunions. The 9M fit great.

Had to order 1/2 size up…ankle strap was a bit scratchy and uncomfortable, but shoes themselves were comfortable. Wore them for a black tie event.

This is my second pair of these shoes. I was hoping this would be more in line with the color of the first pair but they are not. They are great neutral color shoes and great if you need to be on your feet in a dressy shoe. I find they are pretty comfortable.

These shoes are very stylish and overall quite comfortable. I wore them all day and my feet were in pretty good shape by the end of 8 hours. For reference, I never wear heels and have had plantar fasciitis surgery on one foot.

I was a little nervous as I do not usually find pointy toed shoes comfortable but I was able to wear them all day at work the first day I had them without any discomfort.

Great shoe. Decided on another color silver.

These shoes are so pretty and comfortable. I ordered the Silver Lurex in a 7 1/2 and I typically wear a size 7. The front of the shoe feels narrow as expected but did not crush my toes (and I have a slight bunion in my right foot). My only issue is the glitter on the back of the heel strap. My strap did not fit snug, so the strap rubbed the back of my heel....and that was just walking around the house with them. So, I'm sending them back. I will keep my eye out for other colors without the glitter and will order when they come in stock again!

I usually wear a 10 and in dress shoes I have to get a wide. These were purchased a 1/2 size big and they were to small. The pointy toe makes it impossible for my square off foot to fit into shoes like these. I should have known better. But trying the 1/2 size bigger was no help at all. They look good but couldn't even keep them on my feet long enough to look into a mirror.

I can only say that I love my Anne Klein shoes cause as soon a color comes out I always try to get them ,I have like 20 or more pairs of them .Anne Klein should give me a free pair lol lol

The shoe is beautiful and classic, a solid go to for formal outfit, but the pointy toe was uncomfortable for me. I think my foot shape works better with a round toe.

One size smaller

I love the shoes in the sparkly champagne choice. UNFORTUNATELY, after trying a size 8 and they were too tight; I tried size 8 1/2, but while one shoe fit perfectly, the other was too tight. The leather isn’t going to soften with wear, so I am returning them.

The toe box is roomy enough right out of the box and the ankle the ankle strap holds the shoe snug to my foot. I bought some gel inserts for dress shoes because there is no real cushion in the foot bed. With that modification, I’m ready to wear them for a special occasion. I love the classy way they look. Even with the satin, they’re versatile.

Definitely too big. Had to return.

I think, for a low heel, these shoes are adorable. I love the way they look. I have a lot of problems with my feet. I can't say these shoes are the very best in comfort, however, they are pretty good for a heel shoe. If you want to look stylish with a lower heel, these are great.
