I bought these to use while surf fishing. They work great. They are lightweight and dry fast when they get wet.

The shorts fit great, better than expected. and they look good and feel good when worn. The pockets are all easy to use and functional even if asymmetrical.

Just took my first cruise to Nassau, Stirrups Cay, and Balmoral islands.knew it would be hot and humid so I loaded up with 6 new Columbia shirts and shorts. Everything was perfect, incredibly comfortable and stylish! Met people on my cruise and in Nassau ask where I got my clothes. Told them Columbia... but not the country! Only the best clothing manufacturer to ever come around!!!

I have been a Columbia customer for many years, and this is the one item that I buy on a regular basis! These shorts are roomy, sturdy and very comfortable. I wear them on a daily basis. Whether you are out fishing or just cruising around, these shorts are perfect!

These shorts are by far the best fishing shorts I've ever owned, and I do not regret purchasing them one bit. Matter of fact, these will be my go to shorts for fishing in the warm seasons. They even provide protection from the sun, and they stay comfortable for hours with enough room in the seat and crotch area for bending and sitting. The little extra room in all the right places makes the real difference between a successful day fishing and an unsuccessful one. I have two pair now, and I will be purchasing more in the future! Happy fishing fellas! Also, the fit is greatly proportional, plenty of pockets for storage, and with me being 6'2.5", the shorts are not too short in length because they sit just about 2 inches above my knee which is ideal for shorts in my opinion. Which means the length is not too long or too short; they are just right! Enjoy!

I travel to Philippines. Great people but have to be smart in foreign countries. I carry a wallet with chain. The loop on the pants is nice to have for this. Hot & Humid there and these feel great. 44 Waist and ordered 2X and fit just right.
