Look professional, keep feminine lines, but also allow for full range of motion, bending and squatting. Perfect for 60-80 degree weather, repels light rain very well.

I love these pants. Perfect for hiking, light weight and very flattering. I originally ordered a size up after reading the reviews but ended up having to exchange them for my normal size 12. I'm 5'6" 165lbs with a 42" waist and the 12 fits like a glove. These are slightly more form fitting than some other pants I have from Columbia, but they are still roomy enough to easily move in. One size up was just way too baggy.

This pant is great to hit the trail or for everyday goings about. Love that you can roll up and fasten for a shorter, very cute look. The quality is perfection. I ordered the 4 short and it was spot on. I will Oder this pant again in another color. Thanks Columbia for your high quality products.

I'm so glad I got these pants! They are surprisingly thin yet well made and I'm not afraid they're going to rip on a thorn or anything. Yet, they're thin enough for those hot, humid summer days. Ran true to size, I am 5'8" 140 lbs and got an 8 and they fit comfortably. Thanks Columbia! Hoping you have more size 8s available soon in more colors.

I bought these as work pants and they are fantastic! I do a lot of bending and walking and these allow movement and the breathability keeps me cool throughout my workday!

I bought three pairs of these pants to wear as a PE teacher and athletic trainer. After wearing them for a weekend basketball tournament, I will never go back to wearing traditional khaki-type pants! These were more comfortable, light weight, and moved better. I will be buying more as soon as sizes become available.

I love these pants. This is my second pair. I love that they come in a "short." I just spent a month in Mongolia, Thailand and Laos and wore these every day. They washed so well in the sink and were dry before morning. And so comfortable. I wish they came in more colors.

While these pants run a bit small and are narrow in the legs, the fit is flattering. I am 5'7" and 135 lb, and usually wear a size 8. I sized up and the fit is perfect for me. I now own 3 pair of these pants, in grill/gray, tan and now, black. The pants have plenty of pockets, are well constructed and durable. They wash and dry easily, and are the perfect travel companion when weight and ease of cleaning are important. I'm planning to bring 2 or 3 pair on an upcoming cruise, and bought the black pair specifically because it has a less casual appearance than the others and could be worn to dinner with a dressier top and perhaps a scarf. Not cheap, but worth the money...particularly when on sale!

I first purchased the capris version of these pants and loved them so much I went on line to see if they came in a pant version which they did. These have the same great fit (they run small - normally buy a 4 and I bought a six) which was key to me. I like the mechanism for rolling the pants up - nicest I've ever seen. They also launder and travel well. I hope you keep making both the pant and capris version because these are all I want to continue to buy.

Pants are light weight. Snaps work nice for making pants into capris. I am 5'10" 126 lbs. I purchased theses in 4L color is Grill. This color seem to run a bit smaller then the other colors I had tried. A bit shorter and snug. Not enough to to need to change sizes. I have other colors and found that the British tan run larger. I wear a 2L in some and the shorts I have 2 & 4. They wash and wear fine and seem to be well made there is a little piling on the inner thigh. But pulls right off. I highly recommend these pants/capris and the Long Shorts Too.

I really like these pants. Lightweight and wash up great. I wear them for everyday and for kayaking. I also have the Saturday Trail II pants which have you can zip off the legs for shorts. I wish they made more colors.

I purchased these pants based on my experience with the capris that I have which are made of the same fabric and of similar styling. Yes, they are a great pant, durable, while also giving a feminine appearance

These are awesome, much better than the zip off ones (which are too tight on the thigh). Cool and lightweight, which is much appreciated in the South where I live, and protects me from the poison ivy everywhere around here. They do run small as I wear a size 8 in street pants but need a 10 in these hiking pants. I'm 5'9" 155lbs and the size 10 long fit just right.

I wear these for so many things from working outside to hiking in the mountain and they are very comfortable and fit is perfect. I am tall so it is hard to find pants long enough and these are great length just right. Also very cool in the summer heat

I bought these pants for a research trip to Costa Rica. They are light weight, fast drying, and fit well. I have muscular thighs that made wearing the convertible trail pants a struggle. Whenever I would bend down/crouch, the portion where you can zip off the pant legs to make shorts would cut into my thighs, but that's not a problem with these pants! I'm also relatively short, and the inseam on the regular-sized pants isn't as long on me as I expected, which is great.

These are super comfortable light-weight pants that fit great and aren't too tight in the thighs like some of the other styles!

Going to a location where water resistant pants are recommended and thought these would be prefect. Very comfort and flattering. Love the pockets and ability to shorten.

I love these pants. Lightweight, great fit. I usually wear a 4 in North Face but I always order one size up with Columbia. I use them for hiking and sailing.

I bought an XS in grey, tan, and navy green. They are awesome pants, I'm 4'11 and the XS Short is perfect fit for me with a little inch more to give. I have bought this pant regular as well, and it does run a little longer but great when wearing a pair of ankle boot, nice scrunch. The fabric is stretchy and really comfortable for all short of activities. The only issue I have with them, if you're like me, who wears these pants probably 3 times in a week or have bigger thighs, the fabric sorts of wear in the inner thigh area due to rubbing and it starts to collect fabric ball pieces, which you get from socks. They are still amazing even so.

I love these pants! I wore them multiple days on a trip to Iceland in the rain and wind and found them comfortable and pretty rain resistant. The tabs for the capri option are a little long.
